I have been going to the Fairview Heights location for the past 8 years and have had excellent service. Staff is always very helpful and I have never had any issues with the 4 pair of glasses I have bought over the past 8 years. Every place I have gone to and received glasses there has been an issue and a waste of my money except with TEO, never had 1 issue. My 12 year old granddaughter wants to try contact lenses so we booked an appointment. Dr. Whiteside took time to explain what he wa doing and he he was doing it during the eye exam. He answered all of her questions in detail. Chloe then showed her to properly put them in and take them out. After a few att she was able to complete the steps with confidence.
