Vision graphics repainted/replaced a number of components of my car. The result was that it looked just like new. The paint is so satiny smooth: it's smoother than the original paint job. They blended the paint so well I can't even tell where the repaint begins. It is really gorgeous. In addition, Brian is a great of professional and friendly. My car was ready a day sooner than I expected. It was fully detailed. I thought the price was reasonable (it was out of pocket not insurance.). Highly recommend read more

Vision Auto Graphics And Collision - Partial paint dent repair. - Auto Detailing Near Me - Woodbridge, Virginia

Vision Auto Graphics and Collision repaired the damage to my car as a result of a not at fault rear-end collision. They made a stressful situation easier by having a contact with Enterprise Rental that picked me up and let me drop the car off at vision when done. Also, the repairs were excellent as they used OEM Honda parts and worked with my insurance company to get the parts covered. Would recommend getting an estimate before you take your car to anyone else. read more

I had been in an accident over 5 years ago and took my truck to Vision to have the body work done. Recently, the clear coat was starting to look fugly and needed to be redone. Without blinking an eye, they made an appointment for me to have the hood repainted under their paint guarantee! It didn't cost me a thing. That's customer service!! read more

So this is my car in front of Vision. What makes this photo unique is that the car just arrived from California on a cross-country drive. In addition, this is the second car in 90 days that I have run through Vision. The first time was on a recommendation from a family member and the work was so good that when I acquired this car, I brought it right back to Vision. Bryan and his team are exceptional! Great attention to detail and beautiful quality in their work. In addition, there prices are very competitive. If you live anywhere in NOVA, it is absolutely worth your time to travel to this shop for any paint or body work to your car. read more

As if a car accident wasnt stresful enough, they made it soooo much smoother. Thank you! read more

What professionalism..... My vehicle was fixed the right way. Vision Auto ensured that the paint matched, though it took a second go at it due to the metal flake and unique hue of my paint. They got it right! Brian went the extra mile throughout the process. His professionalism and personal touch explaining things was reassuring and made my experience absolutely stress free. I have already recommended Vision and will recommend them without hesitation. read more

Did a great job on the body/paint work of my vehicle. Had to initiate 99% of the phone calls for status of the work and would leave voicemails and still had to phone them back. Trunk auto opener was not working after return of the vehicle (was prior to drop off) and instead of driving 40 miles each way to head back down on a weekday (not open weekends) I went to a local dealer and they reattached everything. I feel this is something that should have been checked after reattaching bumper. read more

Mr. Bryan Brown and Mr. Steve Milleson, I hate to say it, but I "LOVE" this shop. I know that I always worry you all to life! However, your shop is not only concerned about your work, you all are caring and compassionate about your customers too! I have been assigned to this area since 2007. I must admit, my cars have been through a lot over these pass years. Believe me when I say that their work is outstanding! I would not take my cars to anyone else for repairs! Vision Auto Graphics and Collison keep my cars looking brand new! Their body work and paint jobs on cars are done exceptionally well! Outstanding job! This is a 5 plus star shop! Also, they have a detailed company that will make your vehicle look like a brand new car! Thank you! Thank you very much for your continuous support. Yvonne Jones read more

I completely wrecked my front bumper and under-panel sheath thing (clearly, I know cars) and was referred to Vision Auto Graphics by my Nissan dealership. I walked in for an estimate on Monday morning and by just Wednesday afternoon the new parts were ordered, painted, installed, and my car was ready for me to pick up! Super quick and easy. Bryan was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to point out and explain. I gave him a brief run down of what I had done to the poor car, and he gave me a step-by-step explanation of how the damages most likely developed as he inspected it. He was patient, friendly, and made me feel like my car was his only concern of the day. I got an estimate within minutes (the damages were nothing elaborate) and didn't pay a thing until I picked up my vehicle. I'd suggest having some financial cushion in case the estimate isn't spot-on or if further damages are discovered. My aftermarket bumper happened to be a little pricier than what was noted on their system but I was prepared for it in advance. I'm incredibly satisfied with the results (car looks great!!) and impressed by how quick and painless the entire process was. It couldn't have been easier and I highly recommend their services! Walk-ins accepted for estimates and I was able to leave my car there right after. They are opened on Saturdays by appointment. read more

I can't say enough about how great our experience was here. We had an orange traffic barrel fall off an overpass on our hood. Brian from Vision worked with my insurance company and the auto rental company so I didn't have to do much at all. Hendrick Honda recommended a few places and I'm so glad we went with Vision. Brian (work coordinator) was soooo friendly and helpful and made sure our car was fixed soooo much faster than I thought possible. He explained the repair process, the cost breakdown and even the supplemental insurance process. He was super communicative- calling us with updates and status reports. Knowing how easy it is to get dents in the DMV, I know we will back. I trust their work and their prices- they did an amazing, thorough job. read more

Exceptional help at no profit to Vision: Vision was engaged by my insurance company, USAA, when a box truck backed into our SUV in a parking lot and totaled it. They worked with USAA and a third-party damage assessor to assign a value to the vehicle for the insurance payout. In a series of emails and calls over a couple of weeks, culminating with a near 1/2 hour call with USAA, Bryan went way above and beyond the call of duty in putting in time and effort to work to correct mistakes made by the third-party damage assessor that erroneously deducted $2400 from the value of the vehicle -- money that would have come right out of my pocket. He did this because it was the right thing, not because it meant more money for Vision. In the shark tank that is so often the world of car repair, it restores your faith a bit when you encounter an honest person who goes out of his or her way to do the right thing for the right reasons. A huge thank you to Bryan and Vision for your exceptional help -- and while I hope I won't need your services anytime soon, there is only one place I will go to for bodywork and paint in the future. read more

Extremely happy with service and work!! I had a minor accident and didn't know where to take my newer Acura. Since the local Acura dealerships don't have body shops, I called to ask where they recommended I take my car. They immediately said Vision and I'm so happy they did. They worked with the insurance company, handled my rental car and kept me updated the entire time. They also reviewed my estimate from the insurance company and worked with them to make sure I got new parts, not refurbished parts like the insurance company wanted. Bryan was fantastic and communicated every step. This stressful situation was made so much easier because of Vision. I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

I am late in writing a review and I apologize. So I had purchase a NEW Cadillac XT5 in December of 2018. In January of 2019 I was rear ended on Cardinal Dr. Had my car towed to Vision Collision, they went through the car and determined it was totaled. They called the insurance company and within 3 weeks my XT5 was paid in full and I wnet and purchased a new one. Other body shops would have tried to repair that car. By the way I only 618 miles on the XT5. Steve the owner is a gentleman and his team is the best. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISION COLLISION! read more

I'll start this review by saying that I am the type of person who pays very close attention to detail, I do my homework before walking into a situation, and everyone starts out as a suspect to me, especially auto mechanics! That said, I've now been going to Vision Autographics for the past five years due to their consistency in providing outstanding customer service, quality and reliable service on my vehicle, and fair pricing; any one of which qualities are near impossible to come by around here. Each time I've had to pay these guys a visit, I've left knowing that it was undoubtedly time and money well spent! I can honestly say I trust these guys to always do right by me. I highly recommend that you stop in and give Vision Autographics a chance at any of your autobody needs. Even if it's something like a simple marble that has rolled down the air ducts under your seat, and is now rolling around under your floor while you drive, (guilty ) ...these guys will know exactly what to do, will get the job done right, and if at all possible will actually go out of their way to save you time and money in the process. By the way, that marble situation was one where an Audi dealership tried for several hours to get the marble out only to tell me that they can see it with a small camera, but would need me to come back for another estimated 3 hours (which I would need to pay for) so they could remove the seat, floor boards, etc., to see if they can get the marble out. I called Vision and they had the marble out in less than 5 minutes. Didn't remove the seat or any panels. This is what I mean when I tell you they have always taken care of me and have always kept it straight! read more

These guys are AMAZING!!! Within the past 3 months my vehicle has been hit. Both times I went to Vision. What usually is a stressful experience was east, stress free and all around exceptional from the time of the estimate until the pick up of my vehicle (which was also cleaned both inside and out). Steve and Brian helped me with the car insurance claims, rental car and had my car back in a week. No small feat for the damage that had been done. I was so excited to have my car back and should have thanked them for making my life so easy during a stressful time. There is no place else I will ever go to in the future. read more

Steve and his team are amazing!! My 07 Audi Q7 got hit pretty bad but I didn't want the car totaled because I LOVE that car. The car has almost 200k miles on it, being in the automotive business myself, I've had it since new and runs perfect. Vision had my car repaired BETTER than before, fixed a fender and painted the front bumper area that was not even part of the insurance payment, my car had major work done and it turned out PERFECT! 1000 Stars!! Came at 5:59. I told old Brian I was running late after being in traffic for 3 hours. Called several times to update him my status. When I finally got there, he wouldn't even take a 30-second look at my car. Good luck. It will always come back to you. read more

My son backed into another car and damaged the bumper and rear light/panel of his certified preowned Honda Civic that I just purchased for him a few months ago. My insurance company provided me with a list of repair shops they use but I decided to contact the local Honda dealer to see who they recommended. Vision Autographics was highly recommended by my service advisor so I selected them to perform the repairs and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The car was ready when they said it would be and they kept me informed of the status of the repair throughout the process. Their staff was extremely professional and responsive. And to top it off, they even washed the car and armor-alled (sp?) the tires which was a nice touch. The car looks brand new! read more

I am so thankful for this place. They had great customer service and went above and beyond with all my repairs. My truck turned out even better than before. Also I was running a little late when I went to pick up my vehicle and the owner was so sweet and stayed the extra 20 minutes. Not only did he stay but I didn't feel rushed. Thanks so much vision auto!!! :) read more

I was very impressed with Vision Auto Graphics and Collision in two respects. First, my car has been out of production for several years and parts are hard to come by. Bryan worked diligently over several weeks to find a replacement bumper. In several cases, suppliers said they had the part but when they showed up they were unusable. Finally, he found an aftermarket manufacturer who had the part. I really appreciated his patience - I'm sure my car was in his shop a lot longer than he would have liked - and his persistence in finding the part. Second, the quality of the work was excellent. In fact, my wife was so impressed she's planning to schedule an appointment to bring her car in to have some minor scratches buffed out. read more

I recently took my car to Vision for repairs after an accident and I am in absolute awe by the fantastic customer service that I received as well as the speed of the repairs and the workmanship. These employees, especially Bryan Brown, really care about their customers. From the moment I walked into the shop to the day I picked up my vehicle, Bryan treated me with compassion and respect. Talking to him literally made me feel like I was working with family! He went above and beyond to ensure that the repairs would be made as quickly as possible since he knew I did not have rental car coverage with my insurance. Bryan worked closely with my insurance company so I didn't have to. I can't believe how he was able to take such a stressful situation and turn it into something positive. I couldn't be happier with the work completed! My car looks brand spanking new and the attention to detail was superb! Bryan updated me on the progress and my car was completed before his original timeline. I cannot thank those at Vision enough. I will recommend them to everyone and be sure to take my vehicle back there again if I ever need work done. read more

Bryan was amazing, very helpful and willing to go above and beyond when my van got crashed into, he made sure everything was taken care of for us and didn't have to worry about anything, when I picked up my vehicle it was washed. Very friendly and helpful service. Great job at the car. Fair price and awesome customer service before and after the collision.

Exceptional customer service! I was referred to Vision Auto Graphics by my Honda dealer after an out-of-town accident in my brand new (still wearing temporary plates) CRV. I had my car towed to the auto shop following the accident and had to rely entirely on the arrangements I could make over the phone. Bryan kept me updated every step of the way and provided me with the kind of customer service you don't see anyplace else. Not only did he make me feel comfortable with several thousands of dollars worth of repairs to the vehicle sight unseen, he offered to meet me on a non-business day to pick up my car without the hassle of scheduling off of work! Though a particularly courteous offer, we planned on my coming in to pick up the car on a business day, meaning a four hour drive from my hometown. When I arrived at Vision Auto Graphics it was closed (unsurprisingly - in retrospect) due to inclement weather. Not to worry though, all I had to do was call Bryan. He was there in twenty minutes, in the snow. The car looks as good as new, and will someone please give Bryan a raise! read more

BAD! BAD! Business I brought my 2002 Z06 here to get the roof and rear deck lid reprinted I was told that they would have to take out the glass and roof seals so that they could wrap the paint this justifies the 1340 price I was quoted, later that week I was told that the seals had silicones and had a crack and that to replace them it would cost an additional 480 dollars but that they were totally reusable these were their exact words so I told them to reuse them and it would replace them later. When I picked up the vehicle I asked if they would leak and was told no they will last for a little while but later that day it rain and my wife and I were in the car and water started to come in on both sides also my wife went to use the vanity mirror on the sun visor when she lowered it, it fell in her lap. When I called to complain them did not even want to hear me, I since took my car to a corvette specialist and he advised me that the seals were improperly installed I would not recommend these guys for any work at all buyer beware. read more
