Several weeks ago, I got a text from AAE that I was due for an eye exam - my last one was about 2 years ago. I had't made an appointment, but decided to stop by one day as I was driving down Central Park Drive to look at frames and figured I'd make an appointment while I was there. I tried on numerous pairs and snapped a few photos to share with my daughter for some feedback from her. In the meantime, there were 2 young sales associates working there, who were friendly and offered assistance, but didn't hover. One of them, Jodi, saw the styles I was looking at, offered some other suggestions, and shared some much-appreciated feedback. (By the way, their selection is HUGE!) I told her I was due for an exam, and she indicated that the dr. was in and if I had time, he could see me in about 10 minutes. Perfect! I completely the needed paperwork and waited a few minutes to see the doctor. He was pleasant and thorough, and I selected my 2 pairs of frames and sat down with Jodi to polish up the details. She was diligent and friendly, and told me it would take about a week for my glasses to come in. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a text in just a few days that my glasses were in - one pair of them anyway, so I went to pick them up. The 2nd pair arrived a day later and when I picked them up a couple days after that, I had Jodi do a little adjusting to the pair I'd picked up earlier. I need to stop in and have a slight adjustment made to the 2nd pair since I've worn them for a few days and know what I think needs to be "fixed". Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience at O'Fallon's All About Eyes, and will likely return as I got 2 pair of glasses and the exam for what I paid last time at my regular eye dr's office. Since I don't have vision insurance, this was a huge savings and help for me. Would definitely recommend that you visit the O'Fallon, IL All About Eyes location if you're needing an exam and looking for eyeglass frames. read more

This is quite an amazing place to go to get your eye care needs, 1st they greet you as soon as you walk in.Then they get you the help you need right away.The doctor is on point and gives you the best doctor patient care and ask all the right questions and does not rush , which is key for me. The sales personnel are top notch they don't sell you anything you do not need , I worked with Britney and I told her exactly what I wanted and she was great from when I walked in till I left. This is where I will go from now on , the other places I have been to can not hold a candle to All About Eyes . Niketa G. was very patient and helpful without being pushy while I took 3 visits to choose my frames. They arrived quicker than expected, and one pair was too wide to stay up on my nose because of the thickness of my lenses, the manager didn't hesitate to suggest I choose a new frame. Took my three kids in for their school eye exams and was not expecting such great service! Bob (the Optometrist) communicated with us very well (both my kids and me), he interacted with them appropriately (helped them to feel safe and to enjoy being at the eye doc), and was thorough. Great experience! The staff was wonderfully friendly, Shelby was so helpful. She helped me pick out my glasses.
