He showed up as promised and gave me a written quote an hour or so later. He came with a workman, Nazario, in a couple days who did the patches - expertly and even redid one that I hadn't noticed where the A/C company (a big name that I won't mention) did a bad job on. Benjamin then came two days later with a second workman, Santiago, who did the fogging on the patches. Benjamin was here in person for both days both at the beginning and at the end of the job. He is a good communicator. He said that no job is too small which is good to hear because we all have small fixes that need doing. He started as a handyman and now has his contractor's license, so he can do about anything. Both Santiago and Nazario did near perfect work as far as I can tell. I am more than pleased with their expertise, promptness, fair price, dependability, and communication skills.

Nick said if our disposal leaked to contact him and they would come back and fix the leak as part of the job. It did leak and they came back the very next day, added some stuff they picked up on their way to our house and took the whole thing out and reinstalled. It has not leaked since they were last here. We were very impressed with their expertise and customer service and are going to have them do some more jobs at our vintage home.
