When I came into the store someone helped me and we wrote up an order. I paid for it. Several weeks later I got a call that she no longer worked at Ferguson and the order was never placed. This sales rep said he'd take care of the order. By that time several of the items were no longer available within my timeframe. It then took WEEKS of emailing and calling to replace those items which I had already paid for. Once that was eventually sorted out I was owed a refund. I was promised he would take care of that, which he never did. I had to spend another several weeks (and MANY phone calls and emails) just to get the refund I was due. No apologies were offered. No credits or discounts provided. Just a HUGE waste of my time. DO NOT waste your time with this store.
