So you have to ask for a store associate to help you unlock the items you want. The positive side to that's is that there seems to be more room in the aisles now. There's also a phamarcy here and I believe they are either open late or they are 24 hours just like the store. Pretty tycpical CVS otherwise as far as what's available. I thought it was a little weird they had no way to print a return shipping label (pdf file) and I had to purchase tape and rewrap the open package. I left the store hoping to find a place to print my return shipping package. After walking around the neighborhood, I realized that I needed to use my phone to locate a place to print the label. While walking to the nearest Staples, I realized that the pdf file I wanted to print was printable from any computer. Have you ever heard of a computer that could not print a pdf file? Me neither. I realized I had been lied to and consequently had to walk 13 blocks on a warm summer day to Staples. While on the way to Staples, I ran across a small business that was a Fedex shipping and printing center. I went in and was told to send my pdf file to the email address printed on the piece of paper in front of me. I was then handed a spoll of tape and told to wrap the package. When I had trouble with the package, the employee said he would help. He wrapped the package and printed the label. I left the business happy to have received what I should have gotten from the get go. Walgreens should hire better people. I am shocked at the bad customer service.

Now, I come here once a year for vaccines but what's the point of an appointment? I scheduled an appointment but had to wait almost an hour. It's like this all the time. 1 star for the pharmacy, but I'd say 3 stars for the retail team so I give them 2 stars overall. The retail team is hit or miss.

The medication was ready since 10am I did get a call about it. It wouldn't have taken long for them just to give me my medication. They were so rude and closed the gate down on me while I was still speaking to a lady trying to explain to her my situation. I fly out for work tomorrow and won't be able to pick up any other time today. So unprofessional. It says on Google pharmacy closes at 2pm not 1:30!

Some of the female staff members come across with an attitude that makes interactions uncomfortable and unnecessarily difficult. Customer service used to be a strong point here, but now it feels like an afterthought. Simple questions or requests are sometimes met with impatience or lack of professionalism, which shouldn't be the case in a customer-facing environment. Corporate really needs to take a closer look at what's happening in these stores and consider implementing better customer service training. A more positive and respectful approach would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

The economic effects of stagflation in 2020s era is strongly felt financially as the value of the American dollar, unfortunately, has less worth and less purchasing power. I did not wait for an eternity when ringing the customer service bell as my requested item is hanging on anti-theft pegboard hook security device for loss prevention for printer cartridge. This CVS also carried my default favorite chocolate chip cookie brand, Tate's Bake Shop. Customer service is really average as there is only one cashier open and the other cash registers are closed. The cashier had to wait for an eternity for the register to unexpectedly reboot and stated she cannot open the other two registers but moved me walking to the self-service check-out register to ring-up. In my employment history, I had worked in two (2) retail brick and mortar store businesses and there is always one register that is closed because there is no cash intentionally, but during the holidays this register functions designated for credit/debit cards only payment intended to alleviate the long queuing line surrounding the cash wrap for customer efficient movement flow. I did received my sales receipt.
