They said my glasses coverage for $300 was available now. So I proceeded to get new glasses pair brand which have magnetic sun glasses that attach over. Paid extra for anti scratch and anti reflective and for warranty protection. Still paid $200 over the Medicare insurance out of pocket. Went in today because the middle of both lenses are scratched and I clean and store them properly so they shouldn't be scratched at all. Said they couldn't fix. Said my warranty had expired a month ago. I said you were supposed to tell me when my anniversary for eye exam was due. They said we should have called or sent you reminder. Checked email and spam no reminder. I said if you would have called my warranty would have still been good. They said what do you want to do? I said go somewhere else I guess no reason to buy another cheap piece of crap. No offer to make things right no offer half off nothing. Didn't care. Glasses were cheap. Certainly not a good place to do business with. Buyer beware.

Would not give them any stars if it was a choice. So many complaints. Ordered contact lenses and…read morewas told the prescription may need to be tweaked, which it did. I talked to a rep about needing my lens tweaked in the beginning and he assumed it was for eye glasses and made an appointment to see the frame specialist. Wasted my time and gas because I needed to see the doctor about the prescription change. Went back again and was refitted for my left lens. After months of waiting and several phone calls, the new lens came in. Problem...it was the same prescription that I received the first time. (Are you f#&&#* kidding me.) I am still waiting on my new lens 8 months later. I had to use my old lenses (which were 8 years old and full of deposits) to take a glaucoma test because the rep forgot to put my new lenses in solution before the test. Another tech tried to get pressures on my eyes with a puff machine and gave up after around 15 to 20 minutes. Asked for help and discovered the machine will not work with someone wearing gas perm lenses. (What the Hell!) The worse part was Dr. Tom made me assume I was losing my vision to glaucoma and it was too late to treat. Even retired early because of this news. Needless to say...I went to a specialist in St. Louis and am being treated for mild to moderate glaucoma and my specialist said we are stopping this disease in its tracks. That place is a nightmare. Run for your life. Well I called about my lens after writing this review and was told that it was in. Went to pick it up and was told that it had to be cleaned and conditioned first and the lab person just went to lunch. This was at 2:45pm. Another trip... wasted my time and gas. So unreal. Incompetence at its finest.

I do not recommend them & will not be back. As someone who values customer reviews, I hope this saves someone else the unbelievable trouble & disorganization I went through.
