She could have sold me a pair for $30 but no, she put the customer first... almost unheard of in today's society. As my eye have changed he has done all kinds of things that kept me of readers. When my mom had macular degeneration he emailed a ton of useful info on that...even though he was on vacation at the time! Especially when they were supposed to be in after waiting another 2 weeks and I was notified they would not be in till Aug 3. 4 months- I had insurance for my vision which covered 1 pr of lenses, 1 pr of frames and 1 visit. I went back to this location for nostalgia reasons-well I'm cured of that. This was a 35-45 minute drive one way for me. I took the first prescription from my May 6 visit-to another optical location. In 2 weeks I had my glasses and they worked fine. I wanted a computer pr and trifocals. After 5 phone calls (I left at least 3 messages-if you have no intention of calling someone back, don't have an answering machine.) Someone from accounting did call. They were going to call me back to let me know about my credit-? Seemed nice enough-? Or if there would be one? I never took possession of the glasses-I could not use them they are useless- I let them know the doctor visit was legit-keep those funds. But I will get another pair of glasses if/as needed elsewhere- please Credit. I'm done with going back and forth. So I called twice today-once again no answer and no one retuned my call. When I waited in the office for one of my multiple visits-someone else came in to pick up. Both of her children's glasses were cut wrong. Another person came in because she got a call that her glasses were ready- but they weren't. I actually wrote this review while I was waiting in the office that day. I figured I would wait to post maybe all this is just a glitch. And when the accounting person was so nice and said she'd get back with me... Well - I see they don't seem to care- I'm out $255 ( waiting for them to credit my card or mail me a check). Approximately 10 hours of my life I will never get back. Nostalgia sucks sometimes- Update Called again after speaking with 4 people They credited my card....minus the restocking fee... hilarious-she pointed out on the bottom of the receipt it mentions it. Wow- it should read restocking fee applied regardless of how many times it takes us to get it right and how long it takes to get your glasses. 4 months-never again

I work in a medical clinic so I understand the demand and pressure staff can encounter on a daily basis; however, it falls on staff to be prepared. I arrived at 9:59am for my 10:00am appointment on Saturday and stood inside the door (because it's Texas and hot in August, go figure) and was told " we are trying to stop the alarm!!!!" In a not so 10:00ish voice so early on a beautiful Texas day. There was a huff and puff like I should not have shown for my appointment at all, but most importantly on time.....the nerve of me..... Here is a tip.....for free to the office staff...... 1). Adjust your attitude 2). Arrive to YOUR office 10 minutes early to prepare for alarms and to log into your computer 3). I have to come back to pick up my contacts, if greeted again with such an attitude, you will get exactly what you give........ I had a progressive lenses and was never able to use them. I went back to the doctor twice and the prescription was off. When I returned the third time he yelled at me and told me he was not going to send the lenses to the lab !! And that I needed to see the doctor again for the 3rd time!. I left the store, waste of money and time! DO NOT GO THERE! He thinks he owns the place and he has no right to treat the customers like that !
