I have been trying to get my son's glasses for 2 months. And this was AFTER they got his glasses made incorrectly. Every time that I go to the store (during their listed open hours of operation) the doors are locked and the lights are off. After this experience, I started to call before heading to the store. Most of the time, no one answers. When I did get someone to answer and confirm that the store was open, I was told that the store was closing early and would not be reopening that day because the employee had a dr's appointment. There were about 12 minutes left before she went to her appointment so I told her I could be there in 10 minutes. She refused to confirm that she would still be there or not. This was just unprofessional and sad. If there aren't enough employees, they should hire more or close the store for good and just merge with a surrounding store.
