    My family,and I bought all the cars the we owe from VIP Autos since 2017.We trust the owner Mr.Ray, and his right arm Mr.Sergio very much so. The whole team is great,kind, honest,and very professional. They are at the customer's side always. My family, and I cannot be happier with them, they have being always there for us,and we are very thankful for it. Mr. Ray,and Mr Sergio are in the cars business for a long time; really high recommend VIP Autos for you, your friends and family.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We bought a $9,000 car from Sergio at VIP Autos, paid cash and even arranged the transportation for an out of state shipment. From the start, I called and asked for a video walk around, which Sergio forgot to do, and when I called back I had to reintroduce myself and what I wanted. Classy. Then we wired the full amount which they received same day, yet sat on sending the title for a week. It was dropped off with a cracked windshield wiper fluid reservoir, which drained all over my drive way immediately. Pictured attached. When I also previously asked about the tires and brakes Sergio said that they meet the resale standards of 50% wear. When I got the car, I noticed the tires were pretty worn. I took it to the local Discount Tires to fill them up with a little air, and they said because the tires are 15 years (!) old, they cannot service them, but they were beyond where they needed to be to be replaced. Not sure how 15 year old tires can have 50+% wear on them, so nice try. Can't wait to see the true story on the brakes. My advice is to pass on this dealer and salesman. Highly disappointed.

    I can honestly say that I have never felt so comfortable and happy when buying a car. We were lucky enough to meet Ray and Mike and they made the process so wonderful for us. When we went to VIP Autos, Ray made sure that the car was exactly what we wanted and ensured that we were informed through the whole process. We worked with Mike and the financing that he got for us was better than anything we could find on our own. You could tell that to them, it wasn't just about selling us a car, they were vested in making sure that they were upfront and honest and that we were pleased through the entire process. Ray even went the extra mile and detailed the car for us!! So amazing. In my experience, this is a rarity in the industry and I am so grateful that we met them and bought the car that we love. I highly recommend them!!! We will never go anywhere else.

My wife and I had had transactions with another Car sales and purchase company I will call it 'AutoMin', and although it was time consuming it was relatively painless, but cumbersome and not real forgiving. So we got their offer for my wife's Hyundai, and the process was unforgiving, and the People were less then helpful to find a solution. ** BOTTOM LINE _____________________ So I thought lets go to the Inter-Web and checkout the Carvana process for getting and accepting on offer on the Car. I entered the same info as I did with 'AutoMin' and less then 2 minutes I got an offer for $2,600 More then AutoMin, and I could drop of the car that evening. When the Mrs. got home from work I confessed to my deviation from what we had done in the past. This whole process on the Inter-Web took less than 7 and a half minutes, The verification of the information I proved, The Offer, They appointment to drop off the car and the check would be waiting for us that day. We drove 2 cars to the Big Glass Vending machine the 8 freeway, and were met by Marisa (just as sweet as Tomei) we walked into the office next to the Vending machine and was greeting by both employees with smiles. Marisa called us by name, we electronically signed the transfer of the title, we were handed the check, exchanged pleasantries and we were done 9 minutes and we were out the door.

    I to had to close my late aunt's accounts with BluPeak, and unfortunately the process was very…read moredifficult. I first contacted them in late July after her passing and followed their instructions to mail the required documents. Despite sending the packages to the address provided, I was later told nothing was received. Over the next month I emailed and called several times, but responses were slow, sometimes taking several days if at all, and the information provided was often incomplete. Each time I thought I was making progress, they would never respond to confirm it. After weeks of delays I decided to drive from Los Angeles to their Mission Valley location in San Diego to resolve the matter in person. When I arrived I was told I still needed additional documents. This was especially frustrating because I had emailed the day before to confirm everything was in order and was not informed of this. The only positive part of this experience was working with Tron at the Mission Valley branch. He went above and beyond, even staying after his shift ended to help me complete everything. He was empathetic, efficient, and made sure I left with the situation resolved. I want to acknowledge him by name because his professionalism and compassion stood out compared to the challenges I faced with member services. Overall I would caution others who need to handle account transfers after a family member's passing. Be prepared for delays, lack of communication, and missing information. Unless you go in person, expect a long and frustrating process.

We are loyal to this institution because "We (they) put people at the center of everything we do" - and truly listen to what the community needs and ours as well. Specifically, Michelle V. gets this high rating as she along with another team members helped me through a credit card fraud and quick reordering of a new one so that I was able to continue using the monies out of my account without so much as a glitch. Had an envelope scheduled for deliver with signature required and never received…read morepackage as company Blupeak uses, GLS put signed by front door...never received..Had a second package sent from Blupeak who chose to use same company and was received by the local delivery office at 448am PST, Ontario CA and contacted them and they were unsure of the whereabouts of the envelope containing a check in a sizable sum and than a technician I spoke with searched warehouse and found the envelope, now company wants to deliver a day later due to their own mishandling for the second time! I know there are more reputable shipping companies that can handle the delivery of a simple envelope out there! I think Blupeak should pay me for time wasted and work I had to do in getting the shipping company to actually find the envelope! BLUPEAK You need to make better choices to the company you are using to send items to the customer, unless you do not care about customer service since at this point I believe that to be the choice!

I had to come back to the bank a second time today because there was no parking in their lot, not even handicapped parking, which is what I needed. I got right up to the teller, but he couldn't give me a good explanation as to why they overdrafted my account. Even according to him, they shouldn't have. I had overdraft protection, even. And I had the letter that showed it. He was on phone holding for accounting or some department. They gave him an explanation that didn't make sense or happen in my case. He said maybe I had other items that hadn't cleared yet. However, the previous withdrawal was 11 days prior! 11 days!! So that's not what it was! Now I'm waiting for the manager, which he could've sent over to begin with. I'm now 2 hours into this project already, with no resolution yet.

The first time I learned about it was when I was denied opening an account due to a ChexSystems report. I immediately paid the balance in full, yet the negative reporting remains. I've spent numerous hours trying to resolve this through their process, and no one has been able to provide proof that I was ever notified. For a long-time member, this lack of communication and accountability is disappointing. I expected better handling and support, especially after addressing the issue right away.
