I was open to it, but without having experienced it first-hand, I had some reservations. Ingrid made me feel comfortable and cared for. Her energy felt right, like she was really tapped into whatever it is that one has to be connected to in order to be good in this line of work. Traumatic experiences came up for me throughout our session, in my mind's eye, and the energy that Ingrid was craddling me in somehow made it easy to move through those memories and the emotions that they were bringing up with nothing but love and compassion for myself. I felt lighter after our session. We had a chat at the end and Ingrid told me she felt blocks in two of my energy centers (chakras). What seemed amazing to me was that I also felt those blockages during our session (and I had not mentioned them to her.) Thank you, Ingrid, for the beautiful healing you gave to me. Having tried a sound bath session via the Yelp Online Events during the pandemic, I thought it would be cool to try it in-person. I bought the Groupon and booked my session. Stephanie contacted me to confirm the appointment and tell me more about sound bath therapy and preparing myself, thoughts, etc. Upon arrival I had a short assessment before getting started. She took her time and I didn't feel rushed. It was very peaceful, calming, relaxing and relieving. I enjoyed it. Many months later, I was thinking about trying Reiki. And in January this year an e-newsletter from Stephanie appeared! And what should I find among her special offerings for the year? None other than a pack of 3 -90 minute Reiki Massage sessions. I booked right away. Same as before, Stephanie has been wonderful. We spoke several times before the first session (I had additional questions) and she explained the process for preparing myself, my mind etc. Each session has been great. For each session, she took the time to see what has transpired to get an idea of where I was in life and how to be taylor the session to my needs. Each time, she always takes the needed time without any rushing. At the end of each session I have feelings of peace, calm and balance. After 4 sessions I can honestly say that I enjoy my sessions with Stephanie and she is has been an absolutely sweet, calming and caring soul. I'm grateful that our paths have crossed. From her website youll find that she offers "several different modalities of Custom Massage Therapy Private one on one and Group Reiki healing Private one on one Sound healing sessions and group Sound baths Soul Oracle readings" If you are looking for services of this nature, I recommend reaching out and booking an appointment with Stephanie.
