I purchased a groupon 3 months ago and I basically called every week to try to book something and no one ever answers. It always goes straight to voice mail. I finally got a call back two weeks later and booked an appointment. The day before my appointment I received a call saying that my masseuse was ill and wouldn't be able to make it. Absolutely understandable. The problem is that they said they would call me back to reschedule when the masseuse feels better but i never received a call. I basically went back into the cycle where I kept calling to try to book an appointment and after about 2 weeks of trying 5+ times both through email and voice mail, i finally got a return call and booked an appointment for 2 weeks later. The day of my appointment I showed up and no one was at the door! I called multiple times and no one answered. Finally after waiting about 15 minutes someone came out (the owner) and apologized because they canceled my appointment because they had the wrong phone number in their system and canceled because they couldn't confirm the appointment. This is annoying because they obviously had my phone number correct the first time if they were able to call me back to schedule the appointment in the first place. Anyways, the owner was REALLY nice and squeezed me in the next day. I didn't mind coming back and appreciated that she was able to accommodate me. I came back the next day and finally received my massage however she only gave me 35 minutes for a 1 hour massage! I massage was definitely 11:30-12:30 and my massage was finished by 12:10 and we didn't even start on time. I had to wait a bit. I'm a bit frustrated with his business and I would like to give them a higher rating because they are nice and the short massage that I got was pretty good but the way they run their business is terrible. They need to hire someone to keep everything organized.

I pay the Groupon price and able to text the owner the day before to get an appointment the next day! Sometimes it does take a couple of hours to hear back but she will respond!!! The inside was a stylish chic but very clean and organized. The customer service started over the phone with Brandon being so helpful and letting me know the availability as a walk in. After walking in, Brandon let me know there was a bit of a wait but did his best to keep me updated and even assisted me with picking a nail color. My nail tech was also super sweet. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me suggestions on my next service for when I come in to help with my nails. My polish change came out very nice and neat, and I had an overall great experience. Definitely a place that I would go back to.
