Her appointment was at 9am and we arrive around 8:30ish and she was seen right away after waiting briefly for 5 minutes. I have been here previously just to get an eye exam but I would only recommend this place if you are someone who suffers from eye problems and need some sort of corrective surgery to help with your vision. It is more so for older people who have had issues with their eyes due to aging. I personally will stick to other places just got to get a normal eye exam but recommend this for anyone who needs expert care and/or surgery. Dr. Galanis is a good doctor and has been in business for quite sometime. As always until next time...

it makes me very sad to write this, because the first visit the staff was great…read more however i came back here with my mother for her post op cataract surgery appt. most of the staff was super kind and friendly, EXCEPT for PENNY at the check in desk. i'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but she was very rude to my mother(who simply had a question about billing). she tried to make passive comments to me right in front of her, and completely ignored her. it was very frustrating how she completely lost all professionalism over a simple question. being short staffed doesn't mean you lash out on customers and push their appointments back as a repercussion. a poor lady didn't know to bring her paperwork to the desk, and she was pushed back and had to reschedule. i hope the office helps her reassess her behavior.

He even acknowledged that he "ghosted" me when I stopped in their office to find out what was going on. Once again, he said he was going to call a company for more information and get back with me the next week. That was back in September and I haven't heard from his office since then. They are not worth me wasting my time with an office who clearly does NOT care about their patients! Glenda B

There were multiple times I called for treatment that they replied "can you come in right now?" Because they took it so Seriously. My eye doctor even went ahead and said "this isnt a common eye condition. Since you've had it twice, you should get more testing, as It could indicate something else going on in your body." and ordered me extensive bloodwork and labs to make sure I was ok. I couldn't have asked for a better eye doctor/team.
