I really wanted to like this place. It's clean, set up nicely, and Kayla is a good nail tech. She is really sweet and takes her time. My complaint is that this nail shop is overpriced. The first time I went, I got a pedicure and a full set. I showed her the length, shape, and design I wanted for my nails and was quoted $85. She cut the nails down shorter than I wanted, but I wasn't really too worried about that. I'm not super picky and I figured they'd grow to the length I wanted in a couple of weeks. When I went back for a fill the price was more than I was expecting. Their website says $50 for a fill (which is kind of high IMO), but when I went to check out I was charged more, so I asked for a receipt. Come to find out they charge an extra $5 for shape, and another $5 for length. My nails are active length, nothing crazy, and they're almond shaped. Why the extra charge? Shouldn't shaping come with the fill? I didn't ask for a shape change, and almond is super basic. I was wondering why she kept asking me if I wanted to keep the length the same. It would've been nice if she was upfront and told me there would be an extra charge. I wouldn't have cut them, but at least be upfront with your customers so they know what to expect. There aren't a lot of mail shops in town so I feel like this place takes advantage of that and charges whatever they want. It's a shame because I'm a pretty loyal customer when I find the right place. I refuse to be taken advantage of so I will never return, and won't allow my daughter to return either. read more

When I arrived at the salon I asked if they had time to do a full set of pink & white acrylic nails and a pedicure. The older gentleman greeting customers told me to sit in chair for pedicure. I explained it was more important for me to get my hands done than my feet. Explained I was on a tight schedule. While a young man was doing my toes, I again asked if someone could start my hands. I was told "no" by the older gentleman. He waved me off and told me to just wait to have my feet completed. I explained to the young man doing my toes that the most important thing was to remove the excess skin around my toe nails. Second to that was to make sure my toe nails are short so they won't hit the inside of my shoes. I asked if he understood because I wanted to make sure there wasn't a language barrier. He said he understood and he would take care of all of it. Because he took 90 minutes to do a pedicure - I had to leave very quickly. I paid and told the older man checking me out that I didn't have time to get my hands done. Today I was on my feet all day (flight attendant). My toes literally ache from the lack of attention given during the pedicure. There is dead skin around every single toe. There was not any attention given to what I specifically requested. Paying $60 for a pedicure is crazy as it is - but to pay that price and have a really bad experience = me never going back to this salon. read more

Update: left this same review on google & they responded, to which I responded with photo evidence. So I'm taking a star away. Original review: Last straw for me & cozy. I have been faithfully coming here for the last year & a half. I have given these people thousands of dollars. They are pricey, but Kayla (& Taylor who left) were the best I found in the 3 years I lived here so I was willing to overlook the price & give them so much more credit than they were do, but they wronged me for the last time today. Since this'll be long, I'll put my warning here before my gripe: ALWAYS ASK TO SEE YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE PAYING! I don't want to say it's always Andy, but Andy has charged me 3 times!!!! For services I never received. "Oh the techs ring up the services" it usually happens when I take my daughters, I guess they figure they can sneak stuff in since I'm prepared for a big bill anyway. The most recent time this October, I let my guard down & didn't ask to see the receipt, it was an entire extra manicure & he tried to justify why it was on there. I almost let him convince me too, but once I had him itemize the appropriate add-ons, it was nearly $30 off the bill. Ridiculous. I was pretty scorned & dead set on never coming back, but my daughters wanted to get their nails done, so I scheduled in person 3 mani/pedis for me & my 2 daughters as a part of their Christmas presents. They had the wrong appointment times in their system (not the first, or second time) but were accommodating & sat us for our pedis. Well, 45 minutes later the water was cold & no one came. As techs became available, I let my daughters get their services, but after 2 hours no one ever came to do my mani or pedi. So I'm the idiot to keep forgiving them & clearly they don't need my business, so good for them. 2 stars because I really do like Kayla, she is a beautiful & hardworking person inside & out, who does amazing work. I'd probably die with my manicures they last so long. I'll miss you Kayla. read more

Pretty expensive other than that it's ok. The worker's are very nice & they get you in & out. They do a great job on my nail's.

Happy to find a nail salon in the area that seems to be hygienic! Very busy around noon on a Saturday, I called ahead and made an appointment for my pedicure. The massage chairs were awesome (although a bit loud) it's nice that they have small chairs too for kiddos. The foot bath got a liner and all the tools (including the buffer) came out of a sealed package. They have a lot of different pedicure options but there is literally no way to find out what is included in the package until you're in the chair and handed the menu. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture, but it's not on their brochure or their website which is a bit annoying. I believe I got the "Cozy" pedicure which included hot towel, and hot stones. The stones could have been a little hotter in my opinion and the tech could have put a bit more pressure into the massage but overall it was good and an enjoyable pedicure. The biggest failure for me is the polish application, a bit sloppy. Also I'm positive they forgot the topcoat. My nails didn't have the glossy finish a topcoat usually provides. I added one when I got home and they look much better. It's also a bit weird that they don't have a drying station. It's a small salon, but my toes got painted, they put the foam flip-flops on and sent me out the door. It's very difficult to drive in those so I had to sit in my car while the polish dried, so I'd recommend wearing actual flip-flops if you're going to get a pedi. I'm really glad to have found a place that seems to sanitize their tools but the experience as a whole was lacking. I may come back and give it another go, but I'm also going to keep looking for other options! read more

Staff was very nice, but was terrible at nails. Both me and my friend asked for an SNS service but the nail tech did acrylic on us. She then continued to do the worst nails I've ever gotten done. I asked for an ombre design and it looked like she had just painted the nail color on there and did not even attempt to blend it. My friend went to get our nails fixed the next day and she was passive aggressive with us about it the whole time, im guessing she was upset about the fact that we didn't like the service she had done. She then admitted to rushing on our nails the previous day and that she knew that when she first saw the designs we showed her, she knew she It wasn't going to work out or look good but that she did it to "make us happy" and "give us what we want." I went here for a long trip the nails were physically cute to the eye but close up left over acrylic stunting my nails growth when I asked for sns not acrylic. Nails fell off in a week and the lady admitted to rushing and told us she knew our design wouldn't be cute but she said "she did it to make us happy". After we went to get them fixed she threatened my nails and was like they will chip but that's just what she wants. Very passive aggressive . read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! SERIOUSLY.. go anywhere but here!! I have never had such a terrible experience in a nail salon before. I made an appointment for a Tuesday afternoon pedicure for me and my 3 year old daughter. I specified on the phone that she was 3 years old and it was her first time. I figured a Tuesday afternoon would be great especially with an appointment so there would be less people and so she could enjoy it. I was wrong. They immediately sat us when we got in. She did not to pick which princess chair she wanted even though they were all open. A guy immediately starts working on me but no one comes for my daughter. I keep waiting and asking if someone is coming to do my daughter too as she was left sitting there with her feet in the water for 40 minutes. No one came over even though I kept asking the guy doing my pedicure to please get the manager or whoever booked my appt. Finally once my pedicure was finished (felt rushed, maybe 3 minute leg massage at most), the manager came over to tell me that there were people with appointments before me and my daughter had to wait on them. She is 3!!!! She shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes when we had an appt. She said a lady just finished and someone would be right with her and told me it would only take a few minutes to do her. I asked why when it's $30 would it take only a few minutes. I was paying for her to get a PEDICURE not just polish. So Another 10 minutes pass and finally the manager comes over to do my daughter's "pedicure" which took all but 10 minutes for $30. I will not be back here and I will not recommend them to anyone with little kids. I came based off good reviews for them having kids chairs but unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience. I will take my daughter to GM nails next time who also have kids chairs and charge only $15 for a kids pedicure. read more
