Instead of offering any help, he was rude and dismissive. Then, when my mom made a sweet, light comment -- saying, "God's been watering the plants a little extra this year" -- he actually mocked her faith and ridiculed her relationship with God.
That wasn't just bad customer service -- it was cruel, uncalled for, and incredibly disrespectful. I was shocked. She didn't deserve that, and no customer ever should.
