This was my first time coming here and let me just say they have found a new regular customer. You have to be specific in terms of what you want if you want something a little on the fancier side but I have no problem with that because I want what I want and I'll make sure if I'm paying for it I get it lol, if I was to be picky my nails are not all the same length however that's not a huge deal breaker I'll just have to be extra observant next time. I got a pedicure done as well and I loved it! She did a good job on my toes too and I just love how soft my feet are after a good pedicure. All in all it's a great experience with a comforting environment and for the price I will definitely be back. There was a woman who was doing this sweet elderly woman's nails when I was there that was being a little rude to her and even bullied her to not do what the woman was originally wanted. To the point when the lady asked the woman how she wanted something the woman would just respond with "whatever you think" that for me is a red flag. I don't know her name but I do know I will not settle for that kind of treatment. Who knows had that woman done my nails this review might have been completely different. read more

So glad I found this place!! I had given a tip last time but I wanted to make things official with a review. I'm so picky that it's hard for me to find a place I like. I'm the type that clips my own toenails prior to my pedicure because many times they don't listen when I say "short". This is not the case here with Lee. She is so thorough. Each time I leave my feet are buffed and painted to perfection! Bottom line, give this place a try. I don't care if you have to drive a half hour to get here. Trust me it's worth it if you're particular. Make sure you ASK FOR LEE! I cannot attest for anyone else cuz I've only ever gotten her. Also for those with little divas, girls pedicures for $10!! It's cheaper than a sitter and will keep your little one happy and quiet. It's our new mommy/daughter activity. VIP is amazing!!!! read more

My husband didn't want to go to my regular place so we tried this one. We were both seated and someone promptly started my pedicure. At the desk I had asked for a deluxe, but in the end he only gave me the basic pedicure. The massage was weirdly rushed, but I could tell they were getting busy and starting to rush everyone. I get pedicures every 2 weeks. One of the main reasons I get a pedicure is for A) the massage and B) the heel smoothing. I could really care less how well my cuticles are cared for on my feet so if the massage and heels are not taken care of, the pedicure in my opinion is mediocre. My husband and I were seated at the same time, but they didn't start his pedicure until they were polishing my toes. They could have told us to come back in 20 minutes or that it would be a while before they could accommodate both of us. I would have understood. The facilities were clean and the staff seemed nice enough. I liked the massage chairs at this location. I will unlikely return though. I didn't feel like a VIP in the least. read more

I came here after leaving in the middle of a manicure at another salon due to horrible treatment by the nail tech. The people here helped me RIGHT AWAY! And were just LOVELY. I went in and got a mani pedi combo. And lots of things went wrong. First I got my pedi done, it seemed decent enough. I wanted a flower design on my nails (a simple one at that) and the tech told me you can't paint a flower on black polish unless it's a white flower.....I know that isn't true but I find a white flower design for her. She tells me no she can't do it, it will look bad. She then gets me a stack of the tackiest looking nail stickers to choose from. No thanks. I go without. She tells me she's done, and I'm like ok? So what about my mani? She has me walk across their nasty floor bare foot and takes my shoes. She does my manicure...and seems so annoyed at me. She then takes me to the drier. I must have dried my nails 20 minutes! She never came back for me and moved on to another customer! Another tech came and told me my nails should be dry and I could leave. I then had to ask to be cashed out. It has been 24 hours and my polish (normal not gel) is cracked in both my pedicure and manicure AND my mani has chipped like crazy. Overall...I was not impressed. I got a pedicure and gel manicure here for the first time yesterday. My appt was at 5pm and I showed up 15min early and they took care of me right away. The lady who did my manicure was pretty good and quick. My pedi cure was also alright but I have to keep telling the lady to get the dirt out of my toes since I was at the river last weekend. If I wouldn't have told her anything she wouldn't have cleaned it well. But anyways I give it 4/5 stars just bc I don't like to have to tell them to how to clean it or whatever.... other than that everything else was good & the nail stylists were all very friendly. read more

Came back 2 weeks later with her, and she seemed like she'd had a rough day, had a terrible attitude and when I chose a color she said 'someone else was using it and I had to choose a different color because they were closing soon'. The experience me and my 16 year old daughter had at this establishment, I would never wish upon anyone.. it started with an a line of interrogation rather than a warm greeting. The nail technician/ owner failed to perform to standard on a set of acrylic nails. When he was asked to fix them, he persisted in demonstrating a less than subpar set of nails. He then overcharged us and refused to give the change that was owed. I will never go to this so called place of business ever again not will I recommend this place to another person. Period. Today, my daughter, her friend and I got mani/pedi's (getting girls ready for homecoming). It was an awesome experience - very relaxing, spotless, a lot of attention to detail for each person and a huge amount of attention towards cleanliness/sanitation. I did a french pedicure, and the person asked if the white was too thick, etc. - very personalized towards customer's wishes. Went in here with my mom to treat her to a pedicure & myself to a new set, which they asked about, they got my mom seated right away but I was waiting for a while, someone else came in for a new set & they sat her down right away completely forgetting about me. They asked if I was waiting & I told them no, like I already said I was getting a new set, I then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to get me started only to discover out of 6 people only one knew how to do ombré & she had just started on the set who walked it. This review is based on the waxing service ONLY. I love this place for nails. Mani/Pedi gel- they are awesome. A co-worker suggested I use them for waxing. I went in for underarm waxing & came out with severe burns! The lady who did it was super nice but the wax was way too hot. She realized it & even admitted it. Just had a pedicure by Van. She was extremely thorough and very conscientious. It's brand new, so the store is very clean and fresh, but nothing special otherwise. I walked-in without an appointment and was seen right away, but all the other chairs were full. They're offering 20% off now, so the standard $20 pedicure cost $17 and change, after tax. They don't up-sell and pressure you into painting silly flowers or salt scrubs. Mostly everyone spoke English, so my preferences weren't lost in translation. I like that they wear gloves during the "wet" portion of the service. Too bad I always pick terrible colors--my toes are very pretty now otherwise. :( read more
