I could feel she was kind of rushing to get me out even though i had regular polish( which takes longer to dry).I'm sitting there for not even 5 minutes waiting for my polish to dry and she comes up with those cheap flip flops( i had already told her i wanted to wait to be able to put my shoes on as i was going to walk to the public next door and it was raining). She puts the sandals on my feet and keeps saying "all done".'Maybe i mis understood this but again it felt like she was rushing to get me out. I repeat again that i want to put my shoes on so i ask her if my nails dry( i know they weren't). She keeps saying yes their done and dry( maybe a misunderstanding). I start pretending to put my shoes on( i knew they weren't dry but i just wanted to see what she would do) and she starts getting angry at me. Honestly, this really made me not want to come back because her reaction was very rude. She swats my hand away and begins to put the sandal back on my foot saying they weren't dry. This was irritating because i KNEW they were not dry but she kept telling me they were. Anywho, overall service wasn't bad but that last interaction really upset me and made me leave a bad tip. I hate tipping bad, but i felt pretty uncomfortable, i just won't come back here in the future lol. My other experiences have been fine but yeah lol

They showed me the prices this time with the book opened to the most expensive services. I grabbed the book and flipped it back to their starting prices and chose the first one. Then after the young lady had started on my servirse an older lady came by and spoke to the young lady in their language. The girl replied to the lady and then the older lady picked up the book, again flipped it to the expensive page, asking what I wanted. I told her I already said I want the one on the first page. I'm glad I already knew their pricing so I didn't fall for this. So, this is my last time here.

Full disclosure, I am very picky about my nails. I almost hate doing them because they have to be a…read morecertain way, but if I don't have them done, I bite them like I'm 12 and it's gross. I like them slightly coffin, grinded down thin and sharp edges. Exactly this. My ocd is terrible, and I will peel them off in a hot second if they are 'off'. I could tell Vy was a little annoyed at how specific I was being - I also couldn't decide on color or design, it was one of those days - but she did exactly as I asked and I am so happy with them! Sam did my pedicure, and it was so relaxing and she did the polish perfect. I usually go to another spot that I really do like, about 30 minutes from my house but Charming nails is only 10 minutes. This is my new spot, I am very happy with my experience.

Upon arrival you're greeted by the front desks attendants. They walk you to the back and show you around if it's your first time. Your rope and sandals are located in a locker with your name in it. After changing you chose your code to lock your locker. The showers have clean towels and complementary shaving kits. Afterwards you're walked to the relaxation room. At the relaxation room they have complementary snacks, water and tea for you to relax in before you're called in for your massage. Our therapists were really nice and professional. We felt really well taken care of. After your massage you can go back to the relaxation room or be walked to the locker room. The facility was exceptional. Everything was stocked and really clean. Will definitely be back!

I've been to top rated spas all over the country and have never had a better deep tissue massage than I have had here with Clancy! Often times, I've seen great masseuses get complacent or burnt out. Clancy is consistent, committed, and puts his all into his clients, whether a first time or return customer. He is very knowledgeable and educated, not only in his technique, but of the human body and mechanics. I have had multiple massages here, not only with Clancy, but also Renee, who is just as amazing! Visiting this spa for a massage should be high on your to-do list.
