I brought my dog in to get my eyebrows done. There was no questions asked other than I'm sorry dogs are not allowed. My dog was in my bag at my side not making noise. But in the end they should have asked if she was a service dog and they can get fined for that. I've been to this location before but will bring my business elsewhere. read more

They are professional, Fatima does an excellent job threading my eyebrows . I will recommend their services 10/10.

I was able to get my eyebrows threaded in 10 minutes during my lunch break. The place was clean. Fairly priced (11$) Plenty of parking as well. It barely hurt too, which was quite surprising because I tear up quite a bit. I will come back. read more

Thread Wax & Beyond - Threading Services Near Me - Newnan, Georgia

I called before coming and told the person that answered what I needed. After letting her know I was 10 minutes away I asked was there anyone available to which she said yes come on in. The space was empty of anything that would say it was a salon other than the chairs. It seemed like a sad little place on the inside. As if they had just moved in. Upon arriving there was one person waiting and another person in a chair receiving a service. After standing at the reception desk for a minute the only person that seemed to be working told me to sign in and have a seat. My time is valuable. I left and called Brazilian Body Wax. They actually had someone available. read more

I honestly only come here because the location is convenient for me. However they are EXTREMELY slow and inefficient. I've been visiting them for threading for more than a year and I've always waited at bare minimum 20-30 mins- for a simple lip threading service. If they weren't in this location I would 100% stop wasting my time. They also always try and upsell customers by adding on a bunch of services that they shouldn't even do in my opinion- I witnessed them applying eye lash extensions with hair glue!!! I would never recommend them for anything outside of a quick lip wax. read more

I have been getting my brows threaded here for several years. I have had a few issues with the results here and there, but overall they do a good job. read more

So writing a follow up review from my last post 24june17. And guess what I am still coming here for there great service and welcoming atmosphere. I obviously can't share pics of the fabulous Brazilian work but let me share with you what my husband says, "DAMN they really get in there and close, makes me want to go to Brazil everyday!" These lovely ladies do fabulous work and make sure you check out there specials on Brazilians, brows & brow tint. Thanks to this salon I have stopped going to midtown for my Brazilian services and it's great to have a local business near my home that are threading queens. So stop reading and get your butt over there they take walk-ins. Malika will hook you up!! read more

This is my stop for quick waxing and threading services whenever I'm visiting family in Newnan. I have yet to wait longer than 15 minutes for service (without an appointment) and all the workers are attentive to what you want. I've even got my brother coming in here now to get his eyebrows done! This place also has amazing specials, so be sure to keep an eye out for their placards outside. This past summer I went in for $15 Brazilian sugaring service which is a crazy good deal! I was super satisfied when I left! The only downfall would be that their waxing rooms are a bit cramped so I do feel like my legs have some difficulty being placed when getting Brazilians or bikini waxes. read more

Absolute best experience!! Faiza (: Customer service excellent, thoughtful, considerate, and friendly staff. read more

It's been 36 hours and my eyes are still burning and watering. They do lash extensions with your eyes open and use so much glue that it causes chemical burns. Wax or eyebrows, maybe. Lashes? Hard pass, unless eye pain is your thing. Heading to critical care if its not better tomorrow. read more

I've been going here for thread and wax services for a year and I've always been pleased. Today I met and was serviced by the owner, Rashinda, and had an absolutely amazing experience. She convinced me to get a Brazilian wax and talked me through the whole thing to make it a pleasant and relaxing experience. She was kind and empathetic, and this is exactly the kind of business I want to continue to support. I highly recommend this salon to everyone. read more

Rakhshind is awesome!! I received Brazilian, eyebrow tinting and threading. She was patient/friendly with all my questions. I normally don't care for sugar wax but her formula wasn't painful. I will definitely go back to her!! read more

Thrilled to have found this boutique salon! Excellent services and love the staff. Best threading experience ever and best eye brow arch ever. Thank you and see you again soon. read more

I've been going here ever since I moved to Newnan. They are fast and efficient and the prices are AMAZING compared to their competitors. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 was my bad day that resulted in not good eyebrows but they have made up for it every visit after that! read more

Today (May 7, 2021) I went in to get my eyebrows threaded again after going a few weeks ago. The first time was a younger worker and she was great. I told her it was my first time and she did very well with the cleaning up of my eyebrows. Unfortunately today was a different situation. I was being serviced by an older woman. I waited for a bit which is no issue and understandable, but when I got in the chair I sat for approximately 2 minutes and she was already done. It felt very rushed compared to the first time but I didn't doubt her since I had seen her before and I assumed she was very experienced. I didn't realize until I got home that literally my skin had been ripped off a bit, as well as all of the areas that remained untouched. I paid $13 for two minutes of a choppy job. I will make sure I request the original worker if I return in the future. I shouldn't have to pay for a service then go home and finish the job. Also for anyone wondering why it was $13 instead of $11 is because as a person who also works in the service industry I decided to tip 20%. read more

I am thrilled to have found this place (and to live so close)! I have been satisfied with every visit I've made here. My brows are always threaded quickly, painlessly, and with precision. They introduced me to sugaring which is much better to me than the traditional hard wax waxings I was previously getting elsewhere. The staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond for your comfort. read more

Have been 4 times now since I discovered their existence inside the target shopping center. I don't like waxing my eyebrows and was extactic to see the "eyebrow threading" sign when walking by. The ladies do more than just eyebrows and also do body waxing, however I have only gone for the eyebrow threading and eyebrow tinting. Each time my eyebrows looked incedible. I am past due to go back. If you are sick of the nail shop eyebrow waxing that is leaving you with less and less eyebrow hairs then come to these ladies. I have nice thick yet shapely eyebrows now! read more

Absolute best place south of Atlanta for threading and tinting . My brown look incredible everytime!

Great customer service and family feel. They take the time to get to know you. Excellent threading and waxing service.

I did full body basic wax with Nora today and she does an amazing job, doesn't make it awkward at all. She makes great conversation, so we don't sit in silence. Once we both warm up to each other, it was fun talking to her. This was my first time using her for waxing, but I'll definitely ask for her again since I always to the full body. I've been coming to TWB ever since they opened and I've never had a problem with anyone or any type of service I get. Nora has done my eyebrows and waxing, also reshinda and sopfina (I believe her name is) I recommend coming here 110% if you want to have a great service and be satisfied read more

Love them!! I used to go all the way to Atlanta just to get my eyebrows thread and now I'm so happy that we have one here in Newnan! They really trained my eyebrows to exactly where I needed them to be! So much better than waxing! read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I moved to the area recently and was anxious to find a new spot for waxing. This store is fantastic! The staff are all very knowledgeable and Malika who does brazilians is so sweet and professional. An affordable shop that offers great services and does a wonderful job at them. Can't recommend them enough to anyone living or visiting south of Atlanta. read more

Malika is amazing. Been coming to her for a few months now. She is the sweetest and most loving person. She has become like family

Stopped in while traveling through the area. Located in a nice shopping area. The people who work there are very friendly.

All of my coworkers have been hounding me to go to this place, finally decided I have enough time on my hands to fix my caterpillars. The lady who did mine was very helpful for walking me through my first threading experience. She was so kind and it was painless! I also did the tinting to fill in the thinner parts of my brows. Why did I ever wax?? Definitely going back and passing the recommendation along! Thanks again ladies! read more

Great service, Fatima does a phenomenal job! I have been coming here for the past few months with my fiancé and they treat us very kindly. I have very thick eyebrows so the threading only lasts 2-3 weeks, but it is well worth the pain. I truly recommend this place. read more

I'm not the kind of person to write a review but here I am. It was not a pleasant experience. I came in and there was "no wait" or that's what he told me. So I had a seat. There were three girls working and very obviously doing their job. But the sat not one, not two, but four girls before me. I had a threading and a tinting done and she was really insulting about it nor did they look even and the tint didn't show up too well. I also had fake lashes put on. Being that I had an event coming up, I thought it would be nice. So she put them on very unevenly and when I confronted her and asked her to fix them she told me no. So I bit my tongue and accepted it for what it was. Knew that I could cover it with makeup and be fine. But not even 48 hours later the lashes came off. And so I drove back up here and confronted them about my serious dissatisfaction and they told me that getting my money back was not an option but I could have more of their crappy service. Being that I have worked in customer service for as long as I can remember. I will not be coming back to this place. If I could do less than 1 star I sure as hell would. read more

Let me start off by saying I rarely write reviews and never write negative reviews, but this is the second time this has happened to me here. I have tried threading about 4 or 5 times and while I love the look, it is extremely painful for me and I wear contacts so holding my eye down mixed with the pain causes my eyes to water profusely. So the past two times I've come here, I've asked for a brow and lip wax and BOTH times I have received a rude remark in turn. This past time I was even told no!! I told the lady if she didn't want to do it I would go somewhere else... so she did it. The results are always beautiful. These ladies do an awesome job but when you offer a service on your menu, I don't expect to be treated disrespectfully when I request that service. Especially when I'm paying more for waxing and I tip very well. The previous time, the lady tried to tell me I didn't want waxing that I wanted threading instead and that waxing makes your hair grow back faster etc. etc. I had to tell her four times I did not like threading that it hurt too bad and she proceeded to tell me that it didn't. Mind you.. I've tried it SEVERAL times with several different people. Then the cashier when I was checking out told me to do threading next time and that I needed a tint... extremely rude. If you do not wish to perform a service or if your employees don't like doing it then take it off your list of services! Also... while I appreciate you telling me that waxing makes your hair grow back faster.. I have been able to go a month without returning between the waxings and only 2 weeks with threading. Please treat your clients with mire respect and respect which service THEY choose to get. After all, we are the ones paying for the service. read more

Malika is the best. She knew exactly how to thread my brows, not too thin and just clean it up. She also has been doing my full body wax! Quick and good price. I was going to nature beauty bar in PTC. But I love them here, one trip and I haven't gone back to PTC. Do yourself a favor and just come here to thread wax & beyond. Ask for Malika! read more
