If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I was helping my younger cousin look for a car and we decided to go to M&M. Right off the bat the salesman was rude and rushing us. My cousin was quiet and he asked,"do you speak English? Can you understand?" And that is VERY condescending being that she just arrived from a foreign country and is actually college educated. He went back and forth with us, and tried to put us in cars that wouldn't fit our needs. He tried to fit our budget and it just was not working. He did not have the inventory for our small budget.. He ended up walking away from us on the lot and scoffed at us.. He was probably one step away from throwing trash at us or slapping us.. That is how offended we felt. Terrible! STAY AWAY. This dealership is full of scammer! They sold me a 2009 toyota camry LE with a "clean" carfax in 2009. I recently had maintenance work done under the good come to find that the back bumper has been replaced and it had the WRONG ENGINE in it. The engine in my car is a 1.8 and the 2009 camry does not come with this; the corolla does. Unfortunately I have moved out of state but am consider settling this matter via civil litigation. What an amazing experience and I didn't even buy a car from them! Ted Taylor was an amazing car salesman. I originally went to the dealership, located very close to my house. I went there for a Mini Cooper, loved it, but it was too much per month in payments. I settled on a Toyota Corolla. Paid Ted $200 in cash on the day of purchase and drove off the lot. Happy I was. A week went by and I was to bring Ted in the remainder of my down payment. I arrived as scheduled and he was ultra sad. He couldn't approve me for the vehicle. Now, this should be sad news, however he not only gave me my $200 back, not "a" $200 but MY $200, the exact money that I had given him a week earlier. He was overly apologetic and noticeably upset that he couldn't approve me, but upon relinquishing the vehicle, he told me that he can direct me to a dealership that is amazing and that would hands down in a heartbeat approve me, "Wait, let me get their number." he said. He then called the new dealership right in front of me. He spoke to the manager of Truck and SUV Auto Warehouse and he told them to "roll out the red carpet," because I was coming. We spoke a bit about why the finances fell through, he's a smaller dealership and I have awful credit, so I needed to go somewhere where they would have multiple banks to approve my financing. He is more for people with no credit or good to excellent credit, something I've not had the luxury of having since college days. We walked back out to the lot, he had my car ready to go. I pulled all the items from the Corolla and put them back into my old car. He again apologized and assured me that Paul or Rocky from Truck and SUV would take care of me and I would have no issues with anything from this point on. He was 110% correct. He gave me a hug, made sure to tell me to tell Rocky and Paul that he sent me and to pick out the car of my dreams. Not only did this man lend me a car for a week over Christmas, but he also gave me my 200 dollars back. Not exactly what people want to hear, however it could have been SO much worse! He could have charged me for a week of borrowing the vehicle, could have demanded I fill up the tank, etc. There are many dealerships out there that are just awful and exist to make a sale no matter what the cost. This dealership is not one of those kinds of dealerships. You will get a personal one on one experience with either Manny or Ted at M&M Auto Warehouse and you will not be disappointed. Look on their website and check out the vehicles they have on and off the lot. Ted Taylor is a family man who will gush over his family, his "grand baby" and his friends in the most heart felt sincere way possible. He again, was not out to make a sale, but wanted to please his customers no matter what. I went to Truck and SUV Superstore and purchased the best little vroom vroom ever! I'm so happy and the overall experience was all because of Ted and M&M practicing GREAT morals, standards and business ethics. I have never written any review in my life, even if I get such a bad service nor even if I get scammed. But this situation, especially it was with the manager of this place, made me to. So here is what happened: I do not recommend to buy any car from here. They are not trustworthy. I bought a car last year, and they told me that the car is clean and has no mechanical issues. At that time, they somehow managed to make the car to pass smog, then, few days later after the purchase date, the engine light went on. I went to them and they assured me that this light is nothing, probably something manageable to fix with few bucks. Since I was a student, I had no time for it nor money to pay hundreds of dollars for a mechanic to figure out what is the problem. I took their word for it and continue to focus on my studies. Few months after, now, I decided to sell the car because of corona which made me leave the country. I did SMOG and couldn't pass it. They told me I have to fix catalytic converter, which costs a fortune, to fix and to pass smog. I called these guys so that they pay a percentage or full price, and they said they are not responsible and the problem happened when the car was with me. EXCUSE ME? Clearly, a catalyst converter will not go bad in two days from the purchase day! It takes months if not years for that to happen. I had to fix it myself and I lost thousands of dollars on it. Lastly, my English is bad, and at some point of discussion, he changed his attitude and kept screaming at me. I've never felt this discriminated and looked down at. To give you an idea, look at other people's comments who gave them 0 start and don't not only focus on people who gave 5 starts, they cold be paid to leave a comment. Give yourself a favour and a piece of mind and buy a car from other place. If there is 0 start I will put 0. read more

We just purchased our 4th car from M & M! Well, actually my mom bought a car this time but on our recommendation. They have a great website where you can browse their current inventory and narrow your decisions before you go. We had contacted them to let them know which car my mom liked and they had it ready to test drive when we got there. The salesman, Dom, knew a lot about the car and sat in the backseat and answered any questions we had. He let us look in the truck and the hood. The battery was looking old and they promised to take care of it as soon as possible. We were able to drive the car on the freeway and my mom got a good feel of the car. She loved it and decided to buy. Within an hour they had worked out financing, traded in her old car and had keys in hand! We love coming here for cars. They stand behind what the sell and know so many people in the car business if you need anything they have it or know how to get it. The owners have a very good feel for good, quality cars and they are NOT high pressure salesmen. It's a family business and they will take care of you. My son will be needing a car soon and we will be heading to M&M this winter. read more

Owner, Manny, never returns calls, so don't waste your time leaving any messages. I sold my car to them and a month later I got a threatening notice from the DMV that I needed to provide proof of Insurance Immediately. After, sitting on hold with the DMV for 83 mins, I was told that the car I sold to M & M NEVER transferred Title and the Car was still in my name. I left several messages for Manny to call me, which he NEVER did. I did receive a call from Ted, one of the employees telling me that they gave me a Transfer of Ownership and release of liability, which they did NOT. Ted then told that M & M Auto would not transfer title until they sold my car. They also failed to tell me that detail, as well. My husband had to go out of his way to go to the DMV to complete a Release of Liability. It has been over 2 months and now I received a DMV Notice for Auto Registration Renewal on the Car I sold M & M Auto. I left 7 messages for the owner Manny because I am tired of receiving DMV Notices and as usual Manny NEVER returned my call. Ted finally returned my call and said that M & M forgot to give me the Release of Liability and Transfer of Title Form, it was still in their File Cabinet at the office. Ted asked for me to come get it, seriously, why should I go out of my way when they screwed up by FIRST, NOT telling me that they will NEVER transfer Title of the car they bought from me or giving me the Legal Paperwork they are required to. I have sold and traded in many cars before and NEVER had this nightmare. M & M are not only Unprofessional but they are not honest with their Customers or give them the proper Legal Paperwork. Is this Car that I sold them over 2 months ago going to be in my name forever???? I will not make a second trip to the DMV to try and get this car out of my name, for once and all. I will then be filing a complaint with the Licensing Board, I had read several great reviews prior to doing business with them but I seriously doubt these reviews were legit. Great experience! Our daughter bought her car here a few months ago and was so impressed with the service she highly encouraged us to give them a try. It was Sunday when we made the trip from Ramona to check out the lot. A gentleman named Daniel was there and came to our assistance. Our daughter met us there and boy did she have Daniel on the move, pulling keys, moving cars, letting us ttest drive whatever we pleased. We found a car we really liked and he had us pre approved (remember this was a Sunday). He told us we could have our mechanic in Ramona check out the car if we wanted before we made a decision to buy. We told him we needed a few days to think it over and would get back to him. Before we left we found out that this business is not even open on Sunday's, Daniel came by to meet someone and we just happened to show up. He never even said a thing about it being his day off! To save u lots of money and headache don't buy from small car lots! I had to learn the hard way they don't guarantee anything! I brought a used Jetta from this car lot and from day one it has given me problems. They had there mechanic so call fix the problems on my car but every month my check engine light would go back on and there i would go to go have them fix it.. Now that my warranty is up I took my car into Volkswagen dealership to check out why my car is making a loud screechy noise and why my check engine light is on again. They came back to tell me it had numerous thing wrong with it and had a major oil leak that's was gonna cost 2,500.00 .. That's not including all of the other fixes that it needed. It's unfortunate that I got screwed over with such a shitty car. I think There mechanic just put a band aid on it till my warranty was up and basically didn't have to put any more money into my car and work it need. What happened to selling good used running car with integrity, morals. Now I'm gonna be upside in another car loan cause I can't afford to put thousands of dollars into a car I only owe 7,000.00 on it!
