My polish change came out very nice and neat, and I had an overall great experience. Definitely a place that I would go back to.

I was charged separately for gel removal, which confused me because I have never been charged for something that is normally part of the pedicure service. I was told that because I did not get polish afterward, there was an additional charge for gel removal. Before my card was charged, I explained that this unexpected charge meant neither technician would receive a tip. I tip very well wherever I go, and both service workers missed out on a $20 tip because of this charge. To make matters worse, I still have noticeable gel residue left on several of my toenails. With the gel removal charge my total came up to 109. I told her prior to charging my card that if I was charged a $7 fee for gel removal I would not tip $40. She shrugged her shoulders and minutes later try to refund me. Thank you Posh while it lasted, I've been coming here for a while, I'll now be choosing somewhere else to tip 40%

It is unfortunate giving this place such a low rating because the owner seems really nice and works…read morehard but they are extremely disorganized. I purchased a groupon 3 months ago and I basically called every week to try to book something and no one ever answers. It always goes straight to voice mail. I finally got a call back two weeks later and booked an appointment. The day before my appointment I received a call saying that my masseuse was ill and wouldn't be able to make it. Absolutely understandable. The problem is that they said they would call me back to reschedule when the masseuse feels better but i never received a call. I basically went back into the cycle where I kept calling to try to book an appointment and after about 2 weeks of trying 5+ times both through email and voice mail, i finally got a return call and booked an appointment for 2 weeks later. The day of my appointment I showed up and no one was at the door! I called multiple times and no one answered. Finally after waiting about 15 minutes someone came out (the owner) and apologized because they canceled my appointment because they had the wrong phone number in their system and canceled because they couldn't confirm the appointment. This is annoying because they obviously had my phone number correct the first time if they were able to call me back to schedule the appointment in the first place. Anyways, the owner was REALLY nice and squeezed me in the next day. I didn't mind coming back and appreciated that she was able to accommodate me. I came back the next day and finally received my massage however she only gave me 35 minutes for a 1 hour massage! I massage was definitely 11:30-12:30 and my massage was finished by 12:10 and we didn't even start on time. I had to wait a bit. I'm a bit frustrated with his business and I would like to give them a higher rating because they are nice and the short massage that I got was pretty good but the way they run their business is terrible. They need to hire someone to keep everything organized.
