I didn't have the receipt but was told by the person who gave them to me that she bought them at Sunglasses Hut & could exchange them there if I wanted to. Well I found an awesome pair of Oakleys that were significantly more expensive. Not only was the young lady Gigi that helped me able to find the name of the person who purchased the glasses for me, she gave me a discount on my Oakleys that helped lower the difference in the pair of glasses. She was very patient & helpful & even waited for us to call & get the email address of the person who gave me the glasses so she could make the exchange possible. I don't know if she is the manager but if she's not, she should be. She was terrific & made our experience at Sunglasses Hut enjoyable & memorable....

This was kind of annoying when I have to take my kid to the toilet. Then it was hard to find a worker to give me the code. 4/5 Limited service Workers are hard to come by. With only 3 registers open the line too a minute to get thru. Had to walk thru a few areas to get someone to give me the bathroom code. If there was an option to rate that and give stars I would give zero. I needed the corporate number and the man on the line kept saying "we don't have this we don't have that" and I said oh okay can you ask a supervisor or manager if there's another phone number I can call? He proceeded to place me on hold after a long pause without telling me then left me on hold while pressing buttons on the line. When he came back he kept mumbling "I'm going to connect you now" except he kept mumbling so much I kept asking I'm sorry what? And it was 100% mumbling because he clearly said "we don't have that" before. I then said oh you're going to connect me? Okay thank you and he hung up on me. I think that's the craziest customer service experience on the phone I've ever had.

I would give Golden Optometry zero stars if I could. This is not the first time I have had an issue…read morewith this office, it has happened multiple times, and I am completely fed up. I scheduled an appointment for 4:00 PM. That is the appointment time I was given. I showed up expecting to have my exam, only to be told that I could not be seen because the doctor was no longer available and that I was supposedly required to check in by 3:40 PM. Excuse me, but WHY was the 3:40 PM check-in time not clearly provided when I made the appointment? If patients are required to arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled appointment or risk losing their appointment, that information should be clearly communicated at the time of booking. And here's the worst part: NO ONE CALLED ME. Not a courtesy call. Not a warning. Not a message saying, "Please arrive by 3:40 because the doctor will not be available after that." Nothing. I wasted my time driving there, only to be told that I couldn't be seen. And this isn't an isolated incident, it has happened several times. A medical office should respect its patients' time and communicate important scheduling requirements before the patient shows up. Instead, I was left to find out the rules only after arriving at the office. Absolutely unacceptable. If you don't want to waste your time, make an unnecessary trip, and potentially get turned away because of information they failed to communicate, I strongly suggest going somewhere else.
