Wanted simple design with gel. When I sat down he said dip would be better.. as someone who gets there nails done once a year for special occasions I didn't know what the entailed. He said "better for your nails"... so I said ok. He barely took anytime to prep my nails. Minimal cuticle clipping, didn't even file the ends to make them even. He did 2 very thick layers of dip, with very messy edges. And the design, well.... You can see the pics. Very rude to customers-they had their children running around the salon-very unprofessional. and extremely distracting! I called and set up an appointment which was ridiculous. I came in picked a color polish, sat down in reception with kids playing on the sofa and running back and forth. Then I was told to sit in a particular ped chair so I did. I sat for 45 minutes without anyone saying they were behind, offering me a beverage,or asking if the;y delay was going to be ok. maybe I WOULD HAVE BEN A LITTLE TOLERANT had my feet been soaking in warm water, but NO, no consideration for me or my time no one even looked at me. I will tell you right now that in a salon there should be a little courtesy if they wanted my money I just plain walked out and won;t be back no customer service here just rudeness. Honestly. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute trash. I've been going here for about 6 months. Loved it up until my last 2 visits. The first one. The guy wouldn't listen to me. He basically told me he was doing what would look best for my nails. Also. He was too busy playing on his phone and cut probably every finger. This last time (yesterday), the owner did my nails. So rude. So unprofessional. He even had an attitude when answering the phone. He cut my nails so unevenly. When he was "finished" filing I said "these aren't even" he said "if you're not happy you can leave" so I did. And went across the street. As you can see in the photo. I do not like posting negative comments or causing potential damage to any business's reputation, however you committed fraud & lied. I would not be as angry as I am if it had not been so callously done in front of my grandchildren, who are impressionable & even worst that it made them feel bad. That is irreversible!I find it so disheartening when a business you have been to many times in the past takes advantage of you. Shame on you, you're horrible customer service & after the fact of me showing you online the appointment I scheduled for my 2 granddaughters you tell me that what is shown online is from a previous owner, which is not true the owner was sitting right there doing someone's nails & has been the owner for years. I do not go there anymore as I have followed the same person that has done my nails for years. She left your establishment because of the way you treated your employees, along with the majority of your other past employees. I decided last minute to take my girls for a fun time of getting their nails done. They were full where I now frequent. I looked online & chose to give you another try & your prices were very reasonable for children. Much to my surprise when they were done instead of being charged $40 for the two of them I was charged $130. I brought up the website online where I had scheduled that clearly showed what they were getting & the cost. You had the audacity to lie & say there is a different owner & the prices are incorrect. I stated their prices should not be advertised as such if they are incorrect. The owner has been there at least 5 years. Especially when making an appointment online stating what the cost would be. That is fraud, misrepresentation & gouging at its best. You provided the service knowing I had the appointment & I'm presuming it showed the cost on your end for what I had booked. I can guarantee I will never be back & hope that everyone I know will forward this information. It's said one negative comment or post, generates 7 more bad comments or posts & that cycle continues. I tried diligently to show you, explain to you that's what I would pay as it was in writing & you argued with me & then one of your male workers said it's $130 too bad for your luck, the service has us already done. to say I was angry was/is an understatement. I then tried to compromise with her, she just kept saying no & showing me the calculator that said $130. Against everything I wanted to say & just walk out only paying $40, I did not want to create a bigger scene with my granddaughters standing there excited about having their manicures & pedicures and now they are feeling bad & apologizing to me that it was so expensive. I felt horrible that they thought they had done something wrong. How DARE you! What a terrible experience you created, from what was supposed to be a wonderful bonding moment made spontaneously for a fun grandma/granddaughters evening. I hope the $130 I regretfully paid serves you well as I will never be back & have reported you to the better business bureau too. read more

I got acrylics with gel polish for 50.00. Cindy was a perfectionist and very reassuring when I would nervously try to refile. I sipped a Pepsi and calmed my nerves. I am sooo happy. My nails are long and purple and shiny and strong. Next time I might try a gel polish. The whole vibe was relaxed and friendly. I came in nervous about my nail vocabulary and value for money. They set a young lady to help me understand what to pick for my priorities. If you go here, they are nice and thorough. Side note, an employee wanted to run to dollar store and was sent off as a matter of course to take care of her valentines day errand. I like when the employees give a good happy vibe. read more

I used to go here years ago and loved this place. I've started returning again and this last time had such horrible service with a guy named Suni I will never come back. I had been using my own nails with dip powder and my nails were grown out. Instead of soaking my nails in acetone to remove my old dip he used an acrylic nail to POP OFF all my old polish which literally ripped all my real nails off. Then I had to get acrylics to have them the same length which was an extra $20. He took 2 smoke breaks, while I just sat there. I know the dip process and he did Not do it right he barely filed them at all I had to go home and file them they were so jagged. A week later one of my nails started to become really painful, I removed the nail and my real nail was sliced side to side, I'm not sure how that would've happened but it's very painful and has never happened to me before. Most of the women who work there do a really great job but if you get stuck with Suni, run the other way. I won't return because you never know who u will get. read more

I went here for the first time because the price for acrylic nails. On the website it said only $28.00, but when done they charged me $50. The experience was not professionally done. I got cut multiple times by my cuticle. The color is great, although the nails look like they have already been grown out for a week. I also had previously had a broken pinkie that is very sensitive. I informed the guy doing my mails of this, but he was still super rough. I would not recommend this place nor am I ever going back!! read more

My appointment was at 1 pm. It took me a minute to figure out what they were telling me, but after I signed in and picked my polish, i was helped right away. The water was nice and warm and relaxing. They always remember my name and if it's been awhile they ask where I've been. One time they were closing early on thanksgiving and I didn't know but they still removed my old nails for free and repainted them quick so that they would look nice when visiting my family even though they were closing. Then they booked an appointment to redo my dip nails the next day. They always take me as a walk in even when they are busy. My nails last longer compared to other salons & the owner is always ahead of the curve on new products, designs, & techniques. read more

Beyond unimpressed with the results, the staff, and their dedication to customers. Got my nails done (gel) for my engagement pictures & 3 days later the tips and sides of multiple nails chipped off. I came in 5 days before prom to get acrylics for the first time. The overall experience was decent. What happened after was a different story. Throughout the week, the nails cracked and started chipping. Two days after I got my nails done, my nail broke in half while I was washing my hands! This was not acceptable. I went back in for a refund. They would not provide me with one, so they took off the acrylics for $10. While the gentleman was removing my acrylics, he sliced my finger open.
