Now, I won't put her on blast but she was not helpful and just rude. The way her tone of voice was sounded like she didn't want to help me at all. I went in there, filled out paperwork. Did all the little testing make and I have to say that the machines were filthy! They do not clean them at all. They were dusty and filled with crud. It was gross! I would think they would clean more throughly during this pandemic that's going on right now but nope. It was gross. Also, whenever the doctor came in, she wanted me to read the letters and I tried and I struggled a lot. And I told her that I think the lens were dirty and behold they were. She had to wipe them down and clean it herself. Gross! After my eye exam and contact fitting, I went and sat down with the technician and she explained my vision benefits on how much my insurance covered and such then told me I could look at glasses. Sooo when you are picking out glasses for yourself, you always ask for someone else's opinion right? Well I picked out a couple pair of glasses and asked the technician how they look, she just stared at me. I'm like ummm ok. I guess you really don't want to help. So I just told her I'll think about it. I wanted both glasses and contacts but my insurances covered one or the other and she said there is no additional discounts. (but I went to a different clarkson and they were able to save me an additional 40% off plus 70$ more from insurance). Now, I did go during this ongoing pandemic and she may have not wanted to be there but let's face it. If you're scared or don't want to be at work, stay home. Just the whole vibe from her wasn't friendly at all. And the cleanliness of the facility was not so great either. I will pass forever.
