I still get the most down to earth, professional, knowledgeable hair stylist and Color Master ever!! From my 1st day as a new client I've NEVER had to ask for a specific color or try to remember what a previous stylist (*cough, cough myself) colored my hair with because she checked it out and was on it. So I think I started heavy Yelping a bit later and had somehow missed posting my fabulous look from about Summer 16, because did I mention she is Awesome! She believes in healthy hair and can make your natural hair whipp like you have a relaxer, I know because my daughter only let's Tiffany silkpress her hair and she tried someone else once and Nope didnt compare so she learned how to press her own so when she came make it to Mrs Tiffany she is held over. She is all about healthy hair and keeps my relaxed/colored hair in check!! My schedule got busy kids schedules busy and I started wearing braids more often and just getting my hair relaxed by myself or someone closer, Tiffany didnt trip she knows shes like the church saying... Train a child up in the way they should go and when they are older they will not depart from it...ok ok Holier than thou person reading this I'm not saying she's Jesus but she is His on earth helper who Keeps my hair healthy and can keep yours healthy also because once you start with her you wont depart! So go on enjoy your new stylist in the lovely Signature Salon & Spa in Pearland. Dont be all brand new either if you have plans or in a rush dont schedule your appointment within 2hrs of your event, well this is HTown and traffic is always awful so seriously give yourself ample time. Masters have full schedules and they are attentive to each client cant do 1/2 half ass work on my hair because you sitting in the corner huffing because your appointment was 10 minutes ago and you are not in the chair yet Oh C'mon you're next and all eyes will be on you!

Kendra promotes chemical-free hair and has a large natural clientele. Unfortunately, due to a few factors but mainly because of my laziness, I've gone back to relaxers. I always love the final product, but what I appreciate most about KHS is the respect for clients' time. She let me know that they were on the left side closest to the medical facility. When I found it and walked in I was pleasantly surprised. I have never seen a salon so well decorated in Pearland. I would describe the decor as elegant, modern, and rustic. I LOVE the furniture. Stacy, the owner and stylist asked me exactly what I wanted to do with my hair and I told her straight with a bump. She was timely in making sure I was in and out within an hour and a half and that was with 2 other clients as well. I am SO happy how my hair turned out and will absolutely be back. I felt so comfortable and love the energy there. Thank you Stacy for being professional and courteous!

I am very disappointed with my experience…read more I initially paid $300 for my hair extension installation and later returned and paid another $150 for maintenance. During my most recent appointment, I relied on the stylist's professional recommendation regarding the installation method. Unfortunately, within less than 10 days, multiple sections became extremely loose, with two sections literally hanging on by a thread. I contacted the stylist because I felt that an installation should not fail this quickly. Instead of helping me rectify the situation, I felt that the blame was placed back on me, and the proposed resolution involved me paying additional money for yet another installation. I understand that hair extensions require maintenance and that not every method works for every hair type. However, I relied on the stylist's expertise in choosing the method. If a professionally recommended installation starts failing within days, I do not believe the client should be expected to pay again to correct it. I also had concerns with the quality and comfort of the installation. The way my hair was braided caused significant pulling and was very uncomfortable. The extensions did not look smooth from the back, and the extension hair was not properly blended or layered into my natural hair, which made the finished result look less natural than I expected. I was also very disappointed with the way my concerns were communicated and handled. I found the stylist's manner rude and dismissive when I tried to address the problems. Rather than feeling that she was trying to help find a reasonable solution, I felt that responsibility was being placed back on me. Another serious concern is the use of my photos and videos on social media. I had specifically indicated that I did not consent to the salon using my photos or videos for social-media or promotional purposes. I later explicitly asked that my images be removed, but I discovered that pictures of me remained posted on Facebook. I gave the stylist an opportunity to resolve these issues before leaving this review, but unfortunately I was not satisfied with the resolution offered. After paying a total of $450 and having the most recent installation begin coming loose in less than 10 days, I expected the situation to be handled differently. I am sharing my experience so that others considering hair extensions here can make an informed decision. Addendum: I do want to clarify one important point in your response. The photos I posted were taken only five days after the installation you recommended and performed. They were not photos of an installation that was at the end of its cycle or overdue for routine removal. Regarding the comment about privacy, there is an important distinction. My concern was that photos/videos of me were posted on your business social media without my consent. That is entirely different from me choosing to post my own photos in a review to document the condition of my hair after the service. I am entitled to decide when and where images of myself are shared. As a client, I relied on your professional expertise to determine which installation technique was appropriate for my hair. If you believed this particular method was not suitable for my hair or would not hold properly, I would have completely understood if you had simply told me that before proceeding. What I found disappointing was that when the newly installed extensions became extremely loose within days, the explanation shifted toward my aftercare rather than acknowledging that the technique itself may simply not have worked for my hair. I don't believe blaming the client when a professionally recommended technique failed within five days is an appropriate way to resolve the issue. Clients come to professionals because we trust their expertise. I did exactly that. If the technique was not going to work for my hair, saying so would have been perfectly acceptable. It really is that simple.
