While the care is decent enough, the time I have wasted in this office is u real...due to doctor running behind. They need to show some respect for their patients' time and stay closer to schedule. Care quality is terrible! Staff is horrible! Do not go here if you are handicapped!! They treat you like you are less than a human.

I tried calling them three different times in one day, and each time I was trapped in their phone system for over 30 minutes on hold and no one would come to the phone. The system finally gave me the option to leave a message which I did on two of the phone calls. It has been over 24 hours and no one has returned my call. So I called back today. This time I clicked on making an appointment instead of speaking to the office staff. And surprise, they answered right away. And when I told the woman that I wanted to cancel my appointment because they never answered their phone, she got extremely rude and said " fine I will cancel your appointment, goodbye". And then she hung up on me. I would not trust my eyes to someone who runs their office so rudely and incompetently. I had my own business for over 40 years, and I cannot ever imagine treating my customers with such disrespect. I will be going to Washington University and having my eye surgery done by a competent physician that has a competent staff. read more

Quantum Vision is the most caring place I have ever been. .Had my caterate surgery, with no pain during or after..was truly wonderful, since I was so scared. .You can literally blink and you're done..Rating is 10, would give more if possible, for sure..So far piece of mind and compassion go to Quantum Vision. .. read more

I had no real problems with the actual care. The problem is the billing and the presentation of charges. Very confusing and not accurate. Was given an approximate cost for a procedure. Paid approximately that cost. No problem. Next visit I was told I owed $1,200.00 more for the office side. My payments were for the surgery side. Never was this included in the discussions at the time of visits or scheduling. How the hell do I know they are separate unless I am told ahead of time. The simple question was how much is this costing me, (not counting insurance coverage). I was given a number and was happy to pay that. Later I learned that the two offices are independent of each other and charge separately. Paid the additional charges even though I feel it was very poorly represented. Now I am getting statements saying I still owe for the surgery side after insurance has paid. I paid at the time of the surgery. When I called to discuss the bill I am now told they were sold and they have no way to pull up my records. No confidence at all in the billing system or( sales?) procedure information. read more

Quantum vision centers is probably the worst place that I have ever visited. First they never told me they changed locations, Saw a big sign at the door(we have moved to...), of course I was late for my appointment after calling them and telling them what happened. Next the physician who examined me did not really do a good job and seemed very unconcerned about the quality of my vision. He determined what my bifocal strength was according to my age, not by a thorough examination. I went next-door to the on-site store for my prescribed glasses, that experience was horrendous, I felt like I was forced to get something that I did not want, needless to say my glasses were ordered. Over a month later, my glasses where still not in. I had to call every week to get to hear that they were not ready, not once was I called. I would not recommend or refer this facility to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! subsequently I canceled my order for my prescribed glasses. But guess what, I already have large bill for the glasses that I never received. I am going to have WAY TOO MUCH FUN trying to straighten this out with my insurance....SIC read more
