Unfortunately, the write up this doctor pulled together was full of quotation marks and snary remarks basically mocking me. You can be seriously physically ill and have health anxiety simultaneously. A doctor should always put ego aside to think outside the box. I went to Dr. Weiss office in hopes of getting IV antibiotics for an infection of unknown origin . I was met with gaslighting and basically being dismissed as a hypochondriac. Drenching night sweats, seizures that put me in the hospital and ongoing severe GI distress had me out of work and terrified. I was quickly prescribed vitamin infusions as if my lack of vitamin D and iron was the problem. I was essentially told the chronic infections were due to my low iron and vitamin D and left my appointment feeling diminished and blamed. I was reluctantly given 7 days of iv ceftriaxone with a condescending attitude and my medical notes basically explaining there was no medical justification for this therapy other than a few Lyme bands. I still continued to decline after that therapy. I later learned I had yersinia enterocolitica infection which triggered autoimmune encephalitis after being relentlessly made to feel like I was looney. I went to a reputable infectious disease doctor and he dug to find out why I was so sick. My case was IV ceftriaxone resistant and only susceptible to aminglycosides and some others. I needed a picc line and im on IVIG for encephalitis. For out of pocket fees that this institute charges, people deserve to be met with sensitivity and validation not brushed off, met with patronizing remarks and basically told all they need is a magical vitamin IV. Just because you spiral when sick and assume the worst, doesn't mean your illness isnt real. A functional doctor should know better than to be callous and diminish someone who has fought a million health battles. Their job is to dig deep for root causes and validate patients.

Whoa, I'll be honest I'm a true skeptic of anything that cures hangovers besides sleep,…read morealka-seltzer and a bacon egg and cheese. But I was desperate to rally for the new year's weekend extravaganza. I don't want to get too graphic with how disgusting I felt, how I got home at 5am, couldn't keep down water, and unable to stand up straight to let the delivery guy pass me my bacon egg and cheese, but I knew if I was going to attempt to continue the festivities than I'd have to take drastic measures and get an IV. I called, they came, they cured. The whole process between setting up the IV and the drip is a little over an hour. The nurse is there watching you the entire time to make sure your safe and comfortable. She was completely professional and sanitary, which I def was looking out for. It didn't hurt, phew. Be prepared to either have your nurse watch tv with you or expect to talk to them. I said yes to every possible extra boost to end my pain. Highly recommend the G boost and the toradol. You can feel this sensation of hydration immediately in your body. A little weird at first but quickly becomes a good feeling. After about 15 minutes, I went from feeling like a 3 to an 8.5. Normalcy returned. Tips: use the restroom before you start because you'll have to pee alot, Get the G Boost & Toradol, also call a few days in advance to reserve appointments on the highly coveted Sundays. Cheers!

I go to review the bloodwork with her and she tells me that she did not print out in color because she is trying to save the cost of color ink - what??? You just charged me 750 out of pocket? Why would you say that? Besides no follow up on putting me on all these supplements (maybe a phone call would be nice to see how I am doing)? Supplements that I bought through that office. I was told they were out of a supplement and I would get a call when it came in - nothing and I followed up. Final straw was when I tried to pick up another month of supplements I called the office to make sure they were there and the rude receptionist advised they were closing at noon. I said I am on my way and will be there by 11:40 - I got there and the door was locked - I knocked and called and her car was in the parking lot. DO NOT be fooled by this woman and her staff - took me for over 1,000 and did nothing for me.

I have been a paying monthly member, scheduling my sessions in advance on set days. However, on multiple occasions, my appointments were rescheduled by the staff -- changes that were initiated on your end, not mine. Instead of being accommodated for the inconvenience caused by your team's scheduling changes, I was made to feel as though the burden fell back on me as the client. When I asked to speak with the owner, Lily, on two separate occasions, I was told she was "too busy" -- in one instance, sitting and doodling in a notebook -- to address my concerns directly. This is not the standard of customer service I expect from any business, let alone one where I have invested in a monthly membership. A responsible business owner should take accountability, ensure customers are respected, and work to resolve issues caused by their own staff. Unfortunately, that is not what I experienced here.

Location for me is everything cuz I'm a creature of convenience, so having this place within walking distance of my work place (where I accumulate so much sh...stuff to begin with) is clutch! The place is CLEAN which can go without saying, but is absolutely the bare minimum of what is needed from a place collecting our most unmentionables (I can't help myself). A very friendly attendant/nurse? helps you to your room, and are standing before the Poop Collector, a massive system that's gonna fill you up so you can empty out (I can't stop laughing). Anyhoo, she explained that I'd be flying this poop mobile solo, which, EVERYONE wants to do...do. She talked through that first push and I was so happy to see her leave the room. For the next 30-45 minutes I experienced what can only be described as a trip through my dietary history, where with every push out I recalled all the horrible things I'd eaten to land me on this throne. Not gonna lie, after you get past the butt plug, water guts, and pool of your own soup that your butt is sitting in, it's a really good feeling. She comes back to explain that you gonna pop off the probe and then release them innards until you feel empty, the rinse off with a hose (that if you aren't careful can wet up the whole room) before baby wiping and getting dressed. I felt so cared for and decided that I would get the 4 pack cuz this gut is my main priority. In other words, clean your butt system here. You (and whoever is holding your sheets down at night) will appreciate it!
