The inside was a stylish chic but very clean and organized. The customer service started over the phone with Brandon being so helpful and letting me know the availability as a walk in. After walking in, Brandon let me know there was a bit of a wait but did his best to keep me updated and even assisted me with picking a nail color. My nail tech was also super sweet. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me suggestions on my next service for when I come in to help with my nails. After being cut by the drill three times, I asked about the disinfection process, but Stephanie was unable to clearly explain it. I made every effort to be polite despite her continuous rude remarks, but after waiting over an hour past my scheduled appointment--one I booked two weeks in advance--her response was, "If you didn't want to wait, you could have seen someone else. Most of my clients don't mind waiting." That was actually one of the less offensive things she said to me. I can't begin to list every condescending comment she's made in my last few visits, but I can confidently say I will never be returning.
