She kept trying to push me to pay more for a number 2. And even after all of that, she then comes back with the supplies and says "you, number 2" and I said wait what no I want a number 1. I don't like that they press you to spend more money. Majority of the workers are nice. I repeatedly pointed out these issues, and at least three other nail technicians had to step in to help correct the work. When I explained my concerns to a woman I understood to be one of the owners, named Jenny, she was extremely rude and dismissive. She asked whether I wanted my nails fixed--of course I did. I expected to pay for a properly completed pedicure, with even nails and fully cured polish. When I told her that the way she spoke to me and handled my concerns could have been better, she became even more upset. Having to ask repeatedly for corrections was frustrating enough; being treated rudely made the experience worse. There are nail salons on every corner, and I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. After talking to John about my experience with SNS, he explained the benefits of properly-done SNS and I decided to give it a try. The NVUS team takes their time to execute SNS properly, not cutting corners or skipping steps to save time.
