The…read morepeople I interacted with in the Seattle office were not up to speed on what the actual requirements were for renewing my passport, and cut off the transaction before completion, and they suggested I go directly to the state department. Which I did, and it took all of 20 minutes to get my passport renewed. They were stating I needed to get additional proof of identity before they could process my renewal (I of course didn't need this; the state department was very helpful and the list of things they said to bring in the confirmation email, was exactly what they needed to renew my passport.) The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars, is that they refunded my money so all I did was waste an hour. But, poor customer service in my opinion. Just go directly to the state department (all these guys do is help you fill out the application and send along to the state department anyway). If they are going to sell this service, they should at least be able to accurately tell you what to bring when you come in.

It was a horrendous experience to be so excited for our first international trip since the birth of our son, then at 4AM at the airport, you're panicking, calling the agent, the airline, anyone who might be able to help and realizing that the plane is going to take off without you. The only remedy they offered was a credit for a future booking. As you can imagine, flights and itinerary for 5 people is not cheap. I'm still trying to get my money back months later.

I traveled most of my life and I've learned to distinguish a good travel agent from one, which is so-so. I must say that Stephen performance, his attention to a detail is quite remarkable. I was a little concern on his behalf, but to my great relieve our complicated itinerary through Malaysia couldn't have been any smoother, more comfortable and care-free. I am in the planning stages for my next trip to South East. This time it is going to be Laos and Northern region Vietnam. I would trust to any travel agency to organize my trip, but My Way Travel. I recommend My Way Travel and Stephen very highly without any hesitation. Happy travels! William C.

While my husband and children's visas were relatively straightforward, I had lost my Chinese passport, which made my application extremely challenging. There were numerous questions and supplemental documents required, and the process felt overwhelming. Robert and his agent went above and beyond--they visited the Chinese Embassy in San Francisco multiple times to help submit my documents and guide me through every step. Thanks to their dedication, my visa was finally approved after a month, and I am so grateful for their support. This is the second time we've booked hotels and flights with them and we are thoroughly impressed!! Our first trip was to Las Vegas in December, and Sofia (the lovely, dedicated owner) managed to find a deal for the W in Vegas (a 5 star hotel) for three nights, a concert ticket, and flights to and back from Seattle for under a thousand dollars. Upon arrival, we were greeted with champagne and free appetizers because this was their opening weekend. Apparently, we had gotten a beautiful (new) suite with all the amenities and two coupons for cocktails as well. Not what we were expecting for $150 a night! It was a phenomenal trip, which could not have been possible without Sofia's help. We checked back later, and found that our room would have normally gone for $300 a night! Our second trip was to Cancun in January, and she managed to score another 5 star hotel (all-inclusive, with drinks) for five nights, flights, and two day tours for under two thousand dollars. We had a private beach, beautiful room, and amazing views--but no outrageous price tag! When you book with Go Travel, you eliminate the stress of traveling and just get to enjoy the experience. We simply told Sofia our budget, goals for the trip, and preferences for flight seating and hotel style. Within an hour we had our tickets booked, itinerary ready, and a list of useful suggestions on where to go/eat during our stay. She even sent us reminders, made sure everything was ready upon arrival, and checked in on us during the trip to make sure we had no concerns. We saved at least 50% on travel costs, and a priceless amount of time and energy in booking with her! Never booking without Go Travel again!! Thank you!!!

They took care of everything and even helped us in an emergency on the way there. The team on the ground in Africa was always easy to contact 24/7 via Whatsapp and always made sure to handle our concerns no matter how small and that's something we're deeply grateful for. We let Nadia know we wanted to see the Great Migration and she had the experience to know we needed to go to BOTH the Serengeti, Tanzania and the Maasai Mara, Kenya. The migration was supposed to be in Kenya in August but all the animals were in Tanzania! Everyone we met who only went to Kenya was completely disappointed! Also the pacing of the trip was perfect. We had increasing animal denstiy and excitement each time. Thanks, Africa Easy for making our trip of a lifetime happen. I can't recommend Africa Easy enough. What you're paying for is their experience. If we had followed guides online and only gone to Kenya in September we would have completely missed seeing anything.

One of the many things I really appreciated about booking through Africa Easy was it created an amazing trip.
