I went on a whim while in GR and regret it. I wanted to redo a dip that was lifting. The person who did my nails (Lily) filed my nails so much that I now have ridges next to most of my cuticles. I have been seeing the same nail person for over 10 years and recently she sold her salon and moved to Holland. I have been a reoccurring customer here because I have ultimately liked the outcome of my nails and they're super close to where I live. The downside is the service is terrible, especially for the price. People go to salons to get pampered and feel relaxed, here, I feel rushed. They're super low staffed which makes for a long wait (for walk-in appointments and scheduled appointments), they rushed me into picking a color and have had some aggressive tendencies when actually doing my nails. It is clear they are just trying to get people in and out. The last thing i'll add is that my last experience was the not great because while I was getting my nails done by the manager/lady in charge, she was having a whole conversation with another customer the ENTIRE time. The first time I came in I was a little skeptical because my nails were in such bad shape from before. Haylee hooked me up with some herbal treatment and fixed them all without much up charge. The choices you can pick from with a wide range of different polishes, powders, and styles fit any casual or regular customer. These gals are excellent! This place isn't the prettiest or most well decorated nail salon in the area, but the service here is excellent. Also, they keep a nail kit with non washable nail implements in it- no more using a nail file that a bunch of other folks have used. For someone like me who easily gets sick, I appreciate the salon's efforts to sanitize and keep things nice and clean. I also had two great dip powder manicures here and I'm looking forward to coming in for a pedicure! read more

I don't get my nails done very often so I was very excited to get mine done when I came here. I got a gel manicure. I found a color I loved and it looked alright when my nails were finished. However, by the time I got home this evening, a layer of my gel polish had peeled up on the side of my thumb. It looks like one of the layers did not dry all the way before the next coat was applied. I'm super bummed about it, especially since it had been only a couple hours and I hardly ever pay to get my nails done. Aside from this, this salon was clean and responsibly took the additional cautions that must be taken in light of covid. Staff seemed nice as well. read more

The tech gave me the longest leg massage I've ever had at a nail salon and really focused on helping release tension. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! I went in on a Friday afternoon during an hour long lunch. I specifically asked if they could have a full set done in less than an hour, and they said yes. I scheduled the appointment and the woman was SO SLOW. I wanted matte black nails with 1 silver sparkle nail. She was so irritated and didn't understand what I was talking about. The woman working next to her had to keep telling her how to do her job. She filed my nails all different sizes and not shaped the same. Because I was in such a rush, I didn't have time to have her correct this. She ended up putting FIVE coats of color on my nails. FIVE. Then got angry when I was 15 minutes over the hour she had promised and I told her I didn't have time to let my nails dry. I drove back with soaking wet nails (which I managed not to ruin somehow). Fast forward to Sunday afternoon (2 days later), two of the nails fell off. I paid $37 plus tip, for 2 days worth of nails. I will never return. It was such an unpleasant experience. read more
