We went from contemplating getting a second lamp to provide better lighting in our family room since that's one of our son's main play areas, to going all in on overhauling the lighting in many of our rooms. The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. I called Premo and Sergio sent over 2 techs within the hour. They were able to resolve the issue in half an hour. They were polite and professional. It was a simple fix and it cost me $350 vs 1100. A different company incorrectly installed my fan and it started to drop from my ceiling and cracked the dry wall around it. Premo was amazing, came out and reinstalled the fan properly and explained what went wrong from the previous install. They also did an amazing patch job. I'm beyond thankful and will be using Premo for all electrical projects going forward!
