My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing due to their poor customer service during and after the purchase of my vehicle. One of my main concerns is the lack of transparency regarding the vehicle registration process. Before purchasing the car, I specifically asked whether they handled the registration, and I was told that they did. However, at no point did anyone clearly explain that if the actual registration cost exceeded the amount stated in the contract, I would be responsible for paying the difference, or that if it were less, I would receive a refund. This was never properly disclosed. Despite their claims that it was explained, that is simply not true. Additionally, when I attempted to address these concerns in a calm and friendly manner, the staff became defensive and dismissive. Instead of working toward a reasonable resolution, they adopted an unfavorable and condescending attitude toward me as the customer. While I understand that a business aims to protect its interests, the way they handled the situation felt disrespectful and unprofessional, often implying that the issue was somehow my fault when, in fact, it stemmed from their lack of clarity and internal errors. To make matters worse, there was also a mistake with my vehicle registration. First, there was a significant delay in receiving my plates and registration. When I finally received the registration, my name was listed incorrectly -- despite confirming my correct name multiple times during the process. One of their staff members even admitted that the error occurred when completing the registration paperwork. However, instead of correcting their mistake, they informed me that it was now my responsibility to go to the DMV and fix the issue myself. Furthermore, the sales representative who sold me the vehicle -- and who displayed a condescending attitude during our conversations -- has since stopped responding to my messages regarding this registration error. He has not taken responsibility for the mistake, has refused to acknowledge his role in the issue, and has made no effort to help resolve it. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on how this situation was handled, I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. If possible, I strongly suggest considering another agency for your vehicle purchase. read more

Well where do we begin this story, my wife bought this 2015 jeep wrangler from Larry a few months back the jeep has been in the shop more times then we have had it for a thermal-stat that went out took it back after we where told there was no anti freeze in it, come on man we just got it from the dealership. We were then told to drive it back to the dealer while it's over heating and blew the head gaskets. They had to machine the heads apparently a few times. We finally got it back moved out of sd and same shit happened again. Had to take the jeep to a real mechanic's shop because he was using some jenky shitty one who takes your vehicle out for rides with there family and leave there home work books and spilled orange soda in the trunk.
