I shopped for weeks to find 3 possible contenders to buy within the Tri-state area and when I began haggling I was having a difficult time with two of the contending dealers, but Alberto Carrera was not only flexible, he was a gentleman throughout. It didn't feel like buying a car. It felt more like buying an upscale home. Much different (pleasant) from that of the typical boiler room, high-pressure sales environment typical of a car lot. Alberto is a class-act who was very patient with me and did everything he could to earn my business and at the end of the day, he most certainly did. 5 star review as I offered and promised.

The 1-star was necessary to post this review - As a…read morefour-time Audi owner and repeat Audi Meadowlands customer, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The sales experience was average at best. However, the handling of my out-of-state registration has been unacceptable. Throughout the process, I received inconsistent information, poor communication, and little accountability. In many cases, I only received important updates because I contacted the dealership myself. As a result of registration delays and administrative errors, I was unable to legally operate my newly purchased vehicle for 14 days and incurred additional expenses and significant inconvenience. I continued making payments on a vehicle that I could not drive through no fault of my own. What makes this experience particularly frustrating is that I have purchased four vehicles from Audi Meadowlands over the years and have remained a loyal customer despite living in different states. Unfortunately, the professionalism, communication, and customer service that once earned my loyalty were absent throughout this process. Customers should not be left without a usable vehicle because of avoidable registration issues, nor should they have to repeatedly chase down updates on their own purchase. This has been the worst automotive purchasing experience I have had and has seriously damaged my confidence in Audi Meadowlands. There is significant room for improvement, and I hope your team takes the necessary steps to address these shortcomings.

Like any other buyer I had questions and was looking for a good deal, which I shared from the start. Maria told me "Im wasting her time" after I said Im shopping around for the best deal. And then after finding out I went with another sales person because of a better deal, Maria told me that "going with another dealer is a slap on her face" and the cherry on top was these exact words from her "knowing this you did waste my time. Please don't ever reach out to me for a car ever again". Will NEVER deal with them again and will share this experience with everyone I know.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned Subaru Impreza from North Coast…read moreSubaru. Denise Vickers (Internet Service Manager) was courteous and efficient on the phone. She helped me set up an evening test drive. Her sales pitch was effective (she was basically like: listen buddy, if you wait until the weekend to test drive this car, it might be sold by then!). Jeff Olson was the salesperson and he was professional and patient during the whole process. I appreciate the transparency as he showed me the Car Fax immediately. He disclosed to me that the car had previously been in an accident, which is why the car was priced so competitively. Jeff is a tough negotiator (initially low-balled my trade-in), but overall he's fair (do your homework first on TrueCar.com). The service department and body shop are located on the second floor of the dealership. The dealership did an excellent job with detailing the car and, once again, Jeff was transparent with me regarding the minor marks on the car that could not be removed. After the test drive on Tuesday evening, I was driving off with an Impreza on Saturday afternoon. Paperwork was quick and painless (thanks Jesse) and I felt like I paid a fair price for my Impreza. I love this car! Looking forward to the next snowstorm to test out the All Wheel Drive!!
