Did my first scalp treatment and it was soooo amazing. Everyone was so nice, I have really curly hair and they were so gentil brushing it. Everything was super clean when I was taken to the room, I was told to put on a robe, a pillow was under my legs and then a blanket. Everything was so relaxing and calm, she asked if I was interested in a facial and then later on a hair mask that I did end up wanting to do. My hair smells amazing, feels amazing, my scalp feels amazing too. The neck and arm massage was soooo good and she also massaged my legs and feet. First time doing the herbal scalp hair treatment and deep cleansing includes neck and shoulders massage. I had Ana and she was amazing!! Not only did the massage my neck and shoulders but arms and hands and did a brief back massage when she helped me sit up after it was over. The one downside is that they only have curtains separating spaces. They aren't full rooms with wall. So I could hear everything happening in the whole place, every conversation people had with a person who walked in and a person who called. Luckily it wasn't busy when I came I was the only person there but people came in and called. As disappointing as that was the massage and scalp treatment were worth it. read more

Irritated. Booked a Groupon for Father's Day for an "Herbal Scalp Hair Treatment with Deep Cleansing and Aromatherapy (Includes Neck and Shoulder Massage)." The Groupon states this is a one-hour hair care routine, and outlined the whole treatment (details in the photos). I called and booked the appointment for 2pm for my husband. He showed up at 2pm, and they said they could take him in 30 minutes, and didn't begin treatment until 2:40pm. They barely spoke any English, had difficulty redeeming the Groupon, and the treatment was absolutely NOTHING like described. The woman had him strip down (not at all expected or typical for a hair treatment), did not apply any type of products as described, scratched his head once, and spent the rest of the time on the table chopping at and rubbing his back despite my husband verbalizing the treatment he booked. Completely not what we booked and paid for and disappointing. Buyers beware, false advertisement. Do not create Groupons for your company if you're not going to offer the services! read more

Went in, spent $560 on a couples massage, 2 facials, and 2 scalp treatments. When I first arrived I was in formed I had to pay an additional $15 because I was paying with a card? Before my service started I was asked to pay. i was immediately asked for a tip before the service started. I told the lady she was too rough on the massage she proceeded to still be rough. She charged me an extra $10/1 on top of everything for the oil in the massage, AFTER saying everything was included. She ripped my nose ring multiple times as she did my facial with no apologies given. I was also charged an additional $20 for the scalp treatment. At the end of the service I had to pay an additional $40 and proceeded to ask for a tip AGAIN. My personal experience was a 0/10. Made a appointment for 3 people and confirmed times. Drove 45 minutes from our hotel in the rain, to arrive and be told they can not get us in and if we could come back tomorrow. Took other guests knowing we had appointments and where coming. If plan on coming here might as well do walkins because appointments are not honored. We also live 2 hours away so it was incredibly inconvenient. We did not return and do not plan on returning. This place is a joke. There is sheets on the couch and looks dirty. Also there is curtains for walls. Also has Sketchy location. And americans are not poor. read more

This was the best massage experience I've ever had. She really put the right pressure on me as she massaged the pain and inflammation out. I added the headspa service and this continued my massage onto my scalp and shoulders. She even massaged down my arms again and took care of every finger till I was just limp with relaxation! He was having full-blown conversations on the phone during the massage and later started texting, half-heartedly rubbing me with one hand.
