Within 24 hours I got a call from Rani to let me know the car was still available. We showed up to the lot and were warmly welcomed by Rani with no pushy-ness or awkwardness. Bought a 2018 Tahoe from Zach at Carnova. Their mechanic said the vehicle was solid. My independent inspection disagreed. The inspection found a fuel-system fault with an estimated repair cost of roughly $2,500. When I confronted Zach he disagreed and stood behind his mechanic. They offered $1,300 and acted offended that I questioned their mechanic at all. Apparently "trust us" was supposed to outweigh an actual inspection report. What really completed the experience was watching their lot attendant accelerate hard out of the parking lot to get gas as it was on enpty which may have created the damage. Confidence inspiring. I called Carova ready to buy a car today. Note for management. Carlos does not want to sell cars. As a business owner myself I would find someone else ASAP. First, I was given the runaround with multiple costs even though the ad I was looking at online (posted by them) was cheaper. I had to physically pull up an image of THEIR add online for them to honor that price... speaking of... 4.5k tax on a 23k car??? WATCH FOR THEIR HIDDEN FEES!!! When I requested a OTD price sheet Carlos gave me the runaround stating they don't do out the door pricing and ended up hanging up on me when I questioned why. Came to the dealership on 8/7/2025 to look at a Lexus they had on the lot. All men were extremely professional and I was greeted within 2 minutes of looking. I had my kids with me and we were all offered water and they had a great waiting area with activities for my kids to indulge in. I was not quite ready to purchase and came back 3 days later. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I went there today 8/25/25 walked around for about 10min or so nobody came out to talk to me. I went in didnt see anyone and said hello then 1 guy came out. Said can I help you. I told him I was interested in a car he told me give him a second and he will meet me out there. He came out showed him what I was interested in and he knew nothing bout the car literally read the ad to me that I seen. I had a pre approval and cash in hand. He smirked and said this car will sell fast not willing to negotiate told him cars been posted for almost 4 months he had to look at the ad agian and said oh it has but still easy to sell. He was very rude and didnt even try to negotiate or see if he could drop it even 500. Most times I have purchased they check on the computer if they can see if there is any wiggle room.
