they did an ok job. the man who did my nails really shaped them well, but then we realized the gel color i wanted wasn't available. i told him i was fine with just white, but the paint was old (i think) and my nails look pretty clumpy. $50 for a full set is not the vibe when you walk out not loving your nails. read more

So. I wish I could just walk into a business and actually receive a service that is WORTH the money I'm paying for it. At this nail shop, I spent $92.80. Ninety Two fucking 80. I received a $47 dollar pedicure from Tiffany. She was stellar. Very sweet and accommodating. She took her time and made me feel welcomed. The nails were completed by David. Absolutely terrible service. Condescending attitude. Smug and rude are an understatement. I specifically asked for my nails to be corrected and he tells me that they will "lift" if he added anymore coats. The application of the SNS is beyond pitiful. Not fully covered on all sides of the nail. Cuticles not properly filed. Nail NOT shaped evenly on all sides. My hands just look a complete mess. Never. Ever. Again. I question why I spend money with people who don't respect my time or my dollars. Lesson learned. Maybe this will help some other poor soul from spending their hard earned dollars with people who don't give a shit about the quality of their work. read more

I am absolutely in love with this shop. My nail technician is Mai. She is super friendly and takes her time to be certain that her customer needs are met and best accurate so they are happy before leaving her chair and the shop. I have been coming here for roughly 4 month now, I followed Mai from another shop and she has been my nail tech for going on 7 years now. I strongly suggest her. She does amazing nail art (custom nail art if you have the time and patience), and she does not rush so the detail is just as you'd imagine it would be. We've done everything from Harry Potter, to Christmas lights, skittle colored nails, animals, and whatever else you can imagine. I recommend her, and even the other technicians in the shop. Will never go here again. The guy who did my nails caused my finger to bleed. He apologized multiple times and offered to do a design for free. I asked for some type of antiseptic to go on it and he told me it would make me burn so no. Smh Then he pinched another finger and when I said it hurt he told me that i was ticklish. Thirdly.... he kicked my shoe under the pedicure bowl... it got soaked and wet.... I only got gel polish on my toes so that I could wear my shoes out. But because my sneaker was wet.... I left out in pedicure shoes on cold rainy concrete. Lastly.... they charge extra to remove gel polish even though I got it put back on. $90 for gel pedicure and SNS. Totally not worth it. Not to mention....no safety precautions are in place. Some customers had on a mask and others didnt and not once was I asked to wash my hands...although I did it in my own. read more

Salon opened with new management and changed their name, which prompted me to take advantage of their 20% off mani/pedi deal and I'm super glad that I did! Kenny did my nails and was a master at knowing the right drills for the different steps of an SNS manicure, incredibly attentive to the shaping and filing of my nails, and made sure to check in with me each step to make sure I was satisfied. Only thing I'm bummed about was that I saw all the cool designs they're able to do after I already decided on a color! Additionally, my pedicure turned out great (though I didn't catch the name of the lady who did it) and I appreciated the use of a liner in the chair. Would recommend! read more

I called to see about immediate availability as I was on a limited time scheduled & needed to head to work. Sometimes shops "say" they are available but then you have to wait & it can take way too long. They said that they had space & that they could accommodate both my daughter and I. When we arrived, they did get us in right away!! 10/10!!! Sam was my nail tech and he did an AWESOME job on my SNS treatment, in just under an hour. And while he was rushing per my request, he worked extra fast & didn't take any shortcuts! So glad I checked this place out! I tried 3 other nail salons in PTC and all of them either cut my cuticles too deep and bled or they made my SNS too thick when I ask for thin. I got my SNS done by Lynn. She actually used 3-4 different drill heads on my nails! I've never seen that before, every place I've gone to has always used 1 type of harsh nail drill to take off my old SNS and then also to "trim" my cuticles, which was awful for my nail bed and cuticles. I asked for thin and she actually made them natural and thin! She was also super nice and the place is clean and they use sanitized tools (comes out of a sealed pouch). I will definitely return and found my new go to place! read more

VIP nail and spa truly made my mother and I feel like VIP's. We came in on a Sunday afternoon and they weren't super busy and were able to get us sat in pedicure chairs immediately. My mother is a cancer patient who has some issues with swelling in her feet and they treated her like a superstar which honestly warmed my heart. I just went in there last monday april 27 for get a many pedi as well as my bf got a pedi i just spent $126 in there. 5 days later my nail is trying to come off. He was gentle with my nails. Henna, is definitely God sent. She gave me a thorough pedicure and manicure. Did a wonderful toe painting job. This is not the nail salon to go to for any type of service on your fingers. VIP does a great job on pedicures but I've had nothing but bad manicures done here. I'm to the point where I'm fed up and not going back at all. I went less than two weeks ago to get a pink and white full set, when I got there for my appointment, after she had started on my nails, the girl told me the guy that does the pink and white is off that day. So I just proceeded with getting acrylic with white tip. She would not do them as short as I wanted them, she applied the acrylic way too thick and hardly filed it down (even though I kept asking her to), she cut me a few times with the file, and they applied the gel polish poorly and trapped dust underneath. Bottom line, they looked like crap when I left. I called a few days later to talk to the owner, he insisted I came back to get them fixed for free. So I went, he fixed them, they looked fine. But now, not even a week later, there's water trapped under one of the nails due to it ALREADY lifting!!!! I will never come back here, not even for a pedicure. read more
