Don't bother making an appointment! They will sit you at a station for 10-30minutes before they get to you so plan on being there awhile. The pedicures are good, but not for the price for just shellac and a regular nothing special pedicure. $60 and that is before tip. This was what made me not go back, instead of telling me or putting on a new set of nails because I have acrylics. This guy just says next time because he was running behind and kind of rebuilt one of my nails with acrylic... It started getting really irritated about a week afterwards and my nail had turned brown from a fungus. I took them off for a couple of weeks and filed them down and took care of it myself. If you need a fast (if you're lucky) pedicure they do a nice job, however don't get your acrylics done here. read more

The owner is RUDE, after telling her I did not like the shapes of my nails as they were all different shapes and sizes she told me I was making her uncomfortable. Nonetheless she proceeded to tell me a liar in front of all guest in the shop. She then went to my sister who was also being serviced telling her about what a "liar" I am. After all of this I was still instructed to pay by who it seemed was her husband who took no regards in the way this women spoke to not only me but my sister. I usually go to Asia nails but they were closed. For $70 (without tip btw) shellac pedicure you get your feet tossed around, slapped a bit and they call that a foot massage. Took over two hours to get out of there because they kept taking in more and more customers without finishing up with customers they already had. Another customer was sitting there with her feet in the water for 15 min until finally some showed up. My fingers were wrapped in acetone for over 30 min I finally said hey my fingers are burning up here the response was wait about another 10 min lol. read more

I have been a customer for over 10 years. The last 7 years I was seeing the same person and she knew me and my likes. Yesterday she caused a couple nails cuticles to bleed which I didn't see until I was home which the blood dried under the polish she also cut my nails square and not round and the polish was poorly applied. I was also not told prices went up again and when I got home and all those issues I looked at the receipt and I was charged another $12. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Usually I'm pretty flexible and not picky, but this was literally the worst manicure I've ever had. I highly encourage you to read. I went in to get a new dip powder manicure, I already had a full set of dip powder nails on. As the lady started using the drill to take my nails off (Which I thought was odd, because usually they soak them first before drilling) the drill grabbed the part of my nail near the cuticle and completely drilled out a huge chunk of my skin. Not like a little nick, a CHUNK. And it hurt too! Then the lady was like oh sorry and started to continue!? I was like no way, just soak the rest of them. Then after awhile of waiting for them to soak (as my finger BLED BY THE WAY) they switched me over to 2 other spots with 2 different people. Then I told the new lady I wanted to put a new tip on the finger the other lady had to tear the nail off of after she took a chunk out of my finger, and she was super rude about it! Then they had the audacity to charge me FULL PRICE AND EXTRA FOR THE NAIL THEY HAD TO FIX. I was like, there is no way I'm paying extra for the nail YOU TOOK A CHUNK OUT OF. I've not been coming here fairly regularly. I've had a few small issues over time but it wasn't until this week that I decided not to come back. During my manicure the nail tech took a chunk out of my cuticle with the cuticle scissors. She had been distracted the entire time by watching the security cameras on her phone, and telling other techs what to do. It was clear she was in charge. After getting the bleeding to stop she did apologize, which I appreciate. But she didn't offer me any sort of discount or do anything to make the situation right. I am so disappointed. read more

I was visiting my bestie from NJ. She just had a baby and needed a nice spa day. We booked pedicure appointments with Kim and Lynn based on previous reviews and they did not disappoint. We got the the VIP Pedicure package. They spend their time on us, offered a beverage in the beginning and kept asking if what they were doing was okay or if we felt any pain etc. It felt amazing they cleaned our feet so well that they looked like new born baby feet and shaped and smooth out toe nails perfectly (and I'm very picky about that). When I was asked if I like the design I told them no and they looked at me kind of questioning what I said then I repeated. Then they proceeded to completely ignore it and sent me on my way. My bill was not cheap which I never have a problem with for good quality. But this was not there best work by far. I noticed that there was a new nail salon open in this strip mall with a welcoming banner! My friend and I were already at the Starbucks next door and wanted to have a relaxing Sunday so we popped in for a quick mani pedi! First of all, I'm so happy to see this mall being filled up with a variety of new businesses! The interior is quite nice, they have the pedi and mani rooms separated which some places don't do, and it made the whole experience a lot more relaxing! The woman who took care of my nails was friendly and did an excellent job on my nails and took care of my requests for a nail a design I wanted at no extra charge! I just got my nails done here today by Jenny! I have acrylics with shellac. I wasn't quite due for a fill yet but the last place I went that did my nails didn't do a great job so I needed them fixed because they were starting to look crazy (the shellac polish was peeling off on a couple nails) I'm very pleased with the service I received. I went in as a walk in and only waited a little while to get my nails started when it came to my nails I did get nicked a few times on my cuticles from the drill but that happens and it's not that big of a deal in my opinion! I gave her a picture of my inspiration/what I wanted (I will admit it wasn't the easiest design) but I think Jenny did a really great job giving me something similar to what I was looking for. She also did a great job making my coffin shaped nails nice and sharp again (they were quite dull before) as well as the fact that I bummed my nails once or twice on my way to put my hand under the light and she was so willing to fix the nails that got messed up! Kind of a bummer that they only accept cash tips because I rarely ever carry cash but overall a great experience!
