I always stop at this place when I am at Mohegan. They have excellent martinis. This is also a great spot for pure night club vibes. Always a night time DJ. It's like a hint of Vegas here in CT!

When at Mohegan, I love stopping here for a drink, you can't beat the people watching. The alabaster stone walls, changing night sky, it creates a relaxing, cozy atmosphere. The drinks are good but I've had some fairly snotty service.

.Can't believe I have not discovered this place sooner. Awesome way to end the night of fun after dinner and entertainment. Great selection of drinks and a very chill relaxing atmosphere.

I'm a DJ and a nightlife venue owner in NYC. Suffice to say, I dress like a cool dude when I go out... so I was pretty shocked when the door guy pulled me out of the line at VISTA and told me I couldn't go in because my attire was inappropriate. I was informed that "business casual" was the dress code. When I pointed out others walking in with jeans and a t-shirt and asked what he could possibly mean by "business casual," he told me that my slightly sheer shiny black shirt was the problem. To be honest, I suspect that the door guy found my outfit to be a little bit gay and he didn't want any of that in his lounge. Perhaps I'm jumping to conclusions, but at the least, being fashionable is apparently prohibited at VISTA. If you want to pay exorbitant drink prices to be in a place where you must look basic to get in, this spot is for you. Went next door to Avalon and had a great time. I see now many other Yelpers had the same experience. Here's a picture of me in the prohibited shirt outside the venue...

Hands down my favorite bar in Mohegan. I've been coming here since my 21st Birthday and haven't stopped since. The drinks are always so well made and the ambiance and atmosphere is so cool. It's so relaxing and adds so much fun when you look at the rock/ crystal like walls and the stars and the moon that they have in their projected sky. My absolute favorite drink off their menu is the Starry Night, I get it EVERY time I come here. It's a very nice place to hang out before or after a concert and the bartenders are always friendly and very helpful. I introduced one of my good friends to this bar last summer while she was interning for Mohegan and this past weekend got her Mom into going here too! Definitely an easy sell on people because of how beautiful it looks inside and how great the drinks are! They also sell cigars if you are into that, my boyfriend has had quite a few off their menu that he has absolutely loved.

Open until 1am during the week and 2am Fridays and Saturdays, Vista Lounge is a pleasant area to unwind. The lounges consists of a few floors that feature two custom designed blackjack tables and a view of the entire gaming floor. The expansive roof makes it appear as if you were hanging out under the stars, its nice. Service has been lackluster. Bartenders and waitresses seem very unaware of patrons. All I ask for is a friendly smile while you take my money, but not the case here. The doormen have a job to perform, I get it. But quite frankly they aren't very friendly either, and can be completely down-right rude most of the time. Champagne, martinis, and cocktails are what is most readily available, expect pricey bar tabs. Their draft and bottled beer selection is very limited and profoundly boring. If you're looking for a place to hang out and get away from the hustle and bustle of rowdy gamblers or party-goers. Stop by Vista Lounge. If you want to tango with chaos, then feel free to stop by Friday and Saturday nights.

Door staff extremely rude. We arrive at 12:02 and we're told no one allowed in past 12 and both door people then laughed. I had my wallet open in anticipation of being carded. Door guy saw my law enforcement ID and said " I don't care if you save the next set of kids from a school Shooting your not getting in". Who says that, I was stunned and again a laugh from both door guys. Wow I will never drop a dime in that place again. So uncalled for in light of recent events.

I love the atmosphere in this upscale lounge!! There is a full cigar menu as well as a specialty drink menu. If you prefer you may sit at the bar and watch the multiple tvs. Or choose a cozy spot on one of there sofas overlooking the casino with the stars above you. I ordered the "Almond Joy" specialty drink which was delicious!! I would love to visit again!!

Service at the bar was on. But no service at the tables. And their drinks were the worst! syrupy yuckiness. Great ambiance though.

The food we ordered was good. My friends got 3 different types of burgers. I got the chicken tenders. Only complaint from me was fries were pretty standard. No seasoning. I reviewed the other but I'm going to just roll with it and review this as well. I think I recall stating that it would be 15,000 times better if we could play low stakes black jack in here. They still have a high dollar game, and nobody was playing! I went early mind you me you me and the others, I could've walked down to confirm this notion but alas I did not(so if it has changed and the gaming limit is lower, may you strike potent words upon me in this review for assuming, shame on me!) and instead I just ordered an Absolute martini with three olives shaken vigorously straight up. Mr. Wombi didn't have Absolute so I was pointed in the direction of Tito's. Okay fine. The drink was delivered, empty bar, I am here with my sisters and such forth and whatnot and there are no olives. The pleasant tender de la bar said the olives were abound, so I waited. 6.3 minutes elapsed before a small olive plunged in to my drink, and by that time the mine ice particles that we all yearn for had dissipated and I was stuck sipping a lukewarm Tito's martini and then chewing on the olives. The bill didn't help the situation(I'll leave it there). This place use to be great, and it could still be amazing, unless I just went at the wrong time, but wow what a gem to be. I am still drawn to Wombi Rock Bar atop the mountain of wagering every time I go. But every time I go, there is nobody there and yet the music is blasting like we're in a club. And where are the pretzels! Rock Wombi Miss, you are mean and I will return.

While having drinks, the bartender recommended Summer Shack since it was our first time here and it's a family friendly restaurant. The restaurant offers a variety of fresh seafood dishes, steaks, and burgers. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. Food and service were good. My husband and I shared the wedge salad. My friends also ordered oysters and octopus. I had the mussels, my husband and friend had the tenderloin steak tips and my other friend had the fish and chips. For dessert, we had the creme brûlée. The food portions were great. We were pretty much the only ones left at the restaurant. It was the perfect place to have dinner with family and friends visiting. I would definitely come back and recommend this place.

It's actually one of the more expensive restaurants on the Mohegan Sun property. The others are high value, this place takes the cash but the portions oof. I'm sure they will blame tariffs, Iran, Ukraine, Palestine or some political issue for it but the fact is the markup is extreme especially even more so for a dive theme restaurant. Example lobster at fish market is $6-10 per lb in the region, in the summer the price is lower. Yet lobster here starts at nearly $80 and up. That's a lot higher than the standard markup. Got the Fisherman's platter portion size not impressed for the price. Taste completely unseasoned, already a horrible start. The shrimp were way overcooked. The Fish bland, and tough, overcooked as well. The scallops good natural flavor, unseasoned and also overcooked. Truly sad cause if prepared right while a bit overpriced probably the closest thing to a fair price it would have been a home run. Can confirm seasoning does actually improve taste if only the cook/chef knew that. Food is still overcooked but salt and pepper does help it go down. The waitress was great that is a plus and the beer was solid. Overall the casino has better options, looked like a cool place had a line waiting for open but disappointing the food was overcooked and bland. Always willing to give another chance but first impression wasn't good at all. Staff is amazing so that's a plus.
