Something fishy with billing going on over here. So my first impression walking in was that is was odd that they made me wear a mask, no big deal, but then the person behind the desk doesn't wear a mask. Ok, a little bit of a double standard I think, but I keep the mask on. They then insisted on having my medical insurance card in addition to my vision insurance card. Hmmm, that's weird. That's like giving my vision insurance to my regular doctor. It smelled wrong, so I asked and their reasoning is they have to bill medical if they find anything medically wrong with me. That didn't smell right. Not needing any more pain with my regular insurance, I left. I felt there are many other places wanting brick and mortar business and not insisting on a medical insurance card to see me. Been going there for 5 years too. That's too bad. read more
