However, it sounds like they use a portable credit card reader and someone forgot to charge it so they could not run my credit card. They said they would call in 20 minutes. I asked if they could make it an hour. Maggie told me to just call her and gave me the number and told me to hit 4 and then 3 and it would take it to her. Lies! It took me to an automated number with hold music that literally gave me a headache. After 12 minutes, it disconnected me. I never spoke to a person. Then I left a voicemail. I waited and did not receive a call back in 30 minutes. I called back again and was on hold for around 10 minutes again. Finally someone very apathetic answered. I shared what I went through and he was so bland, so bored that I almost hung up. I finally said, "You have 10 minutes to resolve this.After that, I am hanging up and you can consider the order cancelled." In 8 minutes, I bounced to 2 other people before finally reaching someone who took my credit card information. Lousy customer service. Hire better people.
