First off it's only 4 people working in this little nice place. It was busy when I arrived but some kind of way they got those pedicures done. I got the sweet pedicure lasted about 30 minutes total and it and I felt so good afterwards. The young lady that did my nails was absolutely gentle and took her time shaped and filed majority by hand and that's impressive. I paid $117 with tip included that's not to bad for me. I will be returning and I received a loyalty card and I love those things. I highly recommend in my break I will be going there plus the complimentary glass of wine wasn't to bad either...yes Iowa came thru on this outing. I'm a happy girl today. read more

I wish I had walked out as soon as I walked in. Place is dirty. Chairs, arm rests, and pedi chair controls were filthy. I asked that they clean the chair control and all they did was wipe with a damp rag. No sanitizer was used. The man who did my pedi pulled corner of nail and made my toe bleed. Also scrubbed my heels so hard I had to pull away and they are now red and sore. I would NOT recommend this place and will not be going back. read more

If I could give less then 1 start I would. I went in for a dip at the last minute this place was close. Got in fairly quick 1 guy started removing old polish & left me sitting for 25 minutes while he started someone else. Another guy asked me to move over to his chair where he continued. He was obviously on something the way he was talking then he started dozing off while doing my nails. Wow I'm tired he says long story short after I told him finish up so I can go they looked terrible & he offered to fix but no thanks.... So disappointed. The nail tech obviously did not want to be working today. She rushed through my pedicure without offering me any spa options. Laughed at me when she hurt me. Tried to leave but was called back to do my manicure. 10 minutes start to finish-nails uneven a terrible terrible job. Sat me down under the dryer and flew out the door. I had a great experience at Q nails today! The whole staff is very friendly. I also think that you get a lot of bang for you buck. My friend and I did the Deluxe pedicure and loved it. You get a ton of pampering for what you pay. The salon is very clean and well kept and the chairs are great. They had a good selection of polish, but I typically bring in my own bottle in case I need to make any touch ups later. I am typically very picky about nail salons-- especially in regards to cleanliness and this place passed with flying colors. It was my first time here and I will definitely come back and I would recommend it to anyone! read more

It was a last minute stop on a Sunday. They got our nails done quick and they looked alright. Aside from the gentleman burning my nail with the Dremel, everything was fine. My friend got a mani pedi, and I just got a full set. We ended up finishing at the same time. They then overcharged us at the store (we had called to check price beforehand), and overcharged another $20 when she checked her bank the next day! My gemstone fell off the second day, and now my nails are already brittle and breaking. After two days. Will not be coming back. read more

My nails turned out great!! The only thing was is my nails were buffed 4-5 times and every time, the buffer would burn my skin (not my cuticle). This was to the point that my blood was showing up on the buffer from also getting the surrounding poked and prodded so much. Took my 9 year old to get get feet and nails done. Such good prices for kids and adults. I recommend the princess combo for young girls. The young man doing her feet was very nice and helped us have a good time. My feet feel great too. The massage chairs are amazing. Had a pedicure done last week. The guy who did mine and my friends was so aggressive both of our feet hurt when we got home. When he was trimming my cuticles he kept cutting the skin and his own nails were so sharp when he was doing what should have been a relaxing calf massage I had little cuts on my legs from his nails. I wasn't going to leave a review but has been about a weeks and my feet still hurt. read more

Prices are reasonable and I was happy with my results. However, the biggest draw back was that it didn't seem very clean. The wax room had blankets and towels thrown on the floor. The wax warmer had wax all over it. Just needs some more attention to detail. read more

Usually have great service, but today was awful. They overbooked themselves and had one lady do both mine and my moms pedis. The work was sloppy and rushed. They forgot to do top coat and my polish was not smooth and the nail tech instead of fixing it just added another coat and argued that the nails looked fine. Will not be returning. read more

I had a couple of blissful hours to burn while waiting on the kiddos, so I decided to get my nails done. I'm from out of town, so I opted for the salon closest to the location I was at, as long as the reviews were positive. Unfortunately, I was incredibly disappointed. I have been having my nails done for years at various salons running the gamut on quality of service. This experience was by far the worst. When I arrived, the wait was long, which I completely understand because it's a walk-in joint on the weekend. I elected to do a powder dip manicure, and when it was my turn the experience took a negative turn. To start, the desk I was ushered to was covered in nail dust. There was no towel or anything put down under my hands. The gentleman that worked on my nails was not friendly, very rough, and rushed through the process. As a result, the color is blotchy and blemished, and my cuticles are cut, sore and torn up. Then, to add insult to injury, the hand massage involved some lotion slapped on my hands and rubbed in for approx 10-12 seconds (I'm not exaggerating). My entire hand didn't even get covered. Anyway, suffice it to say, I won't be back the next time I'm in town. Definitely a waste of $44.00. read more

At age 67 I've had my nails done many times throughout the years. I've never had them done so thoroughly! Tom Tran, the owner I think, worked to remove callouses and dry skin even after the polish was complete. He used two base coats, which surprised me, and a nail edge coat by itself which was dried under the UV light and then another coat of color was applied followed by top coat. He is a complete professional, worked efficiently and I came away with the best nail job ever! It will be fun to see how long it lasts. read more

i've gotten acrylic nails done for a few years now and i decided to go here because it is where my mom in law gets her nails done. for starters, all i said i wanted was square nails with black polish & the man asked for a picture...(odd right? that's a very simple request) but i showed him a picture of what i wanted. he began working and was immediate rude. i got a couple phone calls that i couldn't ignore and each time i answered the phone he rolled his eyes and stopped working. now, i work in the service industry so i understand what it's like to have a bad day so i just brushed it off. until i got to the cash register and my total was 40 DOLLARS. the sign on the wall said "Full Set $25+". i knew mine would be a little more expensive because i got shellac polish but NO WHERE did it say it would be an extra $15, because no WAY would i have spent that much money. PLUS my nails turned out to be NOTHING like the picture. I went back the next day to ask why i was charged so much and he simply said "you got shellac". i checked the prices to make sure i hadn't missed anything and once again, i saw that there was no such thing as shellac costing $15. needless to say i'm really upset and i'm very disappointed with the job they did. they're very very rude and my mother in law and i agreed we would never go back. read more

Went in for mani/pedi. Witnessed a worker use a tool on one customers feet then go to use it on my hands before I confronted her. Woman doing my feet made them bleed by using scrubber too hard after I constantly told her it hurt me. Music in spa was blaring with vulgar language. Staff unfriendly, and place filthy with nail clippings. Before I left woman gave "hand massage" but was too lazy to rub in lotion. My hand was dripping with lotion. Horrible spa- would not recommend.
