The retail operation recently moved three minutes down the road from the original property (which is now a display garden) to a historical 1920s brick schoolhouse. The retail plants are housed in a massive greenhouse on-site. They are still organizing the inventory by hosta size, but it's already mostly easy to navigate and a blast to explore. The customer service is low-key but knowledgable. I initially didn't realize the woman working was an employee since she was dressed in a college hoodie, but she turned out to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the varieties.
