I am very understanding, but it would have been appropriate for the business to call and reschedule us rather than have us show up on time and wait a full hour. We are here on vacation, and there was absolutely no consideration for our time. On top of that, while we were half-naked on the table receiving our massages, they had another guest walk through our room to enter the adjoining room. How does this business think it is appropriate for other clients to see guests practically naked in the middle of their massages? Staff were also going in and out of the room while we were changing and during our massages. There was absolutely no consideration for our privacy. The massage itself was fine, but the masseuse asked every two minutes if what he was doing was "okay," which gave me the impression that he wasn't confident in what he was doing. At the end, the masseuse, who did not speak fluent English, asked, "Tip?" which is absurd. Businesses should understand that tips are generated based on the quality of service. When we tried explaining the terrible customer service we experienced, he was confused and simply asked us to leave a review.

My hair smells amazing, feels amazing, my scalp feels amazing too. The neck and arm massage was soooo good and she also massaged my legs and feet. I would totally recommend this experience!

What appealed to me is that when I described my pain she was able to accurately describe it using anatomy and physiology terms. I knew at that moment that she knew her stuff. She has over 9 years experience and you can tell. She is unbelievably strong and knows how to really get into those knots and work them out. I'd just got back from 5 week backpacking trip and my neck and back were wrecked. I am so grateful she was able to work her magic and get me back on the path to relieving my pain and tight muscles. I was so impressed that I scheduled my next appointment right away. Her location is very clean and super convenient. Her customer service and professionalism are top notch, and best of all her prices are very reasonable. If you're in the East Orlando area and are looking for a fantastic massage therapist, then you must give Angela a call.

I found out I was pregnant shortly after getting my massage which means I can't see Angela again until after the birth (she doesn't do pre-natal) and I am EAGERLY counting down the days until I can come back for another massage! I come home years later hoping the integrity of the business hasn't changed but indeed it has. As soon as we're told that a 45 minute massage is $60, the lady at the desk couldn't wait to get the money first. We pay and head to the massage room. The masseuse insists that my mother stay in the room with me while I'm getting my massage until I sternly say, "I'm not getting a massage with my mother in the room". At the beginning of my massage she used a towel for about 7-10 minutes which didn't feel good. Eventually i had to ask for her to use massage oil instead. The massage was okay but she frequently left the room and sometimes with the door open. At the end of my massage, she wiped me down with a hot towel that smelled like mildew. I had to go home and shower to get that smell off of me. I also noticed that they didn't give me my full 45 minutes. This place used to be great. Maybe they had a bad day. I don't know but I would explore other options.
