Be mindful of who makes your drinks as different bartenders charge different prices for the same drink. Right after we were done with them the whole floor and casino level lost power for 20+ minutes . When the power came back on the kitchen got back to cooking. We alerted our server William T that we did have a show go to. He kept up us upto date on when the food was coming out. I believe he also mentioned to head chef about it. Between the scallops, lobster risotto, crispy salmon, beef wellington, and the sticky toffee pudding we were absolutely filled. We had about 10 minutes to walk to show which was a short time away. Looking forward to coming back in the fall for lunch. William T was a wonderful server and communicated everything he knew with what was going on.

I got the mango flavor, my two friends got the strawberry and the pina colada. They came in plastic cups and are $12 each, for the smallest size. I didn't like these at all, they are far too sweet and I couldn't taste any rum. I carried it around as I walked around Foxwoods' casino, eventually when it was still decently full I misplaced it and lost it. I wasn't disappointed, I was glad not to have it any more. Even though I really didn't like these, I could see my self enjoying one of these drinks on a hot summer day, where I'd just want a cold drink in my hand.

Actually, the dress code seems more lax than even their site description suggests. It was shockingly vacant this Fourth of July evening. Let that not be a testament to their apparent popularity level; but rather, the typical American's propensity to get plastered via pre-gaming as their search for a solid fireworks show compels them to parts unknown. It's this lack of attendance, however, that gives me the vibe we literally could have waltzed in here wearing anything shy of a scantily clad bathing suit or something. See, usually...it's other guests that complain about folks' attire more so than the business itself. At least, in my experience. Nevertheless, I avoided their 3 big no-nos: no baseball caps, tank tops, or basically any attire that makes one otherwise appear to be an "undesirable" after 7PM. Translation: if you wear some kind of fancy hat with non-ripped jeans and a clean shirt, you'll fit in just fine. Naturally, we came in with the intent to shoot some pool. There are 3 tables, each prorated at $10 per half hour (even though the site just says $20 an hour). I guess they train the bartenders to say the first thing so that it sounds cheaper when said aloud. Small caveat at the time of writing this review: one of their pool tables is faulty due to a rather noticeable tear on the fabric. Luckily for us, we were forewarned by the greeting staff at what I'll assume to be the bowling check-in desk. Although we didn't try any food seeing as how we came in right after having dinner at Cedars Steakhouse, the drinks were on point. Plus, the table we used was perfectly level. We didn't like the fact there was no cue assist aiming stick for those hard-to-reach-shots (IYKYK). Outside of that, there's really nothing bad to say about this lounge. Perhaps when we visit Foxwoods again, we'll actually try the food next time around. Keeping this one in my back pocket, I'm giving High Rollers Luxury Lanes & Sports Lounge 5 eight balls in the corner pocket out of 5.

When we arrived, there was one bartender, Jackie, and she was very busy, busy to the point that we had to wait every time we wanted something. Jackie was very friendly and she was working extremely hard to take care of all of the guests but, the bar was grossly understaffed, not Jackie's fault. We ordered food, it took a reasonable time to come out and it was very good! We had the philly egg rolls, a pepperoni pizza and a veggie burger. We went to play pool thinking that a "High Roller" lounge would have well maintained pool tables. There were three tables, two of them had gashes in the felt, the felt on all three was very worn and several of the pool cues had no tips on them, not a good experience! When we were cashing out, Jackie apologized again for the slow service, and I assured her that it was not her fault that management left her alone to handle a 30+ seat bar and tables with probably 40 guests. While I was talking to Jackie, there was a supervisor at the bar talking to Jackie, she chimed in and apologized and stated that they weren't expecting it to be busy. It was Sunday of Labor Day weekend, commonly considered a second Saturday in the casino world. They definitely should have known it would be busy. Where was the supervisor while Jackie was getting overwhelmed, why wasn't she at the bar helping out? I applaud Jackie for doing a great job under the circumstances, she is pleasant, knowledgeable and a great server, but I won't return until they do some maintenance on the pool tables, they were in worst shape than a neighborhood bar pool table, and for $20 an hour to play pool I would expect much better.

There are food options, the chicken wings are the "go to". Since our first visit, we've been impressed that they consistently make them the same. Great sauces to choose from, honest sized wings, fried perfectly every time. If you're looking for wings, give this place a try. Many sauce options & inexpensive. Something you normally don't see, consistency...there is always that one person at an establishment that "doesn't care" and screws it up. Honestly, not here. Each time we've gone the bartender is professional an no matter who is cooking, the product is the same. Being in the F&B industry, I have a lot of respect for that. They had a couple of the ductless units in the bar but didn't turn them on or high enough to cool off this small bar. They were also serving food so the fryer is going and making it even more uncomfortably hot was almost unbearable. It was my first and probably last time visiting this establishment. It is pretty dim in the bar which is more of a dive vibe if you ask me. They have darts and a full bar. I saw a mini stage up front so they probably have live music but this was a Monday night. There's uncomfortable booths and a bunch of high tops and bar seating.

The food came out pretty quickly and almost all at once, though there was a mixup and we ended up with fried shrimp instead of tteokbokki. I think the server misheard us when we put in the order, so an honest mistake. With that he quickly apologized, took it off the bill and got our tteokbokki order. The spring rolls were very tasty, boyfriend especially loved those. The chicken tenders were massive, and boyfriend really liked the spicy sauce on those as well. Tteokbokki was pretty good as well. The server left the fried shrimp at the table, and while I normally don't like shrimp (it's a texture thing for me) I didn't want it to go to waste so I decided to give it a try and it was actually quite good! The fry on it was great and the texture of the meat was soft. However I think my favorite thing that I had was the bulgogi, as the beef was very tender, well marinated and quite flavorful. Despite the one hiccup with our food order (albeit one that might've actually made me more willing to try more shrimp dishes), we had a good time at Seoul Alley. The food hit the spot for us and we would return whenever we're at Foxwoods again.
