5-star update for my go-to selfcare activity! I've been coming to Heavenly regularly for the last…read morefew years. It's such a hidden gem located just off Lake Eola downtown. I love the that I can call last minute and always get an appointment within a few hours (at least during the week). Most of the time I go with whatever therapist is available, but after my last visit, I now have a new favorite that I'll be requesting everytime -- shoutout to Rosie! I like firm pressure and therapeutic massages that actually feel like more than just oil being rubbed on my body. I was so impressed by Rosie's technique and it was one of the best foot massages I've had in awhile. It's important to mention that the 1-hr experience is more than just a foot massage. It starts off with a foot soak, aromatherapy, and neck/shoulder/scalp/arm/hand massage before even beginning the feet. After the main foot massage, it ends with a hot stone massage on your feet and lower legs followed by hot towels & exfoliation to remove all the excess oil. For $75, this really is one of the best values I've experienced. It's a dimly lit open room concept with about 14 loungers (not private), but it's always very quiet and relaxing. If you're visiting with one other person, you can request a private room when you arrive and they'll accommodate you if it's available. They now also offer full body massages in their private rooms that you can book.

My mom and I stopped in on a whim, and now we're both wishing we had discovered this place so much sooner--and that we had booked more time! Soraya was absolutely incredible. She was attentive, skilled, and made the entire experience so relaxing from start to finish. The atmosphere was clean, calm, and very professional, which made it easy to fully unwind. If you're looking for a place to truly relax and get an amazing massage, this is it. We'll definitely be coming back!

Every now and then you can find a spa that checks all the boxes. Indigo is it!! I'm new to the area…read moreand did my research before settling on a spa that offered nails and massage services - it's not often that I get time to myself, so I wanted to make sure it was a one stop shop. Turns out, they offer so much that I can't see myself ever having to search again. To top it all off, Carolina and her team are so welcoming and friendly at each visit that I also found new friends. It's always nice when you enjoy the conversation as well as the services. Mani/pedi: I've had both Carolina and Teresa. Both girls are amazing and pay so much attention to detail. I have terrible cuticles and they were quick to offer a scrub solution and thorough shaping of nails and cuticles before perfectly applying the polish. They even have some cool color changing gel polishes that are a fun bonus. Massage: Lauren is phenomenal. She listens to where you hold your stress and goes to work on those areas with precision. Both massages have left me feeling like a completely new person. I've had many massages in my life, but few have fully carried me into the next week still feeling the knots worked out. And this is just after a few visits! I can't imagine how I'll feel after a few months. Overall: Indigo is a hidden gem in Summerport - I'm actually nervous to write a review because I want to keep it to myself! It's obvious that the spa is much more than a job to anyone who works there. The membership is steal too - $99 for a mani/pedi and a massage or $149 for a mani/pedi, massage and facial. Check it out!

I booked the Allora Signature package and spent the entire day relaxing and enjoying every service. Next time in town, I will definitely book another Allora spa day. The only change that would have made my experience better is if I did not have to leave the room. Between services, you exit the room and sit in a chair located in a small hallway until the next service. It would've been better and more relaxing, as the client, to stay in the room for all services. Understandably, the spa is small and they do their best to ensure comfort despite the necessary merry go round. This is NOT a deterrent from returning by any means but it did catch me off guard. Gratuity is added and given to an each team member. My appointment was scheduled over the phone which allowed me to customize a service included in the package. They ask you to arrive 20 minutes early, but there's no reason to: no tour, no walkthrough of the services, no robe, no changing room offered, no one even pointed out the restroom. I was handed a drink and told to "go down the hall, take a right" to the tea room. No escort at a supposed luxury spa. My 90-minute massage started 5 minutes late and ended 13 minutes early. I paid for 90 minutes and received 72. Back in the tea room, another guest's child was playing in the candy, the fountain, and the drinking water while I waited another 10 minutes past my scheduled time. The facial was not the anti-aging facial described just basic rubbing and dermaplaning, delivered after I could hear staff gossiping in the lobby. The "hand and foot treatment" was a dry rub with exfoliation gloves before strapping on lotion-filled gloves and booties. The scalp massage was so perfunctory I asked the technician to stop and end the service early. It felt like they were padding out the clock to make up for time shaved off everything else. Think Massage Envy at triple+ the price. If you're considering the top-tier package here, don't. There is nothing signature or luxury about it.
