I recommend you get Slayed at Lashe's lol I got my nails done not up to my expectations by someone else. I couldn't deal. I ended up going on a date out of town in New Orleans and stopped here a little before they closed and they took me in with open arms! The pedi was Basic but well done. My mani came out amazing. I was very satisfied. I've attached 2 photos of my bomb ass nails

Worst overlay and ombre ever
Mindy Sue B.

Went in for an overlay and they actually recommended that I get an ombre, because it "would look better" than what I wanted. Cut my nails too short, all different lengths and shapes. This is the saddest excuse for an ombre I have ever seen. There are bubbles and hairs and jagged edges and my nail beds are completely sore. Some parts aren't even painted. I asked for a matte top coat and they gave me gloss. He messed up soon many times and went back so often that I was there for over 2 hours. I paid before my nails were painted and they gave me my tip back and wouldnt refund any of my money. This is $37 here. It actually looks WORSE than it did when I went in, which was 3 weeks grown out. Never going back again. It looks like my neice did it. Going to work and having every one asking me who I let do my nails like this was incredibly embarrassing.

Less than 24 hours later

DO NOT GO HERE! My nail tech was kind and great during the massage portion of the pedi, but this is easily the worst mani/pedi I've ever had which is very disappointing since the services came out to $60 before tip. The file was uneven and the nail polish was very sloppily applied. It's less than 24 hours later now and one nail has completely broken off (they were very healthy and strong before) while several other fingernails have already begun to chip. Didn't love the selection of colors as well because they all look extremely old and like they've expired. I should've gone with my gut from the beginning and left the salon after seeing the poor quality. For reference, I've been here 3 times now to give it a fair chance (twice for eyebrow waxing, once for nails) and each time has gotten significantly worse. I would not recommend this salon to anyone and I'm sure much cheaper locations would do a better job.

Got a pedicure and dip powder manicure in a little over an hour during lunch! Hannah did a fabulous job! Great offer to get 10% off if you check in on Yelp! Slightly less selection on powder colors compared to other salons I've been to but not many places do this service in New Orleans. Overall great experience! My boyfriends basic mani and pedi looks fresh too :)

Very nice and clean place. Friendly staff, plenty of polish colors to choose from AND THEY USE PEDICURE LINERS!!! They accept cash card cashapp Zella and much more. I was in and out of the salon within 2 hours. I will certainly be back!!

Excellent nail salons are very hard to come by. I must say that I LOVED my experience here. I am first impressed with the fact that they are open on Sundays til 5. I didn't have to wait at all to get things started. Went in for pedi and shellac mani. Splurged and tried the Classic Pedi, which was TO DIE FOR: hot stone massage, sugar scrub, gel massage, hot towel wraps, etc. It's honestly gonna be hard to get the reg pedi after that. Lol That plus the complimentary wine and I was almost sleep in the pedi chair. The shellac mani was awesome. I can't remember the nail tech's name, but she's now my go to person for nails. They have a loyalty program, free wifi, and like to have fun while working. :-)

Let me start by saying this is an Excellent Excellent Nail Spa. Black owned. Locally owned &…read moreoperated. DEI represented. Cost affordable. Lots of character. And oozing which charm. Located in the heart of the city right on Canal Street, it was easy to navigate to. Easy to get to on the bus or any other means of transportation and even taking a walk to the Salon is not out of the question. Appointments are preferred and did I mention that they take walk-ins so that makes it all the better. Imagine my day starts off running a couple errands and I remembered that I wanted to do some hand modeling and I needed a manicure. So I am reminded of a social media live event broadcasting the opening of this salon some about 6 months prior. So I decided to stop in. When I headed into the salon, there was actually someone that was exiting and upon my entrance, I noticed a gentleman behind the counter. I asked him about a manicure and the rest is history. He immediately got me to complete some paperwork, pick my color. He further offered me some water, champagne or coffee. I was already drinking coffee and the champagne would've been nice but I declined all three. He asked me to have a seat at the table at which point I questioned who was going to do my nails he expediently told me that he was going to do my nails. This was surprising and a little jar dropping for me. I'll be honest, most times, this is a female dominated arena. And not only did he break that stereotype for me; he also superseded my expectations. Truly, this was an experience. From start to finish, from the time that I entered, to the time that I exited... i was in awe. While completing the paperwork, I provided my phone number and was advised of the loyalty program and potential for further text messages. Shortly after the visit, I received a notification that it was time for a return, this was a great welcoming reminder. I have yet to make that appointment, but I will. While there, it was almost as though I had been whisked away to a remote location and was being pampered at a spa on an island somewhere; I got lost I within... Kudos to Rory and all those that have in hand in this Spa turned "get-a-way". I definitely plan to return. Street parking is the call for the day . I found the pricing to be fair and in line with industry standard. Next time I come back. I'll make sure to schedule ahead book a pedicure and enjoy that champagne and return to that "island get-a-way".

Should have read the reviews, but thats my fault for waiting until the last minute to get nails…read moredone. The front desk person seemed pissed that I was there. They had very few gel color options to choose from; I didn't see any skin tone varieties at all. I'm used to getting pages and pages of colors at other salons... they had about 40 i think, and several of those were glitter. My nails started getting small chips in the ends after about 4 days. This picture of them is at 11 days.... I thought gel nails were supposed to last 2 weeks. Its hard to see in the picture but one of them is cracking which is something Ive never experienced. After my pedicure I also noticed my cuticles still looked really dry. While I was in there a lady came back inside because she didn't understand the cost on her receipt, and they told her it was tax. So when they didn't appear to give me the online booking discount promised online, I didn't argue, because I knew I wasn't winning with this guy.
