I usually hop from one nail salon to the other but I always find myself coming back to this place. They always make sure that you are accommodated and their prices are very reasonable. Yesterday I went back for the 3rd time and the service and quality of their work was even better! The lady who did my nails exceeded my expectations and when I come back I would like to ask for her to do my nails again. Nails and customer service for my family and I was great......... Then I witnessed another women who was mistreated. The other woman did not speak the language and the staff was aware. Thank goodness she was in her own little world and didn't pick up on the disrespect. I had been coming to this location for years because of a friend and her mother introduced me. Unfortunately the previous owner and staff no longer work at this location. I thought long and hard about this review. Then I thought us women need to stick together! Sorry but not sorry......no longer going to this location or suggesting it to others.....as I previously had. Completely unprofessional. I have no idea how they were given any good reviews. I haven't gotten my nails done in over a year so today I decided to treat myself. I went in for a manicure & pedicure and it came out horrible. 3 of my nails were crooked, they were bumpy with air bubbles on every nail ,nail polish all over my fingers . As for my pedicure they did not do what I paid for! I had to go pick up my kids from school so I returned so that they can fix them and they came out even worst! After that the lady offeres to "fix" them for HALF PRICE like wth $100 + tip and they looked like a child did them, No worst actually my daughter can keep the nail polish on the nail! I had them remove the nails and they refused to give my money back, I'm so hurt. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Unless you want to lose your money and have messed up nails. This business sell gift certificates in the hopes that the customer never uses it. why put an expiry date on a gift certificates when it's prepaid for services. And the attitude of the receptionist when asked if the certificates could still be honored as a good faith gesture. Never will use this place again. read more

I decided to come to this shop since it was close by. I read the reviews of it being affordable. I took my 4 year old here to get her nails painted. My daughter chose black (she's in a Wednesday phase), and the tech tried to change my daughter's mind on the choice of color. The price was surprisingly high for gel polish. $16. I know to stick to my original salon that charges $5 for children getting gel polish. read more

If I could put no stars I would! Went in Thursday and my nails were completely chipped and peeling off by Friday less than 24 hours after. I called to make an appointment to fix them Today at 1:30 (on my lunch break) and when I show up they turn me away and tell me to come back an hour 2:30/3. Needless to say I don't get off work till 6:30 and when I went back all I wanted was my money back because I was unsatisfied and they tried to only give me $14 of the $70 I paid. read more

Awesome nail salon with very friendly, happy workers. I requested an acrylic French manicure and an eyebrow wax and both were done in about 45 minutes, the quickest that any salon has ever done it and wonderful quality to boot! I was shocked that they both only cost $40, I was prepared to pay much more. The gentleman who did my nails was the only man in the salon I didn't catch his name, but he was great; very sweet. My boyfriend and I went in Saturday at 5pm when I got off work after a long day. I really needed a mani/pedi and he was in desperate need for a male pedicure to help relieve the start of some in gown toe nails that had been bothering him. The staff was very friendly when I called to make an appointment and were very happy when we arrived. They offered us waters and started our pedicure spas. I was very impressed with the price and quality of our services! $35 for a deluxe pedicure which included 2 foot masks, a foot scrub, and of course a massage. I got regular polish on my toes. For a gel manicure (with the cat eye color) it only cost me $26ish including tax! I definitely recommend going here if you want quality at a fair price! read more

There are so many nail salons in Albuquerque, it's hard to know which one to go to. I have been to BeBe nail and spa several times, and they are consistent in their service. For $35 you can get a pedicure with three different treatments, such as a paraffin wax dip for your feet, the salt or sugar scrub on your legs, and others. That is a great deal! And you get to sit in the spa chair and have a massage while you get your feet done. When I went recently I had spelled Phoun (pronounced PWAN), and I will ask for her again as she did everything perfectly. The length of my toenails, the pressure of the massage, etc. etc. I've never had a problem walking in and getting service without an appointment. Definitely one of my go-to's for self-care. read more

I am what some might call an AVID Spa connoisseur. I have recently moved to Albuquerque from Europe and spa services there are top notch but very very expensive. I got my first pedi in Albuquerque a couple of weeks ago and was the experience was ho hum. Nothing special. So I got out my trusty Yelp app and looked for some good reviews. BeBe Nails had a couple of great reviews and it is close to my location so...what the heck. When I a lakebed in all of huge pedi chairs where full and all of huge technicians were working hard. I was immediately acknowledged and asked to return in 20 minutes. I didn't have an appointment, so I did not mind the wait. It is in a shopping center so I just went next door and did some clothes shopping. When I returned, I was immediately sat in a pedi chair and the technician got to work. The massage chairs are new and amazing. I did some snooping and got ahold of a menu. They offer three pedis...a regular for $19' a deluxe for $24 and a SUPER Deluxe for $34. Why not start at the top...I requested the SUPER Deluxe and continued to relax. It would have been nice if the technician head explained the different options as I had never been here before, but I was okay with a menu. I got a leg massage, a leg/foot exfoliation, a paraffin wax treatment and polish. It was supposed to include a 10 minute massage, but. I think she missed the mark on that one. In my experience, I feel it important to share with your technician how important the massage is to you...I failed in this respect, but I was as trying to get a good read on what they were going to offer and do without my intervention. I was extremely pleased with the results and the price for what the services I received. I also got a lip and eyebrow wax while I was as there. Both cost $11 together. Not bad. I was pleased with my experience. The technicians were nice, the facility was clean. I will be returning here! read more

I went in on 6/24 for a gel manicure and the polish had peeled on several fingers by the FOLLOWING day. Also, when I entered the salon, I was barely greeted and one of the nail techs told me to "pick a color" and vaguely motioned toward an area where the options were. Being a first time customer, I did not see the selection and had to ask again where it was and felt like I was bothering the tech. I went in on Monday the have the chipped polish fixed and it literally chipped again by the end of the day! I'll save myself the time and money and go elsewhere! read more

It was busy when I walked in and they did take me right away which was nice. The staff was friendly and the prices are ok. When getting my pedicure I asked them to remove a possible ingrown toe nail, although it felt good when I left the shop the next day my toe was throbbing, turns out it is now completely infected on the side they were working on and now I am in even more pain then before I went in. I'm giving them 2 stars because although everything else was good I believe you should not leave and pay for an infection caused by the employee. read more

Felt compelled to write a review just to make sure this location doesn't get mixed up with the Westside one with the same name. These ladies get it right!!! They are polite, personal, considerate and do a superb job. No matter which nail tech does my service, the quality is excellent - above the norm. And they have figured out what American women like in service - the little bottle of chilled water, the fact that they remember your name and engage you in conversation. Went in for a refill and employee seemed in a hurry. I didn't notice he did not smooth down my nails until I got into my car but that's something I should not have to worry about. I had another appointment to get to and I'm leaving tomorrow for my vacation. I would normally just go back in and ask them to fix uneven refill but I just didn't have time.
