I really like this office! I first visited this office in 2024 and recently had my annual check up…read morein 2026. You can call the office to make appointment of course or you can schedule via their online appointment scheduler. The staff is very friendly. In fact I was running late (so unlike me!) & I called to inquire if I could still come or if I needed to reschedule. They told me if I could get there in 10 minutes they would still take me. That was enough time for me & they were still very pleasant & did not make me feel rushed upon arrival. I love that they have the technology to give you a choice to have your eyes dilated (old school, traditional way, included with exam) or instead have a picture of your eye taken for an extra $40 (cant recall actual cost but it was somewhere between $30-$45). A routine eye exam with no insurance is $85. Dr. Mina Hoang is very polite, professional & personable. When she conducts your eye exam & asks that question "which view is better number 1 or number 2", it makes me chuckle how she enunciates the question very slowly to give your brain time to process the question & answer. She also explains what she is doing & always asks if you have any questions. I didn't purchase any new glasses so I can't speak to the frame selection. However, with so many choices for eyecare in the area, I do recommend this office & doctor for your routine eyecare needs.

I visited Sight Eye Care after a minor eye injury for assurance that all was ok. First, my search…read moreinvolved several websites to determine my best options for an exam. Sight Eye Care's site was very informative representing their services. Making an appointment was very simple with injuries getting priority. The staff gave great first impressions of confidence and professionalism. My interaction with Dr Hoang was incredible, she gave simple "classroom" explanations of each step of the examination which was very appreciated. Ultimately, the visit exceeded my expectations gave me assurance that I made the right decision regarding my eye care.

I dont recommend going if she's there cause this woman was not helpful and made me feel unwelcome.

As a high myopia (-14 prescription) patient of 34 years, I should have known better. When I went in to order my glasses, the lady helping me was not aware that high prescription patients are recommended to choose smaller frames in order to keep the lenses as thin as possible. She said she had never heard that before. This should have been my first red flag, as anyone that has dealt with high myopia knows that. When I placed the order, I made it a point to tell her that I don't want rounded lenses, as they give the illusion of a ring around the eye. The glasses came back with rounded lenses. The next issue I had with Target optical - I ordered my glasses on December 31, 2019. The glasses were not delivered until February 2020. The first time I called, around the 2nd week of January, I was told that the glasses had shipped. When I called the following week, I spoke with Diane the manager and she informed me that they hadn't shipped due to an issue with the quality review. No big deal since at this point I had already waited almost a month. Finally, when I called in February, they told me that the glasses I ordered over a month ago had arrived. Mind you, I've never had to wait over 2 weeks for glasses when ordering through my optometrist, despite the high prescription. It would have been fine if the glasses arrived fit to standards. But it was obvious to me upon inspecting the glasses that their optical lab hadn't even cut the lenproperly. The only reason they even get 1 Star is because of the ease of the return process. Diane was able to get it done quickly and with no issues. She also understood and agreed with me that the lenses were shoddy. Overall, this place MAY be ok for those of you with low prescriptions, but I wouldn't even take that chance after my experience. This place is a hard no for me.

This was my first time visiting and I was impressed with the healthy selection of frames and shades. The time it took for the glasses to arrive was about a week which is fast for most places. I will recommend them to family and friends.

I asked if they had a paper towel or something for her to wrap my glasses in and she said, "no" with a silly smirk on her face. She then went to the back to talk to a guy (who later referred to himself as one of "managers", regarding my repair. This guy said TSO no longer makes my glasses and he doesn't know how to repair them. He didn't offer any suggestions or other options, just stated my eyeglasses were discontinued and can't be repaired. I then received my eyeglasses back and went to wash and clean them. As I walked away, I turned slightly and saw the "manager" cowered over and snickering with the girl at the front desk. They appeared to be amused and thought of my situation to be funny. I then asked if he would contact his manager. He went to the back and closed the door as he talked to his manager. I am almost certain that he closed the door to give his own fabricated account of what transpired. As i waited, I then contacted the TSO Sugarland location for assistance. The young lady from the Sugarland location was very helpful and then informed me of an outside company that their location provides to customers in this situation. I then asked for the "manager's" manager's number. I called the number twice and did not get an answer. I left a message on the voicemail, but still did not receive a return call. This is the SECOND pair of Tom Ford glasses that I have purchased from this location. The first pair had one lenses tinted darker than the other. This was never repaired due to silliness and immature behavior of the girl at the front desk. Not sure if she is the same girl from last year, however, they were both immature and unprofessional, as well as, the guy today who says he's a manager. This is the TSO location in Alaina. Although, I am now getting new eyeglasses, I would never again go to this location, and neither will I recommend this location. Because of my experience at this location, i am now very wary of the TSO franchise. TSO ALIANA-VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
