It is unfortunate giving this place such a low rating because the owner seems really nice and works hard but they are extremely disorganized. I purchased a groupon 3 months ago and I basically called every week to try to book something and no one ever answers. It always goes straight to voice mail. I finally got a call back two weeks later and booked an appointment. The day before my appointment I received a call saying that my masseuse was ill and wouldn't be able to make it. Absolutely understandable. The problem is that they said they would call me back to reschedule when the masseuse feels better but i never received a call. I basically went back into the cycle where I kept calling to try to book an appointment and after about 2 weeks of trying 5+ times both through email and voice mail, i finally got a return call and booked an appointment for 2 weeks later. The day of my appointment I showed up and no one was at the door! I called multiple times and no one answered. Finally after waiting about 15 minutes someone came out (the owner) and apologized because they canceled my appointment because they had the wrong phone number in their system and canceled because they couldn't confirm the appointment. This is annoying because they obviously had my phone number correct the first time if they were able to call me back to schedule the appointment in the first place. Anyways, the owner was REALLY nice and squeezed me in the next day. I didn't mind coming back and appreciated that she was able to accommodate me. I came back the next day and finally received my massage however she only gave me 35 minutes for a 1 hour massage! I massage was definitely 11:30-12:30 and my massage was finished by 12:10 and we didn't even start on time. I had to wait a bit. I'm a bit frustrated with his business and I would like to give them a higher rating because they are nice and the short massage that I got was pretty good but the way they run their business is terrible. They need to hire someone to keep everything organized. read more

I love Spa Revival! I found them using Groupon last July and have stayed with them when they moved to a bigger location. Honestly, you don't need to purchase the Groupon deal for them to match the price. All you have to say is that you saw the deal on Groupon and would like to pay that price. You will definitely get an appointment quickly. Groupon vouchers are only accepted by some of their massage therapists so those get booked up quickly. I pay the Groupon price and able to text the owner the day before to get an appointment the next day! Sometimes it does take a couple of hours to hear back but she will respond!!! I suggest you do that!! Jamal and Joetta are amazing! Love love love my deep tissue massages! I texted the owner and had no problems getting an appointment the next day since I'm paying the Groupon price without purchasing the Groupon! I hope you will give this company a try! Don't buy the Groupon! Just tell them you saw the Groupon and would love to pay that same price! Also, mention that Asian Amy sent you! read more

I'm a fan of great deals, but this was a waste of $. I bought the discounted 1 hr couples massage plus facial for 100.00. They couldn't book me for a month which I found ridiculous. The location was inside a very room. I asked for wine and they didn't have any. I asked for a bandaid bc I burned my arm that morning and guess what? They didn't have a first aid kit. Lovely. The facial lasted 3 minutes. I requested a deep tissue and ended up getting "rubbed down" in all the wrong ways. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional considering I get a deep tissue 1x a month and know how it should feel.. I almost fall asleep during good massages. Not this time. I was wide awake, cringing, hoping it would be over. It only lasted 40 min. I left very disappointed. The girls giving the massages didn't look over 18. I doubt they have their licenses. read more

There were several things I just didn't like, and I definitely won't be returning. I booked a couples massage for my husband and I. I'll just list out the issues. 1. Biggest gripe: We scheduled a 60 minute couples massage, and we were off the table getting dressed after 41 minutes. After a quick discussion between my husband and I, we decided not to point this out and to just leave as the massages hadn't been super fantastic anyway. When we left and my husband tipped the masseuses, they skoffed at it....but we didn't receive our whole massage, why would we leave a whole tip?? 2. The office needs work, literally. The room we were in had unfinished walls. It was also so small that I am amazed they fit 2 massage tables in there. I'm not sure if there were any other massage rooms, but there were some screens behind the front counter...so maybe they also massage out in the open? Not sure, but glad we were at least in a room.. 3. The masseuses were one male and one female. Every time I've gone for a massage I've been asked if I have a gender preference, but that wasn't done this time. The male worked on me and the female on my husband, but my husband and I both would have preferred they had switched. 4. Just getting an appointment was an issue. I called and left 2 messages and never received a call back. Third time was a charm and we got an appointment booked, but not for the day I wanted as I was told they were booked through Sept. for Saturdays. Once booked I was told we'd receive a reminder phone call the day before the appointment. Didn't happen. But on the morning of the appointment I did get a phone call asking me if we could postpone the appt until the next day because they were on their way home from being out of town and wouldn't make it back in time. Also, after our appointment, we were told that if we book without a Groupon they can fit us in sooner.... 5. There was a lack of professionalism. When we arrived the lights were off and there was someone dozing off in a chair in the reception area. It was one of the masseuses.. They never checked our Groupon, so they asked us if it included mini facials. I said I wasn't sure. Rather than check and do things right, they just skipped the mini facial. Later I looked and saw that yes, they should have been included. So no mini facial, and massage was cut short 19 minutes. Wonderful value... After the appointment, there was a sales pitch. Prices are the same as the Groupon prices, something about packages, and then they scribbled something on business cards that we can't read. Just overall I felt out of place and like it wasn't a real business. It was an odd feeling. 6. The office was hard to find. There are tall signs for the businesses in their office group directly on West Esplanade, but they don't have one. If my GPS hadn't told me where to go, I never would have found them tucked back there. 7. The massages were...ok. I've had many before as has my husband, and we were both left unimpressed. There were a few times I was worried about injury to myself. I put on the form that I wanted medium deep pressure, but I felt this was disregarded when it came to my back. My husband has a herniated disc, which he informed his masseuse of, and usually massages do produce some pain for him but are always immediately followed by relief. He said during this one he did experience a good bit of pain, but the relief never followed. Overall, I do not recommend them. When I bought my Groupon, it said like 80-something% recommended it. Most of the reviews here were posted after I bought it...so I guess a lot of others got duped by that recommendation percentage on the Groupon website also. read more

Well, I never even made it inside the spa, so this is not a review concerning how nice the facility or the services were. What I am here to review is the complete lack of professional behavior exhibited by the employees I had the misfortune of communicating with. I purchased a Groupon for a couples Swedish massage and mini facial for my husband and my 1 year wedding anniversary. So exciting, right? Well, I called over and over, and it just kept going to voicemail. Odd, considering it was smack in the middle of a business day. I heard during the voicemail that I could also text that number. Also, odd. Was this business phone also a cellphone? It seemed a bit sketchy, but I wanted to give this business the benefit of the doubt, so I texted. A few hours later I did indeed get a response, but once she told me the date I wanted was booked, I asked when else was available, and she never responded again. So I called a day or two later and left a voicemail explaining that I had been attempting to make an appointment but was for some reason unable to do so! After FIVE DAYS of not hearing from them, I sent another text message. Again, nothing. So now, I'm really questioning how this company is even Groupon approved, because this was just ridiculous. I figured I'd try my luck one more time and gave them a call pretty early in the morning. And voila! I got an answer! So I started to feel a little less sketched out. And when I was trying to make the appointment I came to discover that they didn't have any available appointments for almost a month. Bummer, but I wanted this damn massage, and I knew my husband needed one too, so I booked it. And now comes the day of the massage. We both have our schedules cleared. We both REALLY need this R&R that we paid good money for. I called in the morning to verify the appointment, and of course it went straight to voicemail. While I was listening to the voicemail answer, I noticed that the address they were saying they were located at was different than the address shown on the Groupon. So, now I'm really needing to get in touch with them just so I can make sure we show up to the right place! I call THREE MORE TIMES, and finally someone answers. I say I want to verify my appointment. After asking me my name, she tells me that she called me yesterday because they have to reschedule because the AC is broken (I checked my call log and no calls came in from that business number, so if she did call me it was not from the business phone). When I asked when we would be able to come in, she said she would have to call me back before 5 pm today. I said OK. I called Groupon immediately, and even though it had been over 3 days since I purchased it they gave me a full refund because, guess what? I am not the first person to complain about these business owners. So, there's my story about this place. Maybe I just had a string of shitty luck with them, but in my opinion, a business phone should always be on and always be answered during business hours. *Edit: I've been reading all the other reviews... how the hell is this place still in business? I hope the owner reads these very true reviews and tries to do something to better herself and her business. I am disgusted that these people are taking so many hard working people's money and just scamming the F*** out of everybody. M'am, how do you sleep at night?* read more

Waste of time! Good luck booking an appointment and you better hope they don't cancel it. Booked 3 different appointments, all got cancelled without permission. My boyfriend and I called and was able to get an appointment immediately. Upon arrival we were greeted and given a warm welcome. The guy who did my message was sooooo awesome. My boyfriend enjoyed his as well. My only negative is I wish the place was bigger for a group message but other then that, we really enjoyed ourselves. We will most surly be back. read more

I would describe this place as fraudulent. I bought a spa party Groupon for five. The space was the size of a closet and they had us sitting in lawn chairs covered by towels. They had us soak our feet in dish washing bins. We were so overwhelmed with the dissatisfactory space and experience that we declined the facial. They were pleasant enough and wanted to prove they were trained but it was not great. This should be a single massage space at best but they are not skilled enough, in my opinion, to call themselves a spa. read more

I'm sorry to see other reviewers have not had much luck here! I did not experience anything out of the normal with setting my appointment, getting it confirmed (message was left for me and I was able to get in touch after a callback) and having my therapist be there on time. I also used a Groupon. Honestly, this was the best massage I've ever gotten, and as someone with chronic back pain, that's a lot of massages. I was a bit skeptical at first, the location is not what I'm used to, but I really had a great experience. I feel like I require a lot of hard, deep pressure, most therapists simply don't massage me "hard" enough, so while it's relaxing, it doesn't really help my out as far as alleviating back pain and achieving the "therapy" part of massage therapy. I left feeling like I'd just gotten the best massage and that it had been really therapeutic. I highly recommend Joetta if you need someone to provide the "deep" part of a deep tissue massage. She was attentive, constantly making sure the pressure was alright and not painful and she really seemed to find my problem areas and work on them intensely. She seemed to really care about my pain and wanted to do her best to make sure that I would leave satisfied. If you decide to purchase add-ons (or you're going sans Groupon), there is a $3 fee for credit/debit cards but I think that's because they use Paypal as a means to take payments from cards. The venue itself is a bit different from other salon/spas so that may not be appealing to some people. It's essentially a salon suite, with each salon or spa service leasing a room from building managers to provide their services out of. It's small, and, while I found the atmosphere comfortable and relaxing as I got massaged, some people may not like it, so be aware! read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Spa Revive. The place is at best horribly run and is at worst (and most likely) a total and complete scam. In early February I called to make a reservation using a Groupon. The woman answered what sounded like a cellphone without identifying the spa. When I told her I was calling to make a reservation she said she wasn't near her computer so she couldn't do so. I called back a few days later in early February. This time the same woman said they were all booked up through mid March (in other words past the expiration date of my Groupon). She then said she'd put me on a waiting list. I called back again a few days later and she told me o could go ahead and book for 6pm on March 18 and that they'd honor my Groupon. Cut to March 17 when I did not get a confirmation call. I called them to confirm and the same woman, who sounded like she was at a busy store (not a small boutique spa), said she was too busy preparing for a client to check on my confirmation and that she'd "be calling later to confirm." She never did so. The next day, before embarking on the 20 minute trip to the spa for our massage I called one more time to confirm. The same woman said she'd been trying to call me to let me know that they, get this, had no massage therapists available at 6:00 - "they all went home." Again this sounded like tots malarkey. She asked if I wanted to reschedule and, reluctantly, I agreed. When I asked for the same time any other week she responded there would be an "upcharge" for a 6pm massage. At this point it was clear that this entire operation was meant to keep anyone from coming in at all. I asked her to explain the many inconsistencies in her responses after which she confirmed my assumption that she had no intention of rescheduling and ultimately providing service by stating that "we are on a recorded line (her cellphone), i realize we made a mistake, we are human beings, but you are angry and I refuse to do business with you" and then hung up on me. I have been in touch with Groupon and they refunded my money in full and said that they would investigate the business. Folks, avoid this establishment. read more

Made a appointment three times. They moved the first one then the second one they did not write us in for. By the third one I gave up. Awful service read more

Total scam. Literally the exact same story as Jonas C. It is a rude, confrontational lady on a cell phone. Avoid this place at all cost.

I am very very disappointed with the services I have received from this company. I originally received my massage months ago and did not have a pleasant experience, but I had already purchased two deep tissue massages with my Groupon deal so despite the fact that I did not want to return, I went ahead and scheduled another appointment so I could get my money's worth. Keep in mind my initial massage was in or around May and this is now August that I received my second massage so I have thought long and hard about returning. My first massage was not that horrible, but I was very dissatisfied with the fact that my massage started late due to the appointment ahead of me. You would think that because this was not my fault that I would have still received my full services, but my massage still ended promptly by the next hour instead of me getting those extra minutes I had missed. Getting this first massage scheduled was a hassle in itself! My original massage was scheduled for Friday, but I received a phone call late Thursday night, around 7pm, telling me that there was nobody scheduled for my appointment that I had made a week and a half prior! I was at work that Thursday night so when I got off from work I couldn't even call to reschedule until Friday because of the late notice. When I called the next Friday morning to reschedule, as I was a little upset because I was excited for my massage, I was greeted with an attitude before stating how I even felt about the professionalism of the late night cancellation as if it were my fault somebody was not scheduled for my appointment. So now it is August and I call to schedule my second massage for 3:30 pm and I arrive at 3:17pm and wait until 3:40 to find nobody present. I call the number for Spa Revive, which turns out to be the owner's number, and it seems that she scheduled me for 3 instead of 3:30 so my therapist had left the building and I would not be getting my massage that day. The receptionist (owner) was very nice on the phone, but unprofessional because she made it seem as if it were the masseuse's fault instead of her own before she realized it was her mistake that caused me to miss my appointment. She was saying how the masseuse wouldn't answer the phone and other things that made me feel uncomfortable about the business. Keep in mind the place is 40 minutes away from my house so this way a wasted trip of gas. So now, August 12th, I have just left from my second massage and am VERY upset by the substandard treatment I received. I was about 10 minutes late to my massage because of an unexpected accident on the interstate so I completely understand that it my fault I would not get those 10 minutes back, but what I do not understand is why my massage ended at 4:49 instead of 5:00. I was not guaranteed a full service from the start. On top of that, as my short massage was ending, my masseuse made mention of me "tipping her good" which I find very unprofessional and I was rushed out of the massage room as the masseuse came in the room while I was still getting dressed when I told her I was not done. The owner did give me a gift certificate for a free massage due to the scheduling conflict she had caused earlier, but I DO NOT and WILL NOT return after these horrible chain of events. I left the masseuse a generous tip despite all the confusion that had occurred because I am not a stingy person and she did spend time on me that evening. The massage studio is located in a building with about 20 or more other small businesses so everything was close quarters, so much that you can hear what is going on across the small hallway. I am a very professional person and did not want to cause an uproar and disturb all the other small businesses so I waited and called the owner about 20 minutes later to express my disappointment. I was once again greeted with UNPROFESSIONALISM and was told that I was lying about my massage being cut short. I actually placed a call to my mother AFTER leaving the building and the time stamp on the call is 4:54pm so I have proof that my massage was not in its entirety. Keep in mind that this is after I have already got dressed, talked to the owner about my certificate, received the certificate, and was rushed out of the building. The owner was very very rude with me on the phone and threatened to call Groupon to notify them to not refund me even though Groupon was not even mentioned in the whole conversation. My masseuse's name was Angel and the owner's name is Nina and I am even doubting that because when my mother called back to question if she was the owner the woman did not even want to say if she was and said she "could not disclose that information." She then told my mom that the woman who gave me a massage's name was Nicole which that is a blatant lie because I know her name was Angel because she mentioned It to me several times in hopes of a high tip. There are many other things that I was dissatisfied with during my visits that I do n read more

Same story as the rest. The first time I showed up to my appointment, she was "with another client" and had double booked me even though I received a confirmation call the day before and had spoken to her 15 minutes before my appointment (she moved locations and didn't bother to tell me). I have subsequently been rescheduled 4 times. She actually argued with me when I told her it was getting to be crazy. I am reporting her for fraud and creating a fake business. read more

Bought couples massage from Groupon. Owner had to reschedule appointment since she didn't have a second therapist to be able to do a couple's massage. Scheduled one week later. Drove almost an hour to get there and once we arrived she claimed she text me that morning that she needed to cancel since she did not have a second therapist once again. Explained to her a call would have been nice since I was coming from the Northshore. I asked her what number she sent a text to and not only was it not my number, but it wasn't even a 7 digit number. Customer service is horrible. I wish I could give it zero stars. And the best part is I didn't even make it to an actual appointment to be able to comment on that. But after seeing reviews that is probably best! The woman who schedules appointments is rude. It appears their goal is to get you to purchase a Groupon and then not return phone calls for appointments, cancel appointments, etc. All until your voucher is expired then of course they can schedule you but you will now have to pay the difference! I love good deals and trying new local businesses. After seeing the comments on here it appears that I was not alone with my experience. Luckily Groupon has EXCELLENT customer service and they are willing to help sort out the issue. read more

A friendly reminder: Choose another business if you have an option. I have been to different services and would rank her massage skill as "below average" in greater New Orleans. Ironically this is the LEAST annoying part in my overall experience. Below is my story for your reference: 1. It took me one month to finally reach this business. They were very irresponsive and sounded indifferent over the phone. This was just the taster of my bad experience. 2. I waited for 20 min after arriving at appointed time. The owner was still with another customer. Apparently there was no time between sessions, which is strange for massage services. 3. She assured to give a full session (60min) anyway even if it started late, but ended up only giving a 40 min one. 4. Here's the "HIGHLIGHT" --- Immediately after the shortened massage she left the massage room without securing the door. Before I got dressed her male customer opened the door and saw me (I'm female). I feel really shocked and disgusted :( Like to enjoy a massage? Think twice before going to Spa Revive. read more

Skip this place. There are places that WANT your money and care about customer service. Here is my experience: I ordered a couples massage on groupon. My husband has never had a massage and I thought it would be a fun surprise on vacation. I called to schedule it a month ago. It took two days to get a call back. When I did, the lady told me that it would be difficult to get two masseuses to honor groupons because they take a pay cut. This was definitely a turn off, considering they CHOOSE to put up deals. I explained it is for my birthday trip in. She said she would accommodate us. I called Friday, with my appointment being Saturday to make sure everything was still on for the appointment. I told her I needed a pregnancy table now because I can't lay on my belly anymore. She sounded annoyed but said they could accommodate me. I got a call at 8am for a noon appointment canceling because neither masseuse felt comfortable working on a pregnant person. It's "their policy. " she asked how far along, I told her (I'm 2 weeks shy of my third trimester). the reason she gave is because "moving blood around can cause a miscarriage". That isn't really true, but if you are conservative you can wait until after the first trimester. I told her I would sign a waver to which she said, "just call groupon and get your money back." Here are my issues. 1. On the website they offer prenatal massage. 2. She was totally rude. I want you to know, I joined Yelp specifically to write this review. read more

I have also had a terrible experience with Spa Revive!! I purchased 3 groupons, 1 for myself and 2 to give as gifts. I wanted to try it out before having friends go. I attempted to get an appointment for 3 months. In the 3 months, I had 4 appointments scheduled that the salon had to cancel for the same reasons other people are stating. Double booked, out of town, delayed flight, therapist called in sick..... The very last appointment I had scheduled was for last Sat morning at 10am. I got there at 9:45. The doors were locked and lights were out. I waited until 10:15 before calling and texting the number listed asking if someone was coming. Of course no answer so I left. Monday morning came and went and I never even got a courtesy call apologizing. Luckily, Groupon was so great they refunded me for all of groupons I bought! Horrible terrible customer service!!! I will never go back again. My husband and I purchased a couples massage through Groupon and showed up to our appointment on time. When I called for her to tell us what building she was in she then informed me she was running a little behind and that it would be another 45 minutes. I was a little annoyed that she couldn't call us and tell us that before we drove 30 minutes to get there but I said okay and we went across the street to get coffee. We came back after 45 min and it was pouring rain. We buzzed her to open the door 3 or 4 times before it was finally opened. We were soaked. Then we had to sit in the cold lobby which we were locked in and this lady said the massage therapist would be right with us. I asked for a towel to dry off and she brought us one. We waited another 30 minutes and the massage therapist still had not come to get us. Then she came down and said she was "acknowledging" we were there but that it was going to be a longer wait because her last clients showed up an hour late. I asked her why she didn't make them reschedule since they were an hour late and we were on time and she stated it was because they had paid a hefty deposit and she wanted to make sure they got what they paid for. She asked if we would like to reschedule so we didn't have to wait any longer. I was furious!!!! We had already waited an hour and a half AND had paid in full beforehand and we were ON TIME. She should have made the other couple reschedule not us! I was so angry I left. We demanded our money back from Groupon and they gave it to us right away. I have never had such terrible and disrespectful customer service in my life. I don't usually write reviews unless they are good or extremely bad. And obviously you know why I wrote this one. Do not recommend at all. read more

Visited this establishment with a living social voucher. It was easy to set an appointment. The day before the appointment they called to confirm but did not leave a message. Which is odd because if you are a business making a business call not a personal call. On the day of I arrived on time and no one was there. After back and forth with the owner it was said that the massage therapist was late because they did not speak with me when they called to confirm. So I guess they assumed that meant I wasn't coming so in turn she didn't show up. Once she arrived after she was late I got my services all of which I did not get the full time. I had 1 hour and 40 mintues of services that I was supposed to receive and I was in my car all within an hour. Will not return nor would I recommend strictly off of POOR customer service even though the actual massage was good. read more

SO DISAPPOINTED! !! I booked as a mother's day present for my mom. I told them 3 of us were needing to do massages at same time. I was told ..no problem. I even call back to confirm that there would be no wait time between appointments. I was assured there'd be no time waiting in between. when we arrived we were told there was only two people to do the massages, so one of us would have to wait an hour. so my sister had to leave after driving in from the north shore, so that me and my mom could get a massage. After 5 minutes with Nicole, the front door bell rings, and she leaves to go answer the door, leaving my mother on the table for 10 minutes. the phone rang 3 times while we were getting massages, and the women answered the phone leaving us. then wanted to rush us off so that they could have their next clients. Again very DISAPPOINTED read more

I've had the same negative experience as the first few. I don't know if it was because I had a Groupon voucher or what but this girl had a serious attitude problem. She is the one who always answers the phone; it's definitely her personal cell phone because she answers calls with an unfriendly hello. During one of our many phone calls she hung up on me before I even scheduled an appointment because I asked her to hold on for one second. When I called back minutes later she said she "had no memory of speaking to me". She is a con artist with a flighty attitude. If she suspects you have any frustrations with her she immediately flips on you and becomes confrontational. I don't know how these people have been able to stay in business after all after she has an issue with every customer she tells them "don't ever call here again because we don't want your business." So thanks Spa Revive, I thought I was I for a nice relaxing spa day and now I'm more tense then I was before purchasing the voucher. read more

A group of us (6 very stressed grad students) went via Groupon and had a nice experience. Granted it's small, but it was a good time to just be with each other and RELAX! While Neena was not done setting up by our appointment time and Jamal was a few minutes late (5 o'clock traffic in Kenner), the pros (wonderful massage, very nice massage therapists, great price) outweighed the cons (not ready on time, plastic bins used for foot scrub, small). Neena and Jamal were very personable and accommodating. We were offered wine and water after we changed into robes and slippers. Neena and Jamal provided foot scrubs then 2 of us were able to get facials and massages while the rest of us talked and drank wine. Would probably work out better for a couple or group of 4. Not the fanciest establishment but you're getting a really good massage for a very low price! We all left feeling relaxed! Great for shopping local and supporting small businesses! read more

I do not recommend this place at all. I got a gift from groupon from a friend and when I called to schedule an appointment there were no spots available for 2 weeks. I asked if my gift would still be accepted even tho the appointment would be past the expiration date and the owner said yes. I asked how much it would be to add one more person and she told me twice the amount of my group on gift which would be 64 all together. When I got there they made us wait in the lobby 30 minutes after our appointment because they were still cleaning from the prior customers. Then when we were all ready for the massages, they told us that our groupon gift would not be accepted and that it would cost $90 to get the massages. We decided to leave and didn't even get the massages. The place was very small and we could hear loud talking and music from the suites next door. Not relaxing at all. They gave us a discount if we would come back but that will not happen. I would not waste my time or money there. read more

Not less than one star available or that would have been the choice... Same issues as all the other bad reviews.. Groupon couples massage, 15+ calls to even get an answer and appointment. We booked a month out and were cancelled the day before when we called to confirm.. Frustrating and absolutely no customer service for a service industry based biz! read more

I purchased a Groupon for a couple massage and made an appointment almost a month out for it. The morning of the appointment they called and said they no longer accept Groupon and that I need to contact them for a refund. My voucher date was good until august, I'm very disappointed in how this business handled my transaction. read more

Love this place, very hard working group. Affordable yet amazing massages. Do not be fooled by someone else's issue, always give small business a chance. You wont be sorry! Affordable without a groupon!!!! read more

Shady business with terrible customer service, DO NOT BUY GROUPONS FROM THIS COMPANY! They advertise a discounted message service on groupon, then whenever you call to book they charge you a $50 non-refundable booking fee. The manager is very unprofessional and rude! read more

I purchased a Groupon in February for a massage and immediately tried to schedule an appointment. The times she was giving me were inconvenient for my schedule so I said I would call back. I called at the end of March to schedule an appointment for June 3rd. The day before this appointment (which was made a little over 2 months in advance) i got a call to confirm the appointment for the next day. TWO HOURS before my appointment, I got a voicemail saying that they were over booked and needed to reschedule. I was so livid. I called back multiple times and could not get an answer, I messaged them on facebook and their company email and still no reply. A week later I finally get a call back to reschedule but Iat this point, my groupon had expired. She said she would still honor the groupon and we rescheduled for a later date. TODAY, I had an appointment for 5pm. I got no confirmation call yesterday so I was a little nervous so I called just now and they told me that they won't take the groupon and that I can't get my massage I normally don't get mad but this lady who runs this business is the worst at customer service. I don't know how she is still in business. Also, I left this exact review on the company's facebook page and the owner blew up and commented under my post calling me a "liar" and other rude comments. If I could find a way to shut this place down, I will. Their business is not listed on the Louisiana Dept. of Treasury's website as a real business and I would love to see if the "massage therapists" actually have a license to work. read more

I purchased a groupon. I called for days and left messages to make an appointment. I never received a return phone call. I also sent an email. I finally got frustrated with the lack of professionalism with this business. Although it was past the 3 days I was able to get a full refund. Do not book with this company!!! read more
