My sister-in-law and I went in for mani-pedis and were very impressed with this salon! It's in a little plaza and we drive by all the time, but I'm so glad we finally decided to try them out. I opted for a neutral color gel and lavender scrub for my ultimate pedicure that also came with a neck and back massage with hot stones. She got Halloween toes and nails with glow in the dark topcoat. OBSESSED with the quality, friendly service, and professionalism. We'll be back

My absolute favorite nail salon!! I've been coming here since a little after it first opened. Even now that I've been living out of state for the past 3-4 years, I still make an appointment every time I'm in town visiting family. Nikki is always on top of the latest nail trends and the salon offers more colors, types of polish, and has more tools than most places I've been to in NYC. The staff members are very friendly and the salon is always clean. I definitely recommend this place!

My nails were in bad shape before. Nikki fixed them and we went with a natural SNS until they grow some more. I'm very happy I stopped in!

The mail technician took my acrylic nails off with no acetone. I asked over and over. Please use acetone. He said no need...after ripping one nail in half, I left. Danger danger..lack of training. read more

But when I went to Nikkis, the vibe was already chill and Nikki listened to exactly what I wanted. She was as gentle as she could have been given the hack job the other salon did. I went in showed a picture of what I wanted an Andy said he could do them but my nails looks nothing like the picture. I wanted my nails shorter than what he gave me but he told me it wouldn't look right but I still wanted them short but didn't get that. One set is wider than the other set and he was very rude today. I don't know if it was because they where busy or what but it was very unprofessional . Even though I didn't like the out come I still paid and left without getting the other services that I had planned on getting. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone! For what you receive, the prices are ridiculous. I paid for my daughter to have a pedicure and she got her toe nails painted and lotion slapped on her legs....no exfoliating, no towels, no massage, nothing! Apparently you have to pay 28 dollars to get hot towels as part of their delux pedicure which is s complete joke! If you are in and out of a nail salon in 30 minutes, you know you have not gotten your money's worth! We certainly did not and will never return! Do not go to this place. You will be highly disappointed and out a lot of money! read more

I went to get my nails done at my scheduled appointment time and the lady at the front desk tried to argue with me and tell me that I didn't make an appointment. Next I get in the chair for Andy to do my nails and every 5 minutes he was either answering a phone call or texting someone. Also he was complaining to Nikki about how the brushes to do the acrylic and gel nails were dirty in front of me. Next he didn't even ask if I wanted regular acrylic or gel he just went with gel and before I could even say anything it was too late. Last but not least he cut me with the drill 2 times once on my pinky nail and and a horrible one on my thumb. And all he said was "oh sorry, you okay?", while my thumb was sitting there bleeding. And instead of discarding the nail drill bit he used that cut my thumb he put it back in his box of nail drill bits. Also the gloves he was wearing were disgusting and look like they had been used over the course of a week. I definitely will not be going back and will be taking my business else where. read more
