The guy at the front desk was nice. It was nice and clean inside. Everything was fine until my fiancée and I sat down. The lady named Hannah had an attitude because she had a language barrier and couldn't understand what we were asking for. She then laughed at the fact that my fiancée requested that another person does her pedicure. The lady named Holly, was nice, she was just sooooooo pressing! I told her I wanted a number 1. After that, she kept saying number 2? Number 2? And I kept telling her no, I would like a number 1. And then she pointed at 2 and I said NO a number 1. She kept trying to push me to pay more for a number 2. And even after all of that, she then comes back with the supplies and says "you, number 2" and I said wait what no I want a number 1. I don't like that they press you to spend more money. Majority of the workers are nice. It's not all of them that I have an issue with, it was just these two things that happened that bothered my fiancée and I. Overall, I would come back, just wanted to share that. read more

Pedicure requested and received the male treatment with hot stone massage. Cut and buff is good and they square nails off. Would rather they be curved, will have to request on the next visit. Julie was attentive and did a fantastic job. Gel polish was used due to the regular polish not being usable, the gel might last longer on my feet though. I've been going to Waterscapes for about 4 years. I've always been pleased with my service until about 1 year ago. Since then it's been hit or miss. Today (1pm) I went in for a mani/pedi (regular polish). They got me in so fast I had no time to choose a polish. I prefer O.P.I. but I was rushed off to a chair and handed a flip stack of polishes to chose from. That annoyed me but whatever...my fault for not speaking up. Toes done, cool. Nails...the polish was so thick I had to be very careful. It was hours before it dried completely. Many little smudges due to very long dry time. Jumped into bed at 10:30pm and the toe polish got messed up. 8 hours after service!!!!! So, I'm now searching for a new place. (I left town hours after service for a short vacation. Went the first time because of recommendation from a couple people I know, and they talked me into putting on these full nail gel, tips and gel nail polish versus my normal sns. The owner said it would help my nails grow, but almost immediately after getting them, they looked so fake and really thick. I had them taken off 2 weeks later at the salon, and my nails were completely ruined , super thin, lifting at the ends. This used to be my favorite nail salon. Yesterday I went in for gel x nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was great and I am very pleased with Holly, who took care of that for me. My nails on the other hand are not at all worth what they had me pay for them, which was about $90 give or take a little. I would have asked for them to be removed, but with the ripped skin under my thumb nail (result of my skin being glued to my nail during this process) I decided to just keep the nails and will be removing them myself in a few days. I am not going to name the tech who did these nails as I don't want her to lose any customers, but I will not have my nails done by her in the future. I'm going to add an image of what I asked for and images of what I got. The tech who did them clearly wasn't capable of this design and should have let me know or switched with one who could do it. (I was one of only three customers when I went in and the other techs were available.) They did give me $10 off after letting the tech attempt to "fix" the nails, and i'm still baffled that they looked worse than they do now before this was done. So me and my friend went to get our nails done together like we usually do and we were expecting a great and relaxing time. That was not the case this time. The women who were doing our nails were rude, appeared to be in a rush, and were very much focused on getting us out of the salon. They were very abrasive, not friendly at all, and when my friend asked questions about the nail color they appeared to shout and get even angrier. On top of this, my friends nails didn't last one week, and already fell off and chipped. Very cheap. My manicure isn't even lasting and when I asked her to do a gel manicure she got very frustrated and acted like I was a bother. Never coming back. Don't waste your money here. read more

I am brand new to the greater Peachtree City/Newnan area so need to start finding all new services and people that I use. This is the first nail salon I tried as it was very conveniently located near to my house. Shirley (the receptionist) was warm and very friendly. When I explained that I was a bit of a perfectionist (understatement....) so needed a particularly good manicurist, she put me with Ashley. Ashley was also welcoming and friendly but even more importantly, did a STELLAR job on my acrylic fill and gel polish. I mean seriously the best I've had in my 30+ years of acrylic nails (I'm from CA so have had excellent manicurists in the past). The second time I went, I asked Ashley to do something different for me and she worked with my idea and executed it beautifully. Yesterday I got my first pedicure with Rose, and same thing. She was lovely, warm and friendly, and did a fantastic job on my toes. I will request her again. This salon is clean and the decor is lovely. I see some people say they have great customer service but it has to be only some nail techs that I haven't had the pleasure of meeting lol. The first time was ok, the 2nd time it was a lady and she constantly asked me to upgrade my services "you need this" "you need that" the ENTIRE time. I had to end up telling her to stop asking me anything. The 3rd time I was just getting my nails cut down and the guy was so rough like he was trying to break my nails. I would like to start off by saying very unprofessional I called in to make an appointment for two Princess manicure and pedicures. My husband then takes them there, and the technician takes it upon herself to ask my 10-year-old if she wanted fake nails after my husband specifically told them that they are here for Princess manicure, and Princess pedicures. Then expected us to pay the full price of the nails when that is not the service that he asked for he then was questioning them asking while she's putting the fake nails on her if this is part of the manicure, the princess manicure when they were putting the fake nails on and they were saying yes. don't give me the wrong. This place is the Jiffy Lube of nail salons. They rush you in and out. The reason I enjoy getting pedicures it's because I'm on my feet 10 to 12 hours a day and it's a treat for me to be able to relax and feel pampered . This was the shortest treatment I had ever received and was charged $50 for the pedicure alone! The total for my visit was $115 without tip and two days later the Sns and jell are already chipping. I had a previous set of gel nails removed and had a new set painted. I was very disappointed how she applied the new set. It looks like I already have a week of growth. This is how my previous set looked after having them two weeks. When I asked her to paint closer to the cuticle she still didn't make it look better. I was introduced to Waterscape Nails & Spa by a friend of mine this past summer and I have continued to use them ever since for myself and my daughter. They are uber professional and so talented. They are literally masters of their craft. I've never had to wait more than ten minutes as a walk in. Their pricing is fair. They listen to what you want! Prime example, my daughter has thick, beautiful eyebrows and we've had some bad experiences at other salons who tend to apply the wax heavily and thin her brows out even with us asking to "keep them thick". At Waterscape, we don't have this issue ever! If you want something specific (say coffin nails or sharp ovals), they can do it. Joy ,in particular, is especially gifted in this arena. I went to this place because it was open when they lifted the re-open from on the pandemic 2020 and the service was terrible the guy was rough with my hands he scarred me I was bleeding and I told him about it and he just kept going my polish was messed up which I paid for jail polish it was Ronnie and I let them know that he did not do my nails good or shape them good so the lady reshape them but they never fixed my polish so when I left I did not tip and I did get a pedicure it was terrible I paid $75 for everything and it was not worth it at all I would never return there again.... read more

Tammy did my nails and wasn't friendly at all. I had to get my nails and pedicure at the same time. I asked for a pillow and she placed it under my arm then took it off moments later. She then got nail dust all over my pants even after I asked she place the towel over my leg. The lady who did my pedi got a towel and dusted my pant leg off for me without even saying anything and I thought that was so nice of her. Nails have missing paint, uneven top coat and didn't clean up the color on my hands until I asked. I have been coming here for 2+ years. I always make an appointment, mani/pedi every time and every 2 weeks. I arrive on-time or early, and I always tip 20% or more. Today is the 3rd time in a row that I've made an appointment w/ the girl I like and was told "no problem she is going to take you on time". When I arrived again today for my 11:15 appointment, just like 2 weeks ago I was told that I would have to wait. As though I could see that my girl was doing a pedicure although I was previously told that she only had a manicure before me. If I had not expressed to the scheduler that I needed to be taken on time prior to booking my appointment I would likely be less upset. However, I said several times "if she can't take me at 11:15 please let me know and I will select another time". The scheduled assured me I'd be taken as scheduled. The manager, Ashley sat right there completely aware of what was happening and said Nothing. She did the same thing 2 weeks ago when I waited 30+ mins for the appointment I'd made that day. Two weeks before that the same thing happened. The bottom line is that if I don't have anything else going on I don't mind waiting, but when I work all week, commute a few hours every day, I don't always have the luxury of sitting in the nail salon waiting 15-30 mins past an appointment time that I scheduled in advance. I'm super disappointed that the manager didn't care enough to offer an apology or say a word. The bottom line in this Salon is - it's All about making $$$ and not about Customer Service. The manicure was awful...didn't feel comfortable and the color I picked out (close to mauve) was not any like the number. It looked like pepto Bismal pink. NEVER again! Saddened to say this. i have been going to this salon for the last two years. Last two appointments they left me waiting even though I had and appointment. Literally the worst place ever! If I could give it zero stars I would. I've been several times hoping for better, but to no avail. One lady cut every single cuticle I had, saw I was bleeding and just poured alcohol on me. Another time she pulled my arm and my other hand was drying and made my wet nails touch the fan and mess up. She then started yelling at me. Then she got a hair in my nail paint and kept trying to just cover it with top coat, and finally just loudly huffed and restarted that nail. Another time I got all white nails, and later that day they were covered in bubbles and the top coat turned my whole nail brown! It looked disgusting and was a waste of money everytime.
