Oh how we love Angela's Nails! I had been driving to Cedar Falls for my nails for the past few years & one day stopped into Angela's when I was crunched for time. Never will I go anywhere else! All of the nail techs are all SO sweet, professional, talented & efficient. They will get my daughter & I in & out within an hour for a dip manicure & pedicure (never have we been there longer than an hour and a half). That used to be one of the most frustrating things about the other nail salons I went to, it would take hours, either waiting or for them to actually do a one color dip manicure, but not here! Well... I came here and they rushed me to pick a color. I couldn't pick the right one because they gave me 10 seconds to pick a color. I chose dip and they did the dip but you could still see my original nail they hardly put any dip on. The color i picked didn't look like it did on the example nail. They also rushed on my nails. read more

I have tried to give this business the benefit of the doubt and have gone back many times, but it has never gotten better. The place is very dirty and doesn't look well taken care of. My dip polish maybe lasted me a week and when I went back to get my free touch up they were rude about it. I have gotten a much better quality and experience elsewhere and I will continue to do so. read more

I was so pleased with the pedicure. Was nothing short of amazing. Was way better than I thought it would be. The workers are very nice as well and you don't feel like your being judged by them as you do at some places. My manicure was so nice too, I usually feel like the nail people are rough when they do my nails but they did so good and were so gentle. The quality of what they do is just great. Another mother-daughter mani-pedi date, and honestly not much new to report other than the nail polish selection seems a little more current and a little more organized now. If you opt to get a design on your toesies, make sure you let the tech know if you have a preference for white or black design, and silver or gold sparkle polish...Mom and I both asked for designs and instead of asking what color or what general style/design she would like, the lady my mom was with just picked the design herself and the color...neither of which my mom liked! I wish she would have spoken up but she said she was just surprised and really didn't know what to do. In the past, the techs have asked so she was caught off guard a little, and she felt the tech should have at least checked to make sure she liked the color and design, and I would agree with that. Overall this isn't a bad place to go, and the acetone smell isn't terribly overwhelming...I have been at some places that it is so strong that I have a pounding headache by the time the appointment is over. Prices are reasonable, a mani-pedi with a design was $38, French tips are $5 extra, as well as designs. read more

Terrible service as nail artist was quite rude, seemed bothered by serving this customer. This was second time in nail salon and terrible paint job on both occasions, I could have done it better myself, had to ask to add more on 2 nails, due to rude behavior I was afraid to ask her to add another coat to 4 other nails that looked terrible. There was no talking amongst customers or servers. Then, during nail fill she seemed rough, went too far down with tool under thumb, nicked cuticle also with so much pressure of tools. Very painful!! Worst experience!!! Anyone who goes here must not know the true quality of getting nails done at better salon. I only tried it due to having a gift certificate. Paints were also not a good selection , few colors to choose, seemed bothered when I asked if they had another choice of sparkly paint which they did, but slamming things down, wow, just unreal. read more

I was in another salon this past Saturday and while I watched the frantic rushed service to others I had a panic attack and walked out. I decided whoever speaks English in the next place I call, I will go. I only had to make one phone call, to Angela's, where I was greeted in English and every question was answered. I skeptically went yesterday and it was like entering a private peaceful getaway. Soothing music, silent TV's, a pillow in my chair, a towel under my elbows, cleanliness, tidy, friendly people. I was offered something to drink, and everyone in there seemed happy and attentive. The owner gave me a hand/arm massage when my nail tech was finished and I left there thinking "I have passed this place every day for a year and a half"! I'm so impressed with the owners and technicians and the place itself I will be a regular from here on out! Anthony was awesome. A perfectionist. Minimal filing, minimal Dremel and good technique. I had dip gel in clear pink that Anthony suggested because my nails were naturally so white. I could not be happier. read more

Yuck! Never again! I've been there several times but won't ever go back. The last time I was there, the staff all started arguing with each other, some were stomping in and out of the salon, all while chairs were filled with customers.
